I don’t know what happen but this is by far the worst meal I received from this location. I never had a problem with my orders but today I received one whopper with only 3 pieces of lettuce, another with old lettuce, the chicken sandwich was so old it was not edible, and another whopper bathed in Mayo. Half my food was thrown out.

Disgusting. The chicken sandwiches with American cheese we're supposed to be Italian chicken sandwiches the Whopper was only supposed to be only ketchup and mustard. I went back they told me to go back in the morning to get a refund. I normally don't do stuff like this but it was $37 and none of it was edible

I just bought food there, and in the bread of original chicken sandwich was maggot eggs, and I tried calling twice first time they picked up the phone and then hung up right away, and then second time was immediately hung up on. Do Not! recommend going to this location, and definitely there should be an inspection if they're service infested food to customers.

My Sprite Was Watered Down It Tasted Like Seltzer Water. Overall, Everything Else Was Good Besides My Sprite! Burger King Check You Guy’s Beverage And Make Sure It’s Fresh The Next Time Or I Won’t Be So Nice The Next Time!!! 🙃

Food is fresh and the place was clean. The employees were friendly and helpful. Bacon Swiss royal is so good, I hope they never take it off the menu!!!

I came through the drive thru great customer service I ordered a 2 for 7 original chicken sandwiches nice and hot and also the fries gotta give it up on point🔥

The hours say they close the dining room at 10pm and the restaurant closes at 12am, but I just walked up at 9:35pm and it's all locked up, the girl is mopping and she totally ignored me. I tried calling 3 times and no answer. The drive thru is also closed. Either update the hours or talk to your staff.

I ordered a whopper last night and when I ate it I noticed the burger was pink inside. After about an hour I started to feel strange and woke up with diarrhea. I'm going to go see a doctor and also talk to someone regarding legal action because people shouldn't be served burgers that aren't cooked through from a burger king and also the topping probably wasn't cut on a clean surface I'm sure.

Love this location. Very hard working employees. Manager Renee is always on top of customer service and has her hand on the pulse of the entire operation and Orbit makes the best breakfast sandwiches in town. Bar none. Give these 2 a bonus or raise. Renee and Orbit keeps me coming back even though there are closer B K's around. I chose 103rd and Harlem in Bridgeview, IL You didn't list the Croissant sandwiches. I don't care for the biscuits...
