Pearl beach villa is very cool place for partying With a private beach 🏖 very safe for family

This is the best place ever I seen and it has aesthetic design to all of the house and each one is unique and different from all other houses. U have many villa in this Pearl beach 🏝 and security is there. They don’t have lights at the night. So look after it. It will be pitch dark outside. The villa we stayed inn is a 3 storey building. It has all the facility a man needs. From cooking to playing and watching movies. Everything is there. We had a table tennis board, carrom board, puzzles, & frisbee. In kitchen area, we had refrigerators and one special thing about the refrigerator is they stuff all the eatables like French fries 🍟 chicken nuggets and some mayo sauce. If you would like to have them. That will added to the bill later. And you will have a mixer, oven, sink, plates, spoons, stove and glasses. They have 3 restroom fixed along with bedroom. And you have around 4-5 beds in two rooms and only one bed in another room. But you don’t have any wifi or Internet connection there. And mobile network is not working. It is necessary to bring a WiFi dongle if you would like to use Internet. You have a small backyard, there is dedicated place for campfire and beside you make barbeque if you wish. And there is no swimming pool in this house. But u can go swimming in a general area. That cost around 100 per head. There you can play volleyball if u step outside the swimming pool. And if you need any provision, there is a shop outside the entry of the road. You can get it from there. Overall a good experience in this villa ❤️ and beach is there you can off-road you car and play with your friends or families there. And i forgot to say there is small lawn infront of the house 🏡 and a small parking area. You can park two - six cars in parallel.

There are So Many Individual Villa But This Particular Villa Is Very Poor ,,, For 7 Peoples They Asking 10K ,, Poor Maintenance ,, Bathroom Is Not Clean ,, AC Is Not Working ,, Swimming Pool Is Not Kept Clean ,, Many Insects Are In The Pool ,, Dont Come Here Waste Of Time And Money 💯 !!

A private and secluded beach house. You can come here if you want to isolate yourself from the city. This place has huge houses accompanied by clean swimming pools that are large enough to accommodate 20 people. The beach is very nearby and the place is very clean. Cost is very minimal according to me. If you are coming with girls make sure that you come in a large number just for your security purposes as there are just 2 shops for having tea and food, except for these you can find only empty stretches of road. You can play games like cricket and volley ball but make sure that you bring the stuff on your own. Overall a good place to spend your weekend.

Awesome Club house in Pearl Beach Koovathur with Private Beach and Swimming Pool. At affordable price. Only disadvantage is that there's no shop at walkable distance.

Very nice experience. Resort atmosphere, clean beach, facilities available and especially the food - fantastic. This resort is around 90 km away from OMR Jain college. It's beyond mahabalipuram. But it's worth to visit.

1. No clean rooms 2. No clean bedsheets and blanket 3. Washrooms were in bad state 4. Too many mosquitoes 5. No electricity 6. Over priced 7. Good beach Wouldn’t recommend!!
