i'm
reposting
it
-
I
had
an
appointment
for
a
pedi
and
mani.
My
nail
tech
(Lupita,
i
think?)
was
more
than
15
mins
late.
The
pedicure
was
done
fine
nothing
special
to
note.
However
when
she
was
going
by
mani,
she
cut
me
while
cutting
my
cuticles
and
I
was
bleeding
a
lot.
No
apology
from
her
whatsoever
and
she
told
me
to
go
āwash
my
handsā.
After
that
she
started
shaping
my
nails
and
I
had
requested
for
almond
shape.
Let
me
tell
you
she
had
no
idea
how
to
do
this.
She
kept
filing
the
sides
leaving
straight
choppy
edges
and
it
was
not
smooth.
Tried
multiple
times
to
tell
her
this
is
not
what
I
want
and
that
the
tip
should
be
a
smooth
curved
tip
without
uneven
straight
edges.
I
eventually
just
took
the
nail
file
from
her
and
started
filing
my
own
nails
as
there
was
no
way
I
was
walking
around
with
unevenly
shaped
nails
especially
considering
I
had
a
wedding
to
go
to
that
weekend.
She
went
on
her
phone
as
I
was
filing
my
own
nails.
When
she
was
done
applying
my
gel
polish,
I
noticed
it
was
bumpy,
thick
and
uneven.
When
I
brought
this
to
her
attention,
she
blamed
this
on
the
fact
that
the
polish
I
chose
was
slightly
transparent.
I
agree
that
it
is
slightly
transparent
however
that
should
not
cause
uneven
bumps
or
thickness
within
the
application
of
the
polish.
I
was
clearly
upset
with
the
result
of
my
manicure
and
the
manager/owner
noticed
and
came
over,
took
over
and
fixed
up
my
nails
quickly,
filing
the
polish
to
make
it
even
and
remove
the
bumps
and
painted
another
coat
of
polish
on
me
and
even
refiled
my
nails.
The
nail
tech
offered
me
a
10%
discount
as
I
was
clearly
unhappy
-
I
thought
this
was
insufficient
considering
the
amount
of
pain
I
was
in
but
I
paid
and
left
anyway
as
I
was
in
a
hurry.
I
later
called
the
salon
and
asked
to
speak
to
the
manager/owner.
I
explained
the
situation
and
she
even
admitted
to
witnessing
the
above
debacle
and
agreed
with
everything
I
said.
I
said
that
the
situation
should
not
have
even
happened
and
I
was
very
unhappy
with
the
service.
I
even
mentioned
that
Iād
be
submitted
a
negative
review
on
google
and
that
I
called
to
inform
her
as
a
courtesy
as
I
genuinely
felt
that
this
should
not
happen
to
another
person
ever
again.
She
then
offers
to
provide
me
store
credit
of
the
full
amount
I
paid
and
that
I
could
come
back
whenever
I
could
as
I
was
on
my
way
out
of
town
for
a
wedding.
She
said
sheād
send
me
the
store
credit
in
a
text
message
within
the
next
hour
-
I
received
no
such
text.
So
I
called
the
next
day
to
follow
up
and
left
a
message
with
the
receptionist
or
one
of
the
staff
I
have
no
idea
who
it
was
and
she
said
that
sheād
pass
on
the
message
to
the
manager/owner.
Still
have
not
heard
back.
I
think
that
this
is
absolutely
absurd
and
unprofessional
of
the
salon.
I
will
not
be
calling
a
third
time
to
follow
up
on
this
because
honestly
I
never
want
to
step
foot
in
this
establishment
again.
Might
even
file
a
dispute
with
my
credit
card
company
as
I
felt
I
was
scammed.
My
experience
was
by
far
the
worst
Iāve
experienced
yet
and
I
get
my
nails
done
quite
frequently.
If
you
value
your
time,
hard
earned
money
and
sanity,
go
to
literally
any
other
salon.
I
hope
you
never
experience
what
I
did.
