I knew this was a newer hotel but did not realize it was a week old being open until we checked in. We checked in and saw the pool wasn’t finished with construction, and my kids were looking forward to swimming. There was no disclaimer at all when I made my reservation, so that was frustrating. The fitness center was still not finished either, but they had a few machines available to use. And it’s called “Spin2Cycle” yet there were no spin bikes. The rooms were super nice, clean and roomy, no complaints there. When we went down to breakfast, it was a nightmare. They literally had a few little omelette’s, some pastry thing, 2 cereals then yogurt in the fridge. They had a waffle maker and I was trying to make one, but the machines weren’t even working right. One worker was scraping the second machine out and when I went to use the other one, it would never turn on and neither of the 2 workers offered to help or to fix it despite me asking them about it. Which is likely why it wasn’t working. When i went to use it, there was already a waffle in there that wasn’t cooked all the way- the batter didn’t seem right either. There was no other hot food prepared like bacon, sausage, biscuits etc. so it was frustrating that a full hot breakfast was advertised when it really wasn’t. We ended up leaving and having to spend extra to eat out. I strongly feel that this place should not have opened up until they could be fully prepared to be operational. It isn’t fair for people who book under false advertising when amenities are not available yet we are paying the same amount (quite the price too) as if it were. Seems like maybe the owners got greedy and weren’t transparent when offering the rates they do for an undeveloped hotel. This place has tons of potential, but the lack of transparency and still hiking up the price just rubs me the wrong way.

Loved this hotel and the staff were excellent. I stayed there on Thursday, October 26th and two guys at front desk were great! I am deaf and one of them knew sign language which made my evening! The other guy tried to learn. I appreciate both of them. Please recognize them.

As a new hotel everything is clean and tidy. I would like to acknowledge James who maintains the breakfast area. I have NEVER seen an attendant who took such pride in his work. He made sure the food area was clean and fully stocked. He often came out to the dining area and cleared away any trash or any extra plates we had and often checked in with all the guests to see if we needed anything. When other places might have attendants who seem to hide until absolutely needed, James is front and center and ready to help make your breakfast the best it can be. Thanks James!!!!! Front desk was friendly and helpful as well!

Excellent stay with no issues at all. The hotel is in a great location not too far from I-80 and Downtown Cheyenne. The hotel is brand new, so the rooms are fresh and comfortable. Breakfast had a decent amount of options and included standard options such as omelets and breads. The staff are all very friendly and this was an excellent place to stop for the night. It can be on the pricier side, so if you are budget-oriented this may not be the place for you. However, the hotel is in a quiet and safe area with not much going on around it.

This hotel exceeded our expectations by far. It was nice, clean, and modern (but comfy). Everything smelled new, the rooms were large and easily fit our family of 7. My kids told me "this is the fanciest hotel we have ever stayed at." If you are driving through Wyoming after a long day on the road 10/10 recommend!

Seems that some of the newer Home2 buildings have electrical problems with the ground fault breakers. Got yelled at for moving the refrigerator to a working outlet. After that, the staff treated me like a pariah. To be fair, the manager I dealt with wasn't use to a Diamond member pulling rank. Wish it worked! To be more fair, none of my food spoiled and I was given an $18 dollar credit after an hour negotiation. Perhaps avoid for a year until the bugs are worked out.

Brand new so it's sparkling clean, but many amenities are not functional yet. Pool is not open so they let you use the hotel pool next door, but they were a little weird about us taking towels out of the building. Obviously, I want towels for my kids especially having to go outside to get back to our room. Gym wasn't totally ready. Washing machines were brand new; I think we paid a dollar to wash. Breakfast wasn't the usually home2suite quantity and quality, so we didn't find anything worth eating, all of the hot food was pork. I'm sure it'll be nice like all home2suites.....once it's actually done. Super clean rooms though and that was most important to me, having little ones.

So clean, brand new, and the staff were welcoming and helpful. I love that I can comfortably fit my kids in one room and they had a great nights sleep. Edit: Their breakfast is a little lackluster and management needs to work out a couple of kinks to correct it. The toaster is not toasting the bread, you have to put the bread in 3x to actually get it toasted. Maybe it’s just on the lowest setting and needs to be raised. There’s no brown sugar for the oatmeal, only granulated sugar. This is the first hotel I’ve ever seen without brown sugar for oatmeal. It’s been 20 minutes and there is no coffee. There’s multiple people waiting and asking for coffee and the staff says that it’s being brewed right now. Some advice to management: buy more coffee containers to rotate through so you don’t have windows every morning with no coffee whatsoever. There should never be a 20 minute window with no coffee. If you need more equipment to run this hotel, please go buy it. There’s only cane and granulated sugar with original creamer to sweeten the coffee. It would have been really nice to have some flavored creamers. All the other Home 2 Suites I’ve been to have flavored creamers. They have real glass and ceramic plates and cups for guests which is nice but there should be some plastic cups for kids. Kids break glass and it’s stressful for parents when their only option is glass cups. In the end, it’s a brand new hotel and they’re learning. Staff was friendly, helpful, and listened to my concerns. It was a good stay and I’m sure they’re still working out the little things to make it a great stay.

Brands spanking new. The rooms are spacious and well thought out. Our TV wasn't working when we first arrived but they worked at it until it was working properly. That impress me, because I've had places who said they'd have it looked at but it didn't happen. The front desk was responsive to our needs and friendly to us. Good experience.

BEWARE!!! They do NOT care about YOU!! Their policies are set in stone & they train every employee to repeat it like a robot it does NOT matter what it’s happening in your life!! I missed my niece’s cocktail hour at her wedding due to their VERY strict policy! Her stylist canceled last minute so they asked me to fill in & of course I accepted. I needed to get myself ready first in order to attend all the festivities. There was ABSOLUTELY NO early check in or refund to help my need that day!!! I had to miss the cocktail portion in order to come back & get ready. Then, as far as the room goes, the walls are paper thin! At 3:00 am when our neighbor on the right started a cough attack it startled me because I thought someone was in my room. Then @ 6:00am when my neighbor on the left turned on the tv & started watching a movie with very foul language there was no going back to sleep so we got up & left. I have never had such treatment from a Hilton associated hotel before.
