I’ve been going there for years and have experienced every employee that they have to offers service. The food is decent. It’s a relaxed environment for the most part. Bust one particular bartender is rude and in my opinion racist and she definitely cost the owner a lot of money on a regular basis. I’ve seen her not only bully customers but even staff. Some staff are just to afraid to stand up and speak for them selves but that’s there business. It’s a Great spot to chill and hang out but with an employee like that it’s no way I’m spending money somewhere that’s makes you feel truly unwelcome and uncomfortable. Tiffany is her name and I’ve seen her disrespect customers and staff many of nights. I hope the owner knows how much he’s loosing a night on rude staffing. Other than that it’s not that bad.

I was in there tonight with a group of people. Your bar manager Tiffany was extremely rude to me and my guests. She was very disrespectful and condescending. I've been to this establishment on several occasions and have never been treated as poorly and disrespectfully as I have tonight. I am totally disappointed. I used to recommend this place to my family and friends especially those that are visiting from out of state however after tonight's incident I no longer will.

My father and our family came to this establishment after a close friend of the family funeral and my dad ordered a Burger that we thought would be served hot and fresh. This 15 dollar sandwich was still cold while served. On top of making us pay for our food ahead of time while the other patrons did not have to pay till they got up. He asked could she take the burger back and ask for another item (shrimp) less than the price of the sandwich. She stated they do no substitutions and placed the menu in my dads face and said he could order the shrimp and box his cold sandwich up in a bag. That was so rude and offensive. My family and friends will never come here again after this.

I drive 40 mins just to come here. Food is great drinks are strong. Bartenders are great and attentive. I don’t even like seafood but I’ll try it but I loveeee their shrimp. Like omgggggg. Keep up the good work.

I haven't been to the tender trap for 6 months. Granted, I have been there in earlier times. Tonight, a group of 26 were looking for a place to have a last toast for a friend that has passed away. Knowing that back in the day, this place was known for staying open late, I called to ask the hours. I phoned, I asked if this establishment was sill open, the lady that answered said NO, and hung up the phone. First of all, have some respect. Second, have the decency to just provide us with the hours of your establishment. Be kind,...this world is already hurting. Shame on you for giving the Tender Trap a bad rap. I don't hold this against the tender trap, but you are a reflection on this local business. Please, appreciate your job,and represent the place that you work for...yesenia

Missy, Tiffany, and Deanna, are so great. They are very sweet and kind hearted! They have gone above and beyond to serve my family. I consider them to be family. Tiffany is a great person! The Tender Trap is a great place for a family gathering.

My family have been coming here for years and have always had excellent service! They have great deals throughout the week (1/2 wings are my favorite). I’m proud to say that everyone here is literally like family and take care of us like we are as well.

Wow I was there this Tuesday when this (Ada & Greg)incident occurred also, and man none of that is what I seen..I watched 2 young men get ignorant with the bartender when she told them they all had to purchase to be in the facility..I heard nothing about not using a bathroom only when you walk in you are told purchase before going to poolroom..and the bartender asked them to leave after the guy w the tear drop told her he was going to shoot up the place..as far as the other man the bartender never said anything to him she asked the bouncer to handle situation and the big man got up and bouncer told him to stay out of it as he should!!! Don’t go out to a bar if you don’t plan on ordering, they don’t make money off you sitting inside. This is how they support their families. I am a regular and come there all the time!!! Never had a bad experience!!!

We ordered the Spinach pizza and it was incredible! Full of flavor and stuffed with sausage, Spinach and cheese. All the employees were great and attentive.

The Trap is the place to be. Great food, great DJ, and service. The drinks are awesome. Kudos to Tiffany, Missy and Diana. The slots actually pay out at this place!

Pleasantly surprised!!! The food was great. The appetizers and entrees were cooked fresh. Neighborhood spot yet very appetizing!! We will return!!!

Food was good and we had the friendliest waitress i have ever encountered. The waitresses are usually rude but she was kind and attentive.

Terrible experience. We didn’t even make it in to sit down. As we walked inside, bartender Tiffany didn’t speak to or greet us, just demanded our IDs. She had a snotty attitude and snatched my ID. Both bar tenders were racist to my entire group. If you read the other reviews, many other customers have accused Tiffany of being racist. As soon as we walked in we felt the vibe we were unwelcomed and unwanted. Tracy kicked us out without asking what the problem was. Horrible service, racist establishment this place needs to be shut down. 0/10

Actually my wife and I was there when the Ada Monroe incident occurred. I just saw it when was about to write a review about the situation on that Tuesday night and was asked to leave because I questioned the reasons of the policy. Not only did the bartender reply for me to stay in my place, which pushed me to get up set since she decided my tip before hand was within my place, but she was flat out arrogant ang out of place. Then asked the women at the door to "handle it. ", Which she attempted to do before we left.

We had Caesar Salads. Late Monday afternoon, it was not that busy. My experience has always been a friendly staff and good food.

There’s only one good waitress here The others are very rude. Service is horrible. Food is good. Atmosphere is good.

Hey we went here my nephew's took me here for my Birthday Libra Nation ♎ we ordered food and drinks the 1st round my nephew bought me a long Island tea and it wasn't. Then we went outside for a minute then to return and they wanted to charge us a entrance fee wow really and the door men kept saying that we just went out okay then the dj was just started to play so I guess that's a fee .

been coming to tender trap over 30 years. never heard any one ask for a espresso Martine. she could keep her attitude. bar tenders here and people are all family.

The lady wanted a Expresso Martine and the bartender said they do not make Expresso Marine , she was upset and said they had bad attitudes. That was wrong on her part . The bartender is excellent she always gives us good service.

If I could this place 0 stars I would but unfortunately google makes you leave one star! They charge a $5 cover fee for an empty bar with all the lights on! Everything is CASH ONLY, they make you pay before receiving your food and drinks! The drinks are in a small cup and filled with more ice than liquor for about $12+! The bartenders are absolutely rude and disrespectful towards black WOMEN in general! The security guard is just absolutely lazy! The bartender thought we were going to run off with our drinks because we didn’t know it was cash only and had to go to a bank! I only came to this bar because R.O.K ISLAND KITCHEN IN GLENWOOD CLOSED EARLY AND THIS WAS AROUND THE CORNER! IF YOU WANT TO BE IN A BLACK ENVIRONMENT WITH CHEAP DRINKS AND AMAZING FOOD CHECK OUT R.O.K ISLAND BISTRO YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED! This place was filled with black people im sure only because of the location! The only thing that was great about this bar was the four pool tables and the DJ that night! I will never return!

Stopped in for lunch. Food was cooked well. Potato skins were great. Taco salad was great. Can’t complain.

It's very dead on weekends. They still make u pay cover and all the lights are on. Maybe two people at the bar but overall definitely not a good vibe. 5$ a person and they kicked my dad out for not having an i.d he is 50. And they are very rude. Do not go. I promise you it's not worth it.

4 stars due to cash only and no drink or food specials even though the website has them listed but suspended? I would just take that off all together. Drinks and food were just okay but wondering if they are struggling due to cash only. A lot of people were doing take out so maybe I’ll try that next time.
