So today we went in and we saw that there was no orange chicken, so we asked how long it would take for more orange chicken. The girl that was talking to us rolled her eyes and mumbled how much longer it would take. Her name is Bella and I think she might be the manager. We then got our food and brought it back and it’s filled around half way instead of to the top. I’m really disappointed because i’ve been here a few times and it’s been fine but today we got Bella and she was super rude.

This is your ordinary Panda. The food wad good, location was clean. The girl who seemed to be the manager at the time, Bella. Probably should revisit customer service training though. I’m hard of hearing and asked her to repeat herself and she came off with a little bit of an attitude it seems.The other lady at the check out had no problem repeating herself for me. As I was eating, I noticed Bella on her phone wearing gloves then handled food wearing the same gloves she was touching her phone with. Seems like her management etiquette, customer service, and food sanitation training could be revisited. The kind cashier is why 2 stars and not 1 star.

The employees are rude and ghetto stand around having personal conversations laughing and the homeless are just hanging around in there the food looks dry and old you request fresh food that’s when the unprofessionalism starts… Employee gets upset when you request service I just want to know is that apart of their job or are they paid for the conversation with their coworkers just wondering

The food was good... what little they felt like making. See pix. They were not busy and the bowls were totally clean so it's not like they ran out.

Literally have to force myself not too eat this too often. The kindest people and honestly I went in there today and a man who I assumed had never ordered came in and was super rude to one of the employees. I'm so sorry to that person who has to deal with him. They handled the situation so well, literally I wish them (all the employees ) the best

As a customer Natalia and Lisa was very disrespectful and my comment about product was uneatable they laughed and spoke language unknown to me this made me never ever want to eat at an express EVER

Low Quality Cooking either the Food is Over Cooked or Under Cooked....How Hard is it to Heat Up Food in a Wok....I Usually can Tolerate the Food ,but Today was Horrible.... They need a Better Cook who is Trained to know Food Temperature.

Quick, friendly service. Standard big Panda Express portions, and a clean and quiet restaurant to eat in. Perfect for a quick low-key lunch.

Panda Express is always a good standard Chinese restaurant to order from. Never any surprises always consistent. At this particular Panda Express there are a lot of empty pans but they are always willing to make you whatever you want. 5 minute wait. Status always very pleasant. Clean and quick you can't go wrong.

The worst service in Chicago and the US!! There’s a meant. She’s Asian, and she don’t let me use the showeroom till I ordered. Panda Express is my favorite fast food… is decent, but now I hate this location!

I have been there twice, the first time I had no problems. The second time there were more vegetables in the noodles than noodles Otherwise I love this chain which is a change from burgers

They are almost never open during the hours posted on their door, and there is often barely any food remaining after 5pm.

Great service, and the kitchen is very clean. I lost my wallet here, and the staff held it in a secure place until I came back the next day to get it. Thanks very much to the staff I appreciate the professionalism

I work nearby and get off around 8:15 arriving at 8:39PM. On more than one occasion I arrive to find virtually no food, none being prepared, and the staff are already cleaning up in the kitchen. This week the staff told me there would be no more food. I left and went home

Great Panda Express, very quick service & friendly staff. Always well stocked and freshly cooked. Been a regular for 2 years and never had to wait for anything, they always have seasonal/special items too.

I don't usually eat from Panda Express because I used to consider it "mall" type food. I haven't eaten there in years...I don't know if it's just this location, but my food was soooooo good! I got the chicken w/green beans and kung pao chicken. Both were really good (I will say I was fortunate to get both fresh off the grill, however, I did have to wait a bit). Also, I liked how you can see them cooking and the fresh vegetables in the fridge.

As always the food is spot on! Nice and clean place to eat some goodies. Price is good (stick with the medium entree more bang for your buck). The employee working at lunch time is so pleasant and can effectively describe all of the options available.

The best staff, nice and friendly. I was so hungry and I have a bowl of noodles with sesame chicken it was so delicious. I also used the bathroom it was so clean and smell very nice. You are the best guys!!!!
