I've
been
going
here
for
about
3
years
now.
It's
been
the
most
convenient
for
me
because
they're
the
only
facility
that
takes
my
insurance
in
the
area.
I
used
to
go
to
the
Dental
Dreams
in
Blue
Island
before
I
moved
further
south.
When
Dr.
Anthony
was
there
service
was
already
bad,
but
once
she
quit
and
new
dentists
and
desk
workers
were
hired
service
has
gotten
worse.
The
desk
workers
do
not
know
how
to
do
their
job.
I've
finally
gotten
all
my
root
canals
done
and
scheduled
a
consultation
for
crowns.
They
sent
off
the
x-rays
and
told
me
they'll
call
to
schedule
an
appointment
in
2
weeks
because
that's
the
estimated
wait
time
for
the
insurance
to
get
back.
About
2
in
a
half
weeks
later,
they
never
call
me.
I
called
them
and
asked
them
if
the
insurance
gotten
back
yet
and
if
I
could
schedule
an
appointment,
the
lady
ended
up
scheduling
me
two
weeks
out.
She
did
not
tell
me
if
my
insurance
gotten
back
or
not,
nor
did
she
care
to
check
apparently.
On
the
DAY
OF
my
appointment
when
I
drive
all
the
way
there,
they
tell
me
that
my
insurance
never
got
back
and
they
can't
go
through
with
the
procedure.
Why
not
tell
me
this
the
day
before
my
appointment
so
I
didn't
have
to
waste
gas?
Why
not
tell
my
over
the
phone
anyway
while
I
was
scheduling
this
appointment?
Unprofessional.
I
ended
up
scheduling
another
2
weeks
out
and
my
appointment
was
for
this
Saturday
(11/25).
They
call
me
to
confirm
my
appointment
and
I
asked
them
if
my
insurance
ever
gotten
back.
She
put
me
on
hold
to
check
and
then
told
me
there
website
wasn't
working
and
asked
me
if
I
wanted
to
reschedule
AGAIN.
I
asked
her
could
I
call
back
in
the
morning
before
my
appointment
to
see
if
the
website
will
work,
and
then
she
tells
me
I'm
scheduled
under
the
wrong
dentist
anyway
so
I
might
as
well
reschedule.
WHAT?!
That
just
tells
me
it
was
nothing
wrong
with
the
website,
and
they
were
just
trying
to
cover
up
their
mistake!
Now
I
have
to
wait
another
two
weeks.
I
need
my
crowns
put
on
immediately
or
my
fillings
are
going
to
crumble.
I'm
either
going
to
lose
my
teeth
or
have
to
get
root
canals
all
over
again.
The
UIC
college
of
dentistry
makes
you
wait
AGES
for
appointments.
I'm
only
18...
It's
not
my
fault
I
wasn't
taught
to
floss
and
take
care
of
my
teeth
properly
as
a
child.
It's
not
my
fault
that
I
was
born
poor
and
have
bad
insurance.
I'm
a
broke
college
student.
We
should
not
be
treated
like
this
because
we're
less
fortunate.
