The lady at bar was extremely rude. She was yelling at almost every customer. I had my bag kept on one chair and she asked me to move my bag out of chair. When i told her that i will move it out in 5 mins she threatened to call TSA at me and my young daughter for no reason. She also claimed that she was an airport employee. This place doesn't even deserve one star.

The place is terrible. Food is not good, and server is very rude. I ordered a $20 pizza and a $10 bottled beer, and the total came to $34 plus $5 tip. No service whatsoever, not even paper towels, or water. The server said they only have bottled water to purchase. Greedy and rude. The reviews were right. Worst place ever.

The sandwich I was given was a bacon breakfast sandwich. It came with tomato sauce on the sandwich (which they characterized as tomato salsa). Salsa is chopped with different onions and peppers. When I went back and tried to get a remake of my sandwich they refused and tried to tell me what I ordered. If you want a company that doesn’t care about the customers or what they order then order here. But I will no longer be eating here when I land in Chicago because the staff do not care whether or not their customers are satisfied with their meal.

Don't waste your time. I'm pregnant traveling alone and was craving pizza decided to walk the terminal to Tocco. Upon placing my order at 4:45pm the lady yelled at the cashier saying she is not cooking anymore pizzas. Terrible service and what she just doesn't want to do her job. Place is open until 8pm. Beyond disappointmented never had service like this before.

this place stole our 45 dollars, the woman at the bar yelled at everybody that came in and said the app doesn't work, after we had waited for over a half hour. We didn't want to order from her because she was so horrible, then she threatened to call security on us as if we were in the wrong. additionally she yelled at a man with clear mental impairments, abhorrent, rude, brash, horrendous experience, avoid at all costs. This place is gonna catch a lawsuit from discrimination if they continue to employ this disgusting woman.

I dropped by to have my lunch and spend time before my flight. I had a Bisanzio which was pappardelle sautéed with crushed tomatoes, basil and black pepper. It was really good! I had orange juice for a drink and it was good too. Their staff were friendly and their service was nice. If you are at the airport and you want to try Italian food, you shouldn't miss this place.

I do not recommend this place! It does not deserve even one star. Unpleasant service, they just rolled their eyes..Communication and service at freezing point..Hygiene doesn't tell them anything either. It's a shame that I didn't look at the reviews first before I went there..

Lady that served us was so rude. I cannot believe she is in a customer service facing position. Gave her a voucher instead of paying by cash and she was saying ‘oh lord I wish you hadn’t of done that’ while throwing everything around. Piece of work woman. Do not recommend. If I could give 0 stars I would.

No prices on menu for drinks = not purchasing from you. There's a cabal at O'Hare so here are the minimum prices with tip and tax included (do check): Beer $18 (wine and cocktails likely more.) We got this price from the one staff member who we found eventually - said she'd serve us but she was on her break. Instead we continued on to the Goddess stand by M6 for takeout wine and beer - save a third and you'll be served immediately.
