The worst employees and the worst manager (Julius) They messed up my order and I have the receipt and they refused to correct the order saying that the owner not allowing us to fix issues. I hope the Burger King corporate see this and deal with this stupidity. How is this guy got manager position? Is this the values of BK?

The employee expediting the food was incredibly rude. My father used the self ordering system and believed he ordered two sandwiches. When his order was called and we discovered there was only one the person who gave him the food simply said “no you didn’t” and walked back to his station. I stepped in to ask a follow up question, I was then told that he ordered a meal without a sandwich. At this point my father got back in line to order another. While we were figuring this out my order was called and I missed my number. After waiting a few minutes I inquired about my order and the same person told me “I called this 3 times, don’t ask me about your order” my wife commented that he could have call it louder and he proceeded to swear quietly as we were walking away calling her several inappropriate words. We did not address this in the moment as we were quite frustrated by the whole experience.

Eh they messed up the order but it was ok

I ordered a meal for my 9 years old (1 royal crispy chicken burger and 1 chicken fries) with no receipt , little did I know the order would come wrong. And in 15 mins went back to them to inform that they gave me a wrong order of 2 chicken fries. The person I talked to just argued and I was surprised that he wasn’t even courteous to hear me and understand. Wait a minute, this is at the Chicago airport and how many times such thing might me happening that customer comes back with such a kind incident . Really, you had to argue and also say that the no receipt transaction is something they don’t want to look into. Very very disappointing and the lack of customer satisfaction in this place! I then placed a new order of crispy chicken burger and this time with a receipt! (Attached). Didn’t want to give 1 star but doesn’t let me post without the star rating hence forced to give that 1 star

SCAMMERS BEWARE. I bought a 5 dollar shake from this Burger King from their electronic ordering system. Immediately after I paid, they called me up and told me they don't sell ice cream after 5 pm and asked me if I would like a coke. I declined and asked for a refund, to which they told me they cannot give refunds. If you don't sell something you cant lie about it and trick customers into giving you money. I deserve a refund. I got nothing from this store. Normal people need to stand up to these crooks.

The only vegetarian option I found in terminal 5. I do not like burgers but I need to eat something on a 10 hour layover. How can a big city like this have an international airport but limited vegetarian options, not to even mention any vegan options. Also, the frozen fanta cherry was not available on the ordering machine, had to queue and order at the desk.

Miguel took my order without making me feel bad given there was kiosks I could have ordered from. The kiosks don’t let me get the double impossible whopper like I usually get. Miguel was very polite and attentive. Wish more fast food places had employees like Miguel.

AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE! The manager with the lady nails but is a man? Is rude as hell. They messed up everyone’s order from what I could tell standing there including mine. How the heck are we supposed to know an order was wrong without opening it? If you open it they bish that you touched the food so we can’t do anything bye. Overpriced garbage and O’Hare needs to kick them out and replace with some halal/vegeterian place. If i could give zero stars I would

I bought chicken sandwich and fries . He touched the fries without gloves . It was disgusting . It’s the Worst taste I have ever eaten Burger King

Just finished eating one of worst meals of my life. No hygiene. No taste. Can’t expect that from Burger King.

Unprofessional staff. Dirty kitchen. We were waiting 15 min in line because the machines to order weren't working. And finally didnt order because they were out of fries. I don't recommend it at all
