Dr Neal is very kind, professional and knowledgeable. She did a through work up and cared for my overall well being. I highly recommend her for any dental needs. Best dentist I’ve been to so far. Gabriella worked with me as well and she was awesome, she was patient, professional and ensured I was comfortable throughout the process.

I had a phenomenal experience with the hygienist, Alejandro, today. He was extremely diligent with his cleaning technique, yet compassionate as well. He also is very knowledgeable and cared enough to communicate with me at every stage of the cleaning. I have been to many hygienists for the past few decades, and I have to say Alejandro is one of the best dental professionals I have treated with. Additionally - Ingrid is an awesome "first line of defense." :-) No matter how many people need her attention simultaneously, Ingrid always greets me with a smile as soon as I walk in, takes care of scheduling, and accepts my payments with utmost professionalism and kindness. The dentists are great too. I highly recommend this dental practice!

Great office, with a friendly staff. Dr. Theresa Neal is very kind and thorough. This was my first dental appointment in quite a while. I received x-rays and a cleaning. Dr. Neal explained things to me along the way, answered my questions and gave me great tips for routine dental hygiene. Overall a great visit! We scheduled a follow-up appointment, and I was given an overview of what my insurance should cover, and what I could potentially pay out of pocket.

My experience was exceptional! The front desk staff were friendly. I didn’t have to wait long in the waiting room before being brought back to see the dentist. Dr. Neal was great & helped me understand all of my options! She was a pleasure to speak with.

I had my first appointment today and the whole staff was amazing. Alejandro, the hygienist, was so good at noticing my nerves and putting me at ease. Dr. Neal was so nice and took the time to talk to me. I was so uncomfortable with my last dentist that this was my first appointment in over 5 years and I am so happy with how the whole experience went... for once I'm looking forward to my next appointment.

The staff is very friendly. I was nervous about getting some work done and they were great to put me at ease. They were friendly, patient and reassuring. They made the experience more relaxed and I was able to do some dental work that I had postponed for a very long time. Great team. I highly recommend.

I absolutely love Windy City Dental! I have been a patient for almost two years now. I appreciate that I always see the same dentist and dental assistant, Dr. Neal is great! I feel very fortunate to have found this office. Every single person in there has been wonderful. The front desk, the hygienist, the dental assistants are all wonderful. The dentists themselves are great dentists and are always personable, down to earth, extremely friendly and great at what they do.
