I
was
told
to
leave
because
I’m
20
years
old,
and
they
were
unwilling
to
‘be
put
at
risk
legally’
due
to
my
stay
there.
Usually,
hotels
I’ve
been
to
previously
just
remove
alcohol
and
that’s
it.
This
hotel
said
they
don’t
have
the
minibar
in
the
first
place,
but
we’re
afraid
of
selling
it
to
me
in
the
restaurant.
I
don’t
drink
in
the
first
place,
and
I
warned
them
about
liquor,
so
that
was
extremely
insulting.
My
stay
was
fully
paid
for,
and
yet
they
wouldn’t
check
me
in
the
hotel.
I
had
to
find
another
hotel
nearby,
and
it
was
late
at
night
so
I
was
tired
and
didn’t
argue
further.
While
she
was
registering
me
though,
the
lady
at
the
front
desk
took
calls
as
well,
which
was
unprofessional,
because
you’re
supposed
to
focus
on
one
client
at
a
time.
The
fact
that
I
paid
for
it
-
they
couldn’t
return
my
money
immediately
-
not
for
3-5
business
days
at
least,
and
it
was
a
Friday
night,
therefore
I’d
be
getting
my
money
at
the
end
of
the
trip
only,
which
is
very
uncomfortable,
because
I
had
to
pay
for
another
hotel
and
this
one,
so
I
could
spend
less
during
the
trip
itself.
This
is
the
magnificent
mile,
the
shipping
district,
and
those
2000
dollars
wouldn’t
be
returned
to
me
when
I
need
them…
I
find
the
hotel
disgusting
and
don’t
recommend.
The
manager
told
me
to
go
to
AC
hotel
-
which
is
of
way
lower
quality….because
they
can
accept
guests
from
18+.
The
entrance
is
nothing
special,
so
is
the
vestibule,
the
customer
service
is
obvious
abysmal.
Awful
hotel
in
general.
There’s
a
better
hotel
nearby
-
the
one
I
stayed
in
last
time
I
was
in
Chicago
-
Viceroy
-
it’s
5
min
walk
from
this
one,
so
location
is
the
same,
and
it’s
more
expensive,
but
the
staff
there
are
extremely
helpful
and
nice,
and
the
breakfasts
are
huge!
