I came today after noticing the eatery post Tesla charge shameless plug of course. Wow what an experience I had. I came in expecting the bowled over chic fila greeting that most people grow to expect and draws a smile every time. I got 1106’s version and it was just as well. The store was busy wrapping up what seemed to be a busy dinner hour for deliveries and lol the few in house take outs as you dine9still are not allowed a table due to Covid 19 and it’s variants. The customer service was ok front of the house was clean and very brand I used to Manage A pop up version in 1999 so I see why I’m partial. The cuisine was well amazing and the Mac and cheese is by far the best darn Mac I’ve ever had this side of Texas and that’s big considering we are in Chicago! Wow the largest treat was the location is Owned and Operated via franchise by African American ownership Yooooo go team chic fila South Loop keep those smiles going people love it and it makes our trip to any location that much special… visited 2/22/22 Happy Black History Month (indeed!)

1st time ever at Chick-fil-A and Alissa at the front counter made my day. She went above and beyond and told me what to get along with which sauces would showcase the sandwich best. She was a beautiful gem, and the south loop location is so lucky to have her. She even ended up elevating our experience by ending it with a DAVOON milkshake. My new place to get a chicken sandwich, but going back for the gem of a human they've got there!!!!! (Staff is wonderful)

Based on two different visits. At first I thought it was just the grilled chicken sandwich. But then I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich. Now I'm trying to figure out why are your chicken patties so hard, rubbery, dry, and basically terrible at this specific location? I mean honestly, it's very close to the quality of McDonalds. Other chick-fil-a locations have SUPERB chicken sandwiches. So what's going on here?

This location used to be good but lately their food has gone down hill and this will be my last time ordering from them. The fries were cold & rubbery. But what was worse is I was served this offensive & awful piece of chicken with no breading. I couldn't eat it & threw it away, whomever cooked this and served it for consumption should be embarrassed.

The best chicken breast at a fast-food restaurant I've ever had. Plus my grandbabies loves i mean loves this place . My favorite is the breakfast sandwich that I can't seem to get up early enough to enjoy. Only if it opened on Sunday .

Food is good, but service and the workers here are not your typical chick fil A. Had an easy fixable issue and was just brushed off. Staff was not very friendly. Decided to just leave rather than getting my order fixed due to the annoyance i was feeling from the workers. Wasn’t gonna put my energy into it.

They get everyone through quick even when the line is long. They have never forgotten anything in my order. You can listen to the opera music that the 7/11 plays in the parking lot.

See other reviews, this place will cheat you anyway possible. Ordered 8 nuggets got 5. Each item is supposed to come with 2 sauces which I chose on the app, got 0. Pretty much any other location is better. Update: went back as I love chick fil a, and this is closest for lunch. Again they will cheap out on sauces make sure you check if you have time. 2 per item is specific to city locations and this place will usually give no sauces or 1 sauce per item. How do I eat 8 chicken nuggets with one packet of sauce?!

C’mon Chick-fil-A you have to do better than this! I’m a long time customer and today I found a hair in my Mac n cheese. Just flippen nasty!!!

Location matters. Hire more focused and mature employees. 2 star because food was good. Chick fil a for me is known for their wonderful customer service. It’s lacking here.

Been coming here for a while. Great staff and service. I've also been given a military discount. For the past two visits, however, I was told this location stopped providing a military discount and only offer one for LEOs. Just a heads up for other fellow uniformed members here for school or work. They also keep forgetting to give me a straw for my drink haha out here choking on these delicious fries on the way home.

Ok normally I don’t have any issues. But today was the worst experience at chick fila at south Clinton location. They really need to come up with a new system when picking up a mobile order. I walked through the door, told the young lady my name. She said someone just picked that order up, I’m like I’m not a door dash person. Im picking up my personal order. Manager prepares the food again. I’m sure this is not the first time this has happen because now her and a couple of team members are having a conversation about passing out food to the wrong customer. Not my problem. I’m waiting on my food. Anyway the young lady talking under her breath about the missing food that she clearly gave away. Manager gives me the food and the young lady harassed me again if someone has my number. I’m like what are you talking about. I drive 5 minutes with my food, i went back I just got a refund. Horrible customer service from this location. The point of the story just be accountable, tell your manager you accidentally gave out the wrong order. Don’t blame or harass the customer for your mistake. They use to have good customer service not sure what’s going on now.

I love chick fil a, didn't realize Chicago had some close to me because it's been awhile since visit but food was fresh, service was amazing.

Ordered with the app for drive thru one evening because I was in the area and grabbed dinner for my family. Didn't think I need to check my food before driving home but it looks like this is a continuous thing with this location. Happened to my husband and now a week later myself. Ordered the nuggets and got crumbs instead. I feel cheated because I spent $20 on chicken nuggets to feed my children just to receive this instead.

I frequent this Chick-fil-A because it is close to my home. While the food is of Chick-fil-A quality and consistency, the dine in service has issues. Multiple times I’ve waited 15 minutes plus to receive my order only to have me go up to the counter to receive the food and find it waiting on the counter. I’d like to see this Chick-fil-A have a corporate manager come in and fix this issue. The drive-through in my opinion is much better.

Chick-fil-A is consistently good. This one had a lot of people working but only one cashier for a long line of customers. Then, you get the one customer ahead of you who asks 50 million questions. Geesh?

Conveniently located Chick-fil-A with ample parking. This Chick-fil-A is always packed, but they do always provide stellar service. I have waited at this Chick-fil-A longer than others, so I’m docking it a star for that reason. However, quality is always on par and they do apologize when you have long waits. One note, they stop making milkshakes an hour before closing, so don’t come in expecting to get a late night shake.
