I waited an hour for a test that took less than 5 minutes. The place smelled so bad I couldn't wait to get out of there. It was the closest location to me for a work related test. My oh my if I ever had to pick a place I'd rather take a longer drive possibly Orland where I'm sure the clinic wouldn't be as bad.

Extremely inviting and overall amazing experience. Receptionist and nurses are absolutely amazing and welcoming. I do wish the provider would’ve taken just one extra minute to listen to my needs. Overall pleasant experience and very quick service.

I was desperate. I had pink eye and was in pain. I went to 2 other urgent care facilities and neither could help me. Physicians Immediate Care was wonderful! The registration process was so easy (from your phone), they have a counter telling you what # you are in line and approximately how long you’ll be waiting. I waited 1 hour. The doctor was fast, thorough and helped me get better. The staff is so friendly. I recommend this location whole heartedly! Thank you.

Dr McMullen was excellent with My 93 yr old mom. Very friendly and patient. Brought mom in for pressure wound above buttox. Dr gave excellent advice on relieving pressure off wound with techniques what to apply and manage. I have brought my mom to this facility before and was very pleased. Will suggest to others.

I came in for a pre-employment drug screening and was helped by Adriana. She was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and kind! She is the type of person that anyone walking into a clinic would be lucky to be greeted by. She’s a real gem! I had a great experience! Thank you again Adriana!

Had an appointment for a flu shot, waited almost 2 hours. They should reorganize and have an express line for quick things like vaccines that take 5minutes. It would empty out the waiting room quicker and also be better service!

Place was fast and efficient checked in with lady she was very polite and then a man took my tempeture gage me a prescription and sent me on my way best service ever

As soon as I walked in I noticed how dirty the place is. The floor was not cleaned at all and the front desk women had a little bit of an attitude . I waited almost 3 hours for my 1 year old to be seen who had a fever. I don't mind waiting however they need to be more precautious that my son is 1 who also has to eat. Once we got into a room, we were called back by PCT Philip who walked us into a dirty room. He wanted to take vitals on my son however I said if he can wipe down the room. He only then wipes down the providers chair that had blood on it and the pt chair but did not wipe the exam bed and only changed the paper. Which made me mad. I understand it may get busy but simply apologize and wipe down the room completely as well as what you're going to use on my son to take vitals, which he did not do. Then he begins to "take" vitals on my son and I told him that was not going to read his oxygen and pulse since he has tiny hands. He continues to try multiple times , of course did not work. Made my son feel worse. Claimed my son's oxygen was at 93 and wrote it down. There is no way my son's oxygen is 93%. And at this point I knew he did not know what he was doing. I told him he's 1 that is not going to work to read his vitals. Then he claimed my son's temperature was 97 however I knew it was not. I was so frustrated w him bc he was so incompetent. He then used the excuse of being new and only have 1 month of experience . I was like okay? But I'm sure he went to school for medical assistant and should have more knowledge. He could have called someone else to take vitals on my son all he did was make him feel worse than he already did. Later a women comes back to swab my son for flu and she did a great job. The provider was nice as well. Then Philip comes back in the room saying he forgot to swab for Covid. At this point I did not want him to touch my son. So I did it myself. He doesn't know what he is doing, has no patient care and needs to be retrained in basic vitals and patient care. Worst experience of my life and never bringing my son back again to such a dirty environment and PCT Philip who is completely lost in everything. He should not be working w patients period

We arrived right on time yesterday! 😉 Took a few minutes to take us to a room. Front desk staff was excellent, she had that great attitude needed when feeling under the weather. Frida was very attentive, listened to our concerns and when the Doctor came in he was well versed with what was discussed and treated us with care. Thanks for the attention and quick visit. Much appreciated while on my lunch hour.

Exceeded every expectation! I’ve been to the Archer location a couple of times. Consistently I receive excellent care in a clean, well-equipped, and highly skilled environment. And most recently, I received guidance that I’d been missing regarding a health condition that was complicating my current presenting problem. I don’t leave reviews , but the care there is that good.

I visited Physicians Immediate Care. Registration was quick. There were two people ahead of me waiting in the waiting area upon my arrival. My name was called within 10 minutes. Once in the private medical room questions were asked and answered. By the time I left I was comfortable about the professional treatment received by the medical staff.

I went in to get stitches removed, I gave them a phone number to contact the company h.r. department & they called however she was in a meeting so I told her dial a different extension. She replied my manager will take care of me, the manager (i asked for her name but she wouldn't give it to me) still did not call & gave me an attitude I DO NOT recommend this place I've been here for 2 hours & still waiting to be seen

Today, Provider, Patrick listened to my symptoms & made suggestions. I lookeded online for closest clinic. I was very impressed. I made an appt. online. I was greeted by Adriana at the front desk, very professional & warm. I then had Ikesha, PCT, take my vitals & symptoms. She gave me a COVID & strep test. I was in and out in 40 minutes (15 of that waiting for test results). I was very impressed & highly recommend. The place was very clean. Thank you..

I called to see if they had a doctor who specializes in Ophthalmology, and was pleased that they did. I didn’t schedule an appointment so I walked-in after I called and waited for an hour. The office was clean and welcoming. The staff were friendly and took care of my needs. The P.A was nice, patient, explained everything to me and really took her time making sure I understood everything and made me feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend their clinic and would go there again

I've been to this location a few times now and every time I've been there it's been a very pleasing and satisfying visit when I need to be seen in a pinch when I can't be seen by my PCP last minute. The PA's, medical assistants and the rest of the staff there are very helpful, pleasing and tentative to my needs and concerns and they provide a wholesome manner of care. The walk in appointments are very convenient and it's understandable that there may be a wait without a scheduled arrival time but, the times I've waited to be seen were nothing absurd or unbearable. The team here has really helped me and treated me when I needed an urgent eval during acute illnesses and i will gladly continue considering this facility as a place for follow ups in the cases I can't be seen sooner with my PCP for acute illnesses.

Professional space. Comprehensive services. However, the pace at which employees operated was slow despite only four in the waiting room. The medical assistant did not weigh or measure me and could not apply the blood pressure cuff on correctly.

Front desk staff were friendly. Our care was great but the wait time was very long. The waiting room was crowded. This is to be expected this time of year. It would be nice if some form of triage was used to reduce the wait time for those who are vomiting or have infants who are ill. One person had a newborn with labored breathing and was very clearly struggling. They waited over 2.5 hours then had to leave before they could be seen. If you can, I would recommend scheduling an appointment to reduce your time in waiting room/exposure to other illnesses. Also during my nearly 3 hr wait not one person cleaned in the lobby or bathroom. My son puked in the lobby and bathroom. It’s possible they cleaned after we left.

I’ve been to another Physicians Immediate Care location, but the one in Garfield Ridge was simply the best. Staff was friendly and inviting and the doctor as well! Dr.Russel is amazing and thought highly of her. She was compassionate and showed empathy. I felt secure and well take care of here.
