We stayed Kasa Chicago North and it was super amazing!! I was skeptical about all the digital communication but it was smooth. The apartment was amazing!! Environment was very clean bright and happy. They left a fan on the counter I had requested for our stay. The building was amazing and we felt very safe in the big city. The Sky Deck, Lounge, and gym were great!! Loved the beercade next door and the cafe’s on the block!! I wish I had access to sky deck earlier than 7am so I could do yoga up there before sunrise, but it wasn’t a huge deal. Anyway! I love this place!! 10/10 recommend!!

Booked my parents a 2 week stay at Kasa, they loved it! It was a seamless check-in even though it was late night, there was always help available one text / call away, the place was clean and spacious, big windows and even had a pool (closed after summer), fitness centre and workspace/cafe! It’s super well connected to public transport. Would definitely book again any time someone visits!

Kasa made for the perfect stay in Chicago. The rooftop pool at this location was wonderful, the room was spotless, bed comfy, and space fully equipped. Appreciated the coffee, tea, and ample storage. The Dollop coffee shop in the lobby was great for a quick snack. I walked around the whole city from here - very safe and easy as a solo traveler. Would definitely stay here again.

Our stay in the Kasa was amazing! This was my first trip to Chicago and I didn’t want to leave. The amenities made this place feel like home with grills, a pool and lounge areas on the rooftop. The gym offered a free place to work out while on vacation which is huge! For the price, this place seems reasonable even if it was a little small in terms of the room square footage. Each Kasa is different so you might not get the one in the photos. However, they approved our early check in and the virtual front desk made checking in with the codes easy. The place is quiet and even with a room by the elevators there was no issues. The coffee shop in the lobby was our fav (you have to try the donuts!) and this place was only a ~15 min walk from the river. Beautiful views, beautiful place! Would definitely book this place again on our next stay!

My daughter stayed here but doesn't have a google account. " This was the best hotel I've stayed in in a long time. Affordable, really cool features, the room had a beautiful view of downtown. It was quiet and the bed was extremely comfortable. (Bamboo mattress!) The staff was very helpful with directions that i needed and any questions that i had about the amenities. The pool was beautiful. Very relaxing outdoor area with plenty of privacy and a really nice grill area and spice garden! I had to use the computers to print out our concert tickets and the conference room was very helpful for that. The two gyms we saw were very clean and had a good assortment of equipment. I'm sad we were only in town for such a short while! We WILL be back to stay at Kasa!!! The egg harbor was a delicious breakfast choice that was seconds away from the hotel as well.

Amazing apartment with breathtaking view and lots of amenities, even a rooftop pool! The location is perfect to everywhere in Chicago! It was the perfect apartment for our family vacation and we can only highly recommend it! We would definitely return.

Loved staying at Kasa River North in Chicago. The room was spacious, compared to a hotel room, and we paid less than what we would’ve for a hotel. Already booked our next stay at Kasa River North! My wife is was kind of leery about staying at a different place than our usual, but she was very pleasantly surprised by how well the description of the Kasa was to how to actually was for us.

The place is in my pretty good location and the room was clean and matched the description. The on-site staff was helpful if needed assistance. The place is in walkable distance from the CTA brown and red lines, and there are bus routes nearby. would recommend, and I felt it was more feasible to other hotels in the area and with better features.
