Can’t remember the Dentist and Assistant that worked on my teeth but they were amazing. Let me know what procedures needed to be done. I like how he explained that he works his way up if a root canal was ever needed. He did his best job saving the teeth I have with decay by providing fillings using a color to match my natural teeth. He is handles his tools with knowledge. I will return!!

This place should be named Dental Nightmare instead of Dental Dream, stay away on alllllllll causes. My brother spoke with this place and explained his situation to them before getting there. He explained to them that he did not have any insurance and they assured him that he could get my tooth pulled because he was in excruciating pain. He get there, they take x-rays then this unprofessional dentist comes in joking and being very inappropriate. Once he gave them his money they come in telling him they could not pull his tooth. He was in disbelief considering he specifically explained everything he was experiencing with them before he got there. Once they took his money they even refused to give him a copy of his x-rays they did. So please stay away from this place, the dentist was very insensitive to my brother's situation and that was a complete let down on their part. He is on a fix income and was totally misled by this place and that is a horrible thing to do to a person in dire need. The dentist should never joke around with a patient that is in severe pain and should show more compassion instead. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!! I gave it no stars

Today was my first time at the office. I’ve spent most of my working life in dentistry, specifically oral surgery but I have my experience in general dentistry as well. I was surprised by what I witnessed at the office. The front office staff were kind and knowledgeable. As were the assistants and doctor. I was first thrown off by the fact front office staff was on the phone using the speaker function to take patient information. Socials, date of births, and names. Where I was thrown off and a bit worried was when I witnessed the assistant reach into the drawer of saliva evacuators with the same contaminated glove she had on when she took my x-rays. This made me cringe. How many dirty gloves had gone into those drawers before me? The doctor came in and I gave him a run down of what was going on. I was, for a lack of better words, told I was wrong before he had even looked into my mouth. He then gave the assistant directions to take an x-ray of another patient then they brought the image up on the screen in my room, which I saw. I saw the patients name and the radiograph. I also heard the entire conversation between the patients mother and the doctor about what crowned teeth needed to be extracted and why. The doctor preceded with my cleaning that lasted all of maybe 2 minutes and the assistant took over for the polishing. She was heavy handed with the polishing head which can actually damage the enamel and nerve if there’s too much friction. I was referred out to an oral surgeon and periodontist. Which I will be picking my own because if this is how this office is run, I cringe to know how the others are handled.

I was very well pleased with everything. They told me about the wait. That really wasn't a problem, I was filling out my paper work until it was time to go. But , I still was serviced put it on counter they worked with me you see I'm really a satisfied 😌 💯 😏 😉 👌 female senior never really worried how long my appointment was because that was the only one for the day. Morning appointments works well for me always. I was out before noon . Everything was explained to me. I had my impressions done, which was great 👍 👌 and they told how 🤔 long the process would take. I've waited ✋️ for all these years for the 12 extractions at one time . Why would I rush? 2024 when everything is done ✔️ I'll be able to 😃 😊 😀 😄 😁 from 👂 to 👂. Wonderful staff , clean, environment , great service 👍 yesterday and close to home. What more could 🤔 😉 I ask for

Very professional, Clean environment, very helpful. Me and my family visit here yesterday all four of us were taking care of quickly in and out. The doctor was very informative and patient with my autistic 14 year old son. He took care of all our needs and sent us home with clean teeth and feeling better.

I just Love ❤️ Dental Dreams. When you walk in, you're greeted and that's a plus to me. The place is clean and organized. When it's time for you to go to the back, you're again greeted by the Dr's Assistance. I've recommended my daughter and her husband to make an appointment for their Dental needs and others who are looking for a Professional dentist office that takes the time to explain all that's going to be done, so that you can keep that beautiful smile and knowing you also have a set of healthy teeth. Glad I was referred by another satisfied patient.

I’m not sure how to feel about this place. The customer service is good which is why I gave one star, but the wait time is awful. They’re quick to cancel my appointment if Im late but when I make it on time I have to wait a whole hour to be seen. I literally fell asleep in the chair waiting to be seen only to be told I had to come back for my actual cleaning.

Very nice people there, I went in for a cleaning and brought my 2 year old for her first cleaning as well. My daughter went first and while I was getting my cleaning the nurses were playing with my daughter and gave her stickers and gave her a very positive first experience at the dentist. Thank you ladies!! I appreciated that very much ☺️

Dr. Takeda and her assistant were highly professional and personable. Dr. Takeda explained everything well and left me feeling comfortable and confident that I was in good hands. I am glad I chose Dental Dreams and experienced extraordinary care from Dr. Takeda!

From my experiences at Dental Dreams, I would recommend the dentist there for being gentle dealing with fillings.i have seen three different dentist's and all of them were great! I say this because in my younger years, going to the dentist was usually a bad experience. Although I'm grown now, I have been to another dentist office where I experienced pain but not at Dental Dreams! That's the reason I keep going back when I need a dentist an I would highly recommend them to others. Even tho though I haven't had any extensive Dental work done there, From what I've witnessed when I am at my appointments other patients are calm and in good spirits as well as I including children. The staff is very professional and courteous listening to your needs as a patient

Once I got in the chair, the service was excellent. I think the over booking process is the PROBLEM!. I have been there twice and each time I have waited over 50 minutes, not happy if you have an appointment.

Bad service! I called this place explaining my daughter has cavities and needs to get them filled because she already had the referral by another dentist. Receptionist told we need to do our own exam. I said okay, and can she still get the cavities filled that same day. She said YES ILL PUT HER DOWN AS AN EMERGENCY! Came to her appointment to find out they do not filled cavities for kids at this location!! They only do cleaning and exams. Waited a month for the appointment and took my child out early feom school for a dam referral. This place needs more trained receptionist.

I've been going here for about 3 years now. It's been the most convenient for me because they're the only facility that takes my insurance in the area. I used to go to the Dental Dreams in Blue Island before I moved further south. When Dr. Anthony was there service was already bad, but once she quit and new dentists and desk workers were hired service has gotten worse. The desk workers do not know how to do their job. I've finally gotten all my root canals done and scheduled a consultation for crowns. They sent off the x-rays and told me they'll call to schedule an appointment in 2 weeks because that's the estimated wait time for the insurance to get back. About 2 in a half weeks later, they never call me. I called them and asked them if the insurance gotten back yet and if I could schedule an appointment, the lady ended up scheduling me two weeks out. She did not tell me if my insurance gotten back or not, nor did she care to check apparently. On the DAY OF my appointment when I drive all the way there, they tell me that my insurance never got back and they can't go through with the procedure. Why not tell me this the day before my appointment so I didn't have to waste gas? Why not tell my over the phone anyway while I was scheduling this appointment? Unprofessional. I ended up scheduling another 2 weeks out and my appointment was for this Saturday (11/25). They call me to confirm my appointment and I asked them if my insurance ever gotten back. She put me on hold to check and then told me there website wasn't working and asked me if I wanted to reschedule AGAIN. I asked her could I call back in the morning before my appointment to see if the website will work, and then she tells me I'm scheduled under the wrong dentist anyway so I might as well reschedule. WHAT?! That just tells me it was nothing wrong with the website, and they were just trying to cover up their mistake! Now I have to wait another two weeks. I need my crowns put on immediately or my fillings are going to crumble. I'm either going to lose my teeth or have to get root canals all over again. The UIC college of dentistry makes you wait AGES for appointments. I'm only 18... It's not my fault I wasn't taught to floss and take care of my teeth properly as a child. It's not my fault that I was born poor and have bad insurance. I'm a broke college student. We should not be treated like this because we're less fortunate.

The front desk staff, appear very disengaged, unfriendly, no greeting, dislike the job. Dr. Jordan was pleasant and knowledgeable and explains, all procedures. I was more relaxed and less anxious. It's not a fancy, high tech. Dental office, but I would definitely do follow-up care with Dr. Jordan

The get the job done but they don’t have enough late appointments for me. I always have to miss or leave work early or take my kids out of school to get there for 2p-3p appointments. I wish they will open for late appointments and weekends for people with PPO insurance. I always come 30min early and still have to sit for a hour to be seen.

Dr Jordan and the staff were AMAZING!! I have a definite fear of the dentist. He performed my extractions so fast I hadn’t noticed he began! Would definitely recommend them!!!
