This is not the same quality as it was back it day. Yes it was always greasy fast food, but for many years the food was pretty good. Now the food is way below average....and the staff all have that "I just wanna go home" attitude. I would not recommend this place. You have much better options in the area.

I have to start off saying The fries are 🔥🔥🔥..ok now that's done let's get to the rest of my order which was a steak sandwich combo and a party melt combo (fries and drink included) prices are decent...the staff is nice, the cook is quick and thorough. all together the wait time was about 10 mins not bad. You can go inside and order but no dining in like that anyway...the menu is very intriguing so if you are on a diet DO NOT go into this place not even with a friend cause they will win...you will break your diet.

Had a big craving for a sub and wings, which neither disappointed! Food was all perfectly made, hot, great flavor, and even the regular sized sandwich is big enough to split. I'll be back for sure. The sub was so good, I forgot to take a picture of it.

The sandwiches are good forget about anything else. I've tried the burgers waste of money, they don't know what a chicago hot is but sell them (No Sports Peppers) and the wings are small and over cook. The Garlic fries are ok but over rated.

Stopped into this place Saturday for late night dining. They were about a half hour away from closing. There were a few people in there waiting to order and waiting on their orders. I walked in and ordered right away. I had their famous garlic fries and the chicken pita. I got my food in less than 5-7 minutes from ordering. They were pretty quick about getting orders filled and out of the door. They still have partitions up between the employees and the customers to keep everyone safe and the place looked clean. The garlic fries were decent and the chicken pita was decent not extremely delicious but I would eat here again. Their sun sandwiches look pretty good too I think I’ll try their turkey sub next time. Hopefully they butter and toast the sun rolls.

I would have loved giving it a 5 star, the food was great, but the staff is terrible. Especially the girl with the short hair and glasses at the register. She was very rude from the start. It’s unfortunate bc I brought 7 of my friends to eat here and we all felt the same.

The chicken is disgusting i called to complain about my order and request for it to be recooked but the young lady proceeds to say this is how it comes out all the time nevertheless i was offered a refund but considering the distance i didnt feel like driving back to Chicago Heights so with that being said Big Boys you all need to change that grease regularly because chicken only cooks like this when the grease is old i will never buy chicken again from here #unacceptable#

I ordered a Big Boy Sandwich and there was nothing special about it ... 😞 I was disappointed in the very small and thin amount of meat, literally 1 thin slice of ham and a few thin hard salami pieces , missed the entire spicy loaf 🤷 and barely a few slices of very thin cheese. I basically ate more bread and lettuce than anything else. Someone recommended the garlic fries which were pretty good 👍 Won't be going back for the amount I paid . I took the L just so the rest of my lunch wouldn't be ruined.

Horribleeeeee. The two girls At the counter, ESPECIALLY THE ONE WITH THE TATTOOS ON HER FACE, had the nastiest attitudes ever! They will argue about your order because they got it wrong. I hate it there. Sad after all these years, I’ll never go back again.

The garlic fries were not like I remembered from when I had them years ago, BUT they were ok. The cashier customer service gets a 0 star, and the rest of the staff that I did interact with gets a half star SMH.

I grew up eating here and the food has definitely changed. I ordered a Gyro Burger and it was so dry. The meat was either overcooked or old. Either way it was HORRIBLE.

Food is not the same. Gyro was horrible, gyro sauce was fake I think it's some concoction of yogurt. Gyro meat didn't tast right. Been going here many years but today was my last.

The worst food I ever had.The polish was terrible. The milkshakes tasted like icemilk no flavor. I will never eat at this establishment again. 👎

Staff were short and to the point. The food was bland and tasteless. Ordered 2 subs for lunch. The meat and cheese were severely rationed. The bread could've been used to break a window. I requested a heated Italian sub and they microwaved it lettuce and all. Never again.

I have not had these Garlic fries since high school. They were just as good today as they were then. Big Boys is still a hit.

The burger was good but kinda small for a double cheese but those garlic fries was to die for. Next time I am looking forward to trying the shakes and another garlic fry. So good.

Been going here since the late 1980s. It's neighborhood "hood" food, but it's good. Customer service is lays lacking (in the evening) but the orders are taken correctly and the food is satisfying. I typically get pastrami with everything and garlic fries. Pizza puffs are a favorite, Big Baby hamburgers are good, gyros are GREAT, the chicken wing dinner is phenomenal (but take about 20 minutes to cook). 'Hood food attracts 'hood people so watch your back. People do all sort of after wedding pics at all sort of places... my wife and I took after wedding pics at Big Boys, yeah I like it that much.

The two people working behind the counter or non-attentive didn't pay attention would not answer my question when I made my order they said it would be 10 minutes it took 25 minutes and then when I told him I didn't get my drinks it took another 7 minutes to get them...POOR POOR SERVICE.. Now to the decent part my Italian beef combo was pretty fantastic the french fries were overcooked and cold the gyro plates were awesome... Prices good

The garlic fries are unmatched by any fry distributor. The Gyros are fresh lamb meat no mixtures and the service is authentic. I love Big Boys. We come just to eat here some weekends!!!!

Been coming here for over 30 years...and its managed to keep its wholesome lineage intact for so long. I don't go there as much anymore cause I gotta watch my waistline, but the food remains just as good as it was decades ago.

Big Boys stays open late for late night Snackers, they offer a rang of Submarine sandwiches, Italian Beef combo and Hamburger Sandwiches. They even offer 2 types of Gyros. You can up grade your meal and get Garlic fries for a little extra. My least favorite is the Hamburger, they over cook it and they Could use a better quality of Beef!!! " Other then that the Food is Fresh and Taste Great".

I love their food. The sub's are amazing and huge and a reasonable price. They have some awesome cheese fries as well. I will never forgot the first time I ordered from here. I was so amazed with their qualtiy service and delicious food. Most restaurants in this area do not provide this level of professionalism. I am so thankful. Just a note for constructive criticism, please don't put the sub's in the microwave to heat them up. The veggies get withered and the bread gets soggy. Better to use a toaster oven or a melter. I still love y'all tho. Woo!

First time going there and the experience was great. The young lady that work behind the counter was so patient and kind and didn't mind explaining anything that I asked and she gave me great recommendations on how to build my sub. Thank you so much but having great customer service.
