This is one of my favorite massage facilities. No frills, just access to healers. I rely on massage therapy to function as a human due to chronic pain, trauma recovery and scoliosis. Massage keeps me healthy. I’ve tried several therapists and have not had a bad experience. Because this is a teaching facility, you can expect a commitment to learning and application, even with seasoned therapists. They offer massages from students as well if you’re needing a budget conscious option. Great people here!

Absolutely 💯 would recommend River North Massage Therapy Center. Suzanne, my therapist was excellent. I highly recommend her if needing a massage. The center is spotless, as was the massage room. Prices are extremely keen as per their website. I certainly will be back & will request Suzanne.

It's baffling to me that this place is so highly rated, and makes me wonder if they are fake reviews. When we first arrived, we were afraid it was some weird scam....a handful of old chairs, empty walls and empty display cases in the waiting room. Nothing that made it seem like a legit business. Lack of ambience is fine but this seemed shady. The massages were also lackluster...not much pressure nor attention paid. She only massaged one of my feet and one side of my neck - guess she forgot about the other sides? It was also $140 for the massage!

We booked last minute massages while on vacation. There were plenty of available time slots to fit our schedule. The massage therapists were great. Would definitely return if we lived in the city!

My experience was incredible. Suzanne was amazing! I went in with shoulder and knee pain and feel so good the day after. I highly recommend them!

Consistently amazing massages no matter what therapist I sign up for. Very customizable and accommodating to my pressure level requests and problem areas.

All staff is welcoming and professional. I’ve had nothing but good things to say about Lara. Always leave my massage feeling much looser and relaxed. Highly recommend River North massage center. Their new location is easy to find and street parking and a garage close by as well.

The 50 massage was amazing made me want to stop halfway and get an 80 mins. I had Michelle. They asked for what I wanted to focus on and if I wanted it hard or softer before we began. I’ve gone to many massages and left feeling very underwhelmed as though they were just putting on sun screen rather than giving a skilled massage. Michelle was the exact opposite very strong, very skilled and relaxing. Giving me a wonderful cranial and foot massage as well. I wish I lived in Chicago. I’d go to her weekly.

River North is always great. This time Natalia worked on me. She’s very professional, extremely knowledgeable, excellent at what she does. It’s deep work, but not uncomfortable. That combination produced a very relaxed state of mind, meditative even. Later in the day, friends and family commented on how relaxed I seemed. This morning my body feels more aligned and expansive. Will return.

Been to River North Massage therapy several times for low back pain, and I find it incredibly therapeutic! I feel better the following morning after almost every session. Hope is fantastic, she seems to be a master in hitting the right trigger points! Will be coming back in the future

We have been clients for many years. The massage therapists are high quality, well trained and care about their clients. Many come out of the attached Massage School, and are teachers, as well. Establishing an ongoing relationship with a therapist allows them to learn about your specific needs. Regular massage is so helpful for ongoing health issues, and an integral part of healthcare. Russ and Suzanne are some of the best therapists in the City. Professional, caring and talented….give them a try, you won’t regret it!
