MAJOR Problem with drive thru.many vehicles damaged. Should be redesigned or closed down.staff rude and snotty.refused to call police or manager. Owner refuses liability. 🤬

I used to love going here for my nightly cup of joe and the lady there, i think her name was samerha, was alwasy the nicest person and always made my experience a good one. The brough in this new one and is so rude. I went during the day inestead and the women there were more interested in arguing with each other than doing their job. The owner she vet his people better bc that was just embarrassing even for a dunkin. Id assume only grade schoolers work there. Id call the health dept too by how bad its gotten.

Came in this morning for 5 dozen donuts in the morning rush; the store was very busy but the entire staff to a person was calmly working together to handle all the orders in a very polite and professional fashion. Also nice interior space.

The staff would only give me the bathroom code for the men’s room even though I am clearly a woman. Not sure why they wanted to keep people out of the women’s bathroom. Suspicious.

Young ladies working in the afternoon are so nice and always get my order correct, but the drive thru needs to get redesign.

The worst Dunkin donut ever , I paid $8.6 for my Caramel cappuccino blast and she asked for Extra money for the caramel!!!??? , I asked her for my money back I felt like she wants to kill me .

This is hands-down, one of the best Dunkin doughnuts in our area. I have yet to see them make mistakes which is crazy because they are always packed. They’re always friendly and efficient and it makes it just so much easier in the mornings.

The iced tea and coffee taste very odd from this Dunkin over the past few weeks. Bitter / funky, like they are not cleaning the machines or filtering the water. Get an unsweetened drink and you’ll taste it.

I got an ice coffee on my long drive back home and as soon as I tasted my coffee it tastes disgusting! It tastes like its rotten, which I’m guessing is the milk! How do people not know when something smells or is inedible to sell to customers!! Very very disgusted and dissatisfied.

Sunday night, 8:40 pm visit. Two girls are working the counter. One politely takes my order, and fills my 6 donut box - I still have two coffees I’m waiting on. At this point her co-worker overhears my concern about using the restroom. Restrooms have codes. Before I placed my order, a woman had just entered the men’s restroom using a code, as the women’s restroom is apparently out of order. She tells me there is someone in the restroom - there was no one in the restroom, so my 80 year old father went in. She tried to explain to me that there’s a red/green light on the code box. I tell her that I wasn’t sure what she meant, she proceeds to go to the bathroom, punches in the a code saying “if someone is in bathroom the light will be red and you can’t open it” my husband tells her that my father is in there, as she’s punching in the code. She literally opens the door wide, while my father was in there relieving himself, then turns around realizing what she did, and says “you don’t have to yell at me,” stomps back behind the counter and starts sweeping; she proceeds to trash talk us to her co-worker over her headset, both laughing. All the while they continue taking drive-thru orders, while I continue to wait for two medium coffees. Seriously… I cannot imagine a busy morning with these two working behind the counter. Imagine if this was a woman they walked in on. Gaslighting, with zero accountability or customer service skills.

My son is a minor and was harassed by a worker here. He is crippled, she stole his walking device and made him hop around to pick up garbage that was not his. He had not even purchased anything yet. This is unacceptable behavior. Shame on this establishment.

This place ROCKS. I'm always so happy to see the cheery woman who works in the drive thru window in the morning. It's a great way to start the day with a friendly smile, and they're super fast so I can get on with my day.

I frequent many Dunkin Donuts on a daily basis and I have found it increasingly difficult to find locations that take the time to make sure they get your coffee order correct. This location has never let me down. I have multiple times traveled out of my way to go to this specific location when I did not want the hassle of receiving my coffee made in a way I did not order it. Hats off to the owner and management of this establishment for making sure the employees know what they are doing and having a great attitude when dealing with customers. If you want your coffee made the way you order it, can't go wrong here.

Fast service, I went in there for 3 dozen and 2 boxes of joe and was out in 5 minutes.

Girl who’s working night never served a customer. Keep saying that the customer is down you get to wait 15-20 minutes all lies

I like to drink DD coffee once in a while. Good perks,sales.

Did drive thru service was fast and friendly. Coffee was as tasty at 9pm as it is at 8am

It's sad I paid 579 for a large cut of ice WHICH was suppose to be large coffee and 519 for a medium cup of ice which also was suppose to be coffe I want my money back I got pictures to show

I drive out of my way to come to the Dunkin even when there is one closer to me. The ladies in the drive thru are also super nice and friendly and you can tell they love their jobs. The friendly smile in the morning makes starting the day even better. Keep up the great work

Every time I go here I never have to wait long. This is one of the few Dunkin’s that always get my order right. There is a blonde woman who works the mornings who is always super helpful and professional. Today she fixed my coffee before it got to my window because she noticed they added cream and I take it black. Again best Dunkin! Amazing staff!!!

I love this Dunkin. They are always so kind and quick, even when they are busy. I use mobile order and they have it done immediately. They always get the order right. They also have the bakery in there so the donuts are fresh. The best in the area. This place rocks!

OMG. Drive thru so tight. A mess, really. You can see the bumps and bruises from the cars everywhere. Not life threatening but.... WOW! Coffee great as always and associate a 5.

The girl who works at 4pm today sept 16 2021 was the most rudest employee ever I am gonna tell everyone I know never to go here ! I need to speak to the owner of this franchise and the manager how dare she talk to my wife like that!!

I don't like the way that people talk to you at the drive-through window when you're trying to figure out what you want to order or to place a order it is never OK to rush a customer and your attitude you need to go home This is the 3rd time that I've tried this Dunkin id1878 donuts because it's close to the house plus is on my way to work and I like to put the money back in the community that I live in but I'm tired of getting attitude every time I come through the drive though

I go here nearly every morning before work, I order by using on the go on the Mobile App. It's always fast and great service every time!

Waited in line for 10 minutes before the 2 girls got out of drive thru. Line forgetting about instore customers ,so I walked out.

Worst customer service from a Dunkin ever!! They don’t know the difference between a custard and creme donut. The young short girl refused to change out the donut because there was a bite in it. It’s not my fault they gave me the wrong donut and I didn’t know until I bit into it. Their customer service and standards of class are well below the standards of society.
