    Home Depot Paint Department has a very smart and creative young lady name Ashleigh or Ashley. Don’t remember the spelling of her name but she was very helpful in helping me change the color of the paint I originally purchased a few days ago. I took the paint back to the Bedford Park Home Depot Store on 6/30/22 to see if the color can be changed. Ashleigh didn’t think she can do it due to she only had 2 months with the company. She compared the ingredients with the color I had to the color I wanted and mixed it all up and got the perfect color I wanted. Thank you Ashleigh for your expertise and also you saved me money cause I was gonna buy another can of white paint to get the color I wanted. Ashleigh is the best in the paint department!👏🏼❤️👏🏼❤️

    Came in to buy some plumbing items and figured I’d grab some masks. Picked up some $17 box disposable, but looked for washable. Found them. At a great price and confirmed by employee. Went to register and the price was incorrect. Told cashier and she call over Maheer (apologize if spelled wrong) the manager. He walked over to the shelf with me and said that they need to get a new sticker. Okay, but the price shows what it is. Didn’t agree and said it would be right underneath. Okay, then where is the sticker? He didn’t know and said he already had someone printing it. He didn’t.

    I brought the kitchen from Home Depot and it cost me 20k everything they did was bad and they took a year and a half and still couldn’t finish and I contacted them and they didn’t answer and it takes a long time for them to answer and the workers were rude and the work wasn’t good or decent to be honest I just threw my money anyway… please don’t buy from them! Bad service Bad manners and it takes a long time for them to pick up and the sink splashes everywhere we have to put a towel or use low water for it to work good please, don’t waste ur money and go somewhere else thank you.

    Since the local Menards expanded, Home Depot has upped their game. You can actually find someone to help you, the place is better organized, and you can be in and out in 10 minutes.

    I stopped here a few hours ago to buy lightbulbs for my grandmother. While I was waiting in the self checkout line I was aggressively approached by a store associate. He stared me dead into my eyes, clinched his mouth and came to me very closely. He asked me if I needed help multiple times even after I told him I was fine and I was waiting in line. After he finally walked away, he came back and directed me to go to checkout line much farther away. I felt that this was RACIAL PROFILING!!! There was not one other customer that got treated like this. To make matters worse, I live in this neighborhood and shop here all the time. This his horrible and Home Depot should be ashamed. The way this man approached me was as if he was about to fight me. AGAIN, Home Depot should be ASHAMED.

    Great location, return service was amazing even when normally not accepting certain returns on paint items,they did so anyways. and Kamil who works over in the paint department was very helpful and very patient with us as we tried to match the color paint needed. Even testing different shades of the paint for us. Excellent service and staff

    They scammed me into getting g a credit card & then AFTER told me that they charge for shipping 70 bucks when all I want to do is pick the item up. Instead of trying to save me 50, the tried to charge my 70 for shipping. Reporting this to the bbb.

    Bad customer service, and no real help, I was there to exchange a faucet which has a life time warranty, the service representative, at the desk, was surprised I kept the receipt for 10 years, and tried to be a smart A, by telling me it doesn't cover wear and tear, I tried to explain to her in a polite manner that she does't know what she's talking about, eventually she gave me the replacement but she wasn't happy, not friendsly at all, and she felt stupid by acting like that, she never apologized or admit she was wrong, i tried to complain to the manager, he or she was no where to be found i called the main office, they answer but seems like they don't care, i usually buy stuff on Amazon, if theres a problem you return with no questions asked, wake up home Depot before you go out of business.

SOLD OUT BIG TIME IN THEIR LAWN GOODS - COULDN’T GET WHAT I WANTED TO PURCHASE. THE ONLY OPTIONS AVAILABLE SUCKED AND WHAT I ENDED UP BUYING WAS CONSIDERED THE BESTS BY ONE CUSTOMER SUGGESTION WAS JUST OKAY ONCE I GOT IT HOME. 2. TOO MUCH SOCIAL MEDIA MESS BY ONE PERSON WHO IS JUST DYING FOR ATTENTION NOT GOOD AND WILL NEVER BE GOOD!!! STAY OFF SOCIAL MEDIA IT IS BAD NEWS DUDE.

    NEGATIVE STAR IF I COULD! DONT SHOP HERE!! Worst company in the world. BEWARE!!! I will NEVER do business with them again, and we will tell everyone we know how horrible of a company they are. Stole our money and kicked my family down at the worst time of our life while taking advantage of us. Hell is for them and their compassion for humans. They only care about money. I wish them bankruptcy!

    Usually has what I need, although the fastener section could be organized better its tough when you've got 100s of people a day carelessly throwing stuff into other bins. Workers have been friendly and willing to help when needed. About what you'd expect from a big box store.

    Huge waste of time here. No one knows a thing and I even had the manager KORI assist me into trying to give me a higher price than listed on the tag. The item was damaged in multiple places and drawers were not closing properly. She stated I can receive 50.00 off....which is not even the tax on the item. The price of this item on the tag was 898 in store only, but the sticker on top stated 998. She stated that the 50 dollar discount was not discussed upon the 898 pricing. I'm sorry I didn't know I was at a dealership. So now you mean to tell me I'm Ultimately paying more than the listed price on the item. I should've kept my mouth shut and just bought it. Absolutely ridiculous I wasted a good 2 hours there to even get help. My business and my companies business will be taken to any other store other than the homedepot in Chicago ridge. Huge loss for that store.

    I only come here because of my job but every visit is amazing. The staff is so nice and helpful, the store is well organized and planned out. The floral section is amazing. They always have an item I need in an emergency.

    I had a wonderful experience there, the place is so organized and my experience was nice, but the employees are not friendly and helpful. I tried to ask him if they have a bonfire he told me we ran out! I just walked for 4 minutes inside the business then I found a bunch of the bonfire !! It's really annoying

    Had some issues with my delivery I called the store and talked to the manger Luis he went above and beyond to help me. They came to my house Luis and Glen and and other associated i think his name was Amire. They moved my dryer for the delivery team to put my washer because the delivery team would not move the dryer which had to be moved to put the washing machine where it belonged in a tight space. Glen fixed a gas problem I didn't even know existed. After the washer was delivered and put in,I called the store and Glen came back out replaced the gas coil for my dryer put the dryer back in the tight space I just want everyone to know that these people did more than any other store would ever do. I am so impressed Thank you so much. This will be the only home improvement store I will be shopping at . These 3 men show how much they care about their customers.They also proved that Home depot will do anything to help their customers .

    Uggg....well, Home Depot, in Chicago Ridge, I'm disappointed with the Halloween decor. Like the animatronics, they put up like maybe 4. It was all pumpkins, which I like pumpkins, but they could've put up other type of decor. I dont know. No pride at all. The animatronics weren't working, so I would give them a zero if I could as far as their seasonal stuff goes.

    Wow! I've been to plenty of Home depots but the service we received on June 7th 2022 was way above what I expected. First of all, I have to give high fives to Kathleen in human resources. Can you believe it? She does HR and she helped me out tremendously. She actually called quite a few people and Jack came in after hours to help me out. He did a tremendous tremendous job. Thank you guys. This will be my permanent Home Depot.

    Wow! Store much improved over the previous few times I had been of late. Looked inspection ready. Aisles were clearer and shelves were well stocked and one associate actually asked me if I needed help! WHAT? I pass 2 other HDs and a Lowe's to get there. Well worth the gas.
