I can't even begin to express my sheer disappointment with my recent visit to Café Coffee Day. From the moment I stepped foot inside, it was a complete disaster. The AC was barely functioning, and considering it's the scorching summer season, that is absolutely unacceptable. What kind of establishment can't even provide a cool and comfortable environment for its customers? As if the AC issue wasn't enough, the place was a complete mess. There were workers all around, busy fixing light bulbs or whatever else they were doing. This created a chaotic and unpleasant atmosphere, far from the relaxing environment one expects in a café. Can't they schedule maintenance during off-peak hours or at least do it discreetly without disturbing the customers? But wait, it gets even worse. On the left side of the café, I noticed someone lazily lying down or perhaps even sleeping on one of the sofas. Are you kidding me? Is this a café or a hostel? The lack of professionalism and proper decorum is appalling. It seems like the management has no control over their own staff, and it reflects poorly on the entire establishment. Now let's talk about the absurd rules and lack of basic amenities. When I requested permission for my fasting mother to have her own food, the staff member I spoke with was extremely strict and inflexible. It's astonishing how they can't show even a shred of compassion or understanding in such a simple matter. It's as if they care more about enforcing their rigid rules than providing a satisfactory customer experience. And don't even get me started on their lackluster drink selection. The so-called refreshing drink they advertise was served at room temperature, far from the promised refreshing experience. When I asked for a colder drink, the staff member had the audacity to inform me that they didn't have any. How can a café not even have basic amenities to cool their beverages available, especially during the scorching summer? It's beyond comprehension. To top it all off, the washroom was a disaster. There was no water! Yes, you heard that right. A café that can't even provide running water in their washroom is a complete joke. It's a basic requirement for any establishment, and the fact that they failed in this regard is just plain unacceptable. In conclusion, my visit to Café Coffee Day was an infuriating and miserable experience. The lack of a functioning AC, the disruptive workers, the staff's rigidity with rules, the absence of cold beverages, and the non-existent water supply in the washroom all point to a gross lack of professionalism and care. I would strongly advise anyone to steer clear of this place unless they enjoy frustration and disappointment.

This new ccd is very good compared to other ccd's in town. The place is quite good and ambience is well maintained. This ccd is has very less crowd compared to other ones out there. This outlet has 2 tables outside the cafe that makes fun for night hangouts! Hot chocolate is a special dish of this cafe. Washrooms are maintained very well.

What to say about CCD. It's always at its best.i ordered iced mocha and that was good. Perfectly brewed. Service is good. CCD always has some peaceful vibes. Comfortable sitting arrangement with peace. One bad thing about this outlet is most of the dinks were not available at that time. So i had to go with iced mocha. Recommended

worst food... the quality is not up to the mark... this is the worst CCD I've ever been to... the staff is mannerless. I ordered a chicken tandoori sandwich. The bread was all dry and old. Never coming here again.

If you want to read or Work peaceful.. or you want hang out with your friends.. this place for you. all the beverages are too good.

Parking in front of the cafe can be a challenge however you will find a place nearby. The cafe is quite large and thus can provide you enough privacy even where there is a crowd. I loved the staff here. There were so friendly and cheerful that they made my day. I also had a chat with them and they reciprocated cordially. I stopped here as I had to take a Vc urgently and thankfully the signal inside was optimum for me to complete it without any glitch. Rating of 5 just because of the excellent staff

Nice ambience good service overall and location is well accessible.. It now accepts all modes of payment (cash / card) can also place and pay order at CCD app for some extra cashback beans and referral points which can be later used for next billing.. The place is recently started at this location and has appreciable customer service.. Rest the franchise brand is known and it fairly looks after itself with great taste and variety! A nice hangout place for groups and even for people to becalm and relax themselves.. My favourite orders here are Americano and Espresso (just refreshes your mind keeps you awake). Garlic bread and chicken combos are pretty good to try out too.. And do try cookies for a quick bite!

It's only for vibe and coffee.... Food doesn't matter here.... Suggest CCD for peaceful talk with somebody and creativite thinking

Cafe Coffee Day is one of my favourite places and this one was a joy to visit. It's location makes it the perfect hangout place any time of the day. It is quite spacious while the ambience is welcoming and classy. People who don't like coffee can try their Ginger, Cardamom tea, or variety of ice teas. There are many tasty snacks too. The staff is attentive and knows their job well. All in all, next time you're craving for coffee or more head to this place and have a great time.

Best place and best food and beverages

This CCD is an good option in central aurangabad, ambience is very nice. But beverages are average. This is same with every outlet. The staff is friendly, good mannered. I ordered filter cold coffee which was a disaster. Food was good in terms of taste . This place serves the purpose and fulfills all expectations being in tier 2 city .
