Gorgeous hair for a fraction of the price. I have now been here twice. The first time was for a haircut, and the second was for partial highlights. Such amazing service and quality, as well. The instructor is nearby to support the students and the students do a fine job. They pay so much attention to detail. I’m just so impressed. Haircut, $15. With blow dry. Partial highlights $45 with blow dry. They also do keratin treatment. When I was there, there was a guy getting a perm. I’m super excited to share with friends. I wish I could have known about this place earlier - I will definitely be returning. The first photo is the highlights (from today). I came in for an underarm wax. The space is very welcoming, bright, and the staff and students were very professional. Olukemi completed my underarm wax seamlessly and communicated the steps she was doing throughout the process. I will definitely book her for any of my future services.

I walked into the school not knowing what to expect- only because I had just heard they take clients and my hair needed ALL THE HELP. They were quick to point out what hair color I was to match with what color I could do and it was magical from then on. Not to mention, Zamya and the teacher Rhonda made my hair 10,000% above my expectations. They were talking math at one point and “I’m like whaaaa?” None the less, I was blessed to be partnered with a very talented young woman Zamya who knows her coloring, cutting, and blow dry skills- I’m sure she knows more I just didn’t get to experience this time! Can’t forget the hair washing part, Zamya made sure everything was going to perfection, and she exceeded. I was even running on a time crunch and everything was fabulous. Thank you so much! I will be back! Highly recommended. As a single mom, I am HAPPY I can say I am able to afford this service and best part is getting great service in return!

I had another wonderful signature facial done. I usually add an eye treatment or LED treatment. I recommend these extra services, they are worth it. My esthetics student, Evelyn M. proved to be a great student the school produces. She was incredibly through and caring! She noted improvements with my skin since the last visit. Anyone in her hands will get nothing less than excellent!

This is a review as a client who has gone to get her hair done at least 4 time here. I've gotten extremely complex hair dyes done and each time it comes out 90% of not 100% close to what I ask for. When I call, there is always an answer on the phone , and they are courteous and friendly here. The students are very friendly and kind and funny. As a young 20 year old, triccoci is a good place for college students on a budget . What a lot of people don't understand is that triccoci may not be the best place for older people who are very very particular about their hair & who are Karen's. If you have one specific way of doing your hair and are intolerant of compromise , triccoci is not for you. If you are open minded to working out a compromise for your request , this is the place for you. Sometimes when you ask for a certain hair color, it may not always be possible due to damaged hair or hair texture. That is something I have had to face here, but I work it out with the stylists and we get to something close. It always turns out great. I have seen many Karen's there before , and the students are honestly doing their best and really involved. They're not as lazy and unprofessional and some may make them out to be. The instructors are nice to me, Sarah has been nothing but kind to me as a POC woman, though I understand I cannot speak on behalf of everyone's experience. Last time I went to get my hair done was very time efficient and economical. I had two students , Adrian and Jocelyn, do my chunky highlights and it turned out great. The instructor on sight was named Vanessa or Valerie I believe. She is new and she is extremely kind and smart. When I come, they always offer me water consistently and ask if I need anything. Being kind to stylists and staff and being patient goes a long way. working in a busy retail environment , I know how hard it can be to keep a cheery face and answer every call all the time. I love coming here for cheap but awesome hair services. In terms of going to school here, the students do often complain to me about rude instructors or drama. Last time I got my hair done , a students boyfriend came to cause some trouble which shook up the place. If students are confiding in me as a client , something should ve done to ensure safety. I'm relaxed enough not to get uncomfortable building friendships with the students , but it does concern me how often they lament of unsafe conditions or lack of regiment in their schooling

I really enjoyed my experience at Tricocci University, my hair stylist was Cece she was a senior student and not only was she super sweet and kind she was very precise with her coloring skills and super professional. If you’re ever in a predicament or the circumstances you’re facing is unique… then she’s who you can count on. mannerism, ethics, and good hygiene were always emphasized growing up so I’m very particular with my hair and who cares for it especially having long hair as a male. Called Thursday to make 3 appointments for Friday morning. I was told to call the next day to make sure they would have enough students available.I called and spoke to Nini(sorry if I misspelled your name.) She told me they had 3 students available and got us in for 11am. We were all very pleased with our facials and the ladies at the front desk were very friendly. I was in desperate need of a root touch up and to blend the various colors in my hair, with curls and thickness adding to the complexity of this endeavor. Ms. Bri and Juan (my color pro) did an outstanding job and I was in tears when done. They transformed my look into a professional one and they were incredibly sweet and caring. My gratitude to Ms. Bri and her team of miracle workers for their incredible results. I would recommend to my closest friends and family to get their services done here.

Had my first facial here and it was a great experience! Michel was very gentle and considerate throughout the entirety of the session. I walked in nervous, but was soon able to feel comfortable throughout the process. I will definitely continue to go there and recommend others do the same!
