I recently had drinks at their bar and truly enjoyed my experience. The staff greeted the group I was with right as we walked in, escorted us upstairs to the hotel bar, and made sure we had everything we needed. The drinks were great, the views were amazing, and the staff always checked in to make sure we had everything. The remodel is truly amazing. I was able to reserve a suite and loved everything. The room was very spacious with every detail nearly perfect. The staff was amazing and all of the services made the stay even better - I mean just look at my room photos. Definitely go check this hotel out - especially the bar and restaurant.

After a year I still haven't received my breakfast refunded. I am Globalist and they still charged me full price. When I ordered a breakfast there was no limit on how much I am ordering and upon checking the bill they didn't take anything out. I found out later $45 is max per person. And because I only checked in as 1 person they wanted to only take out $45 per day per person on the invoice. And I am not suppose to have breakfast room service when they told me I could. I sent probably over 10 email and fax but there still is no communication on my refund and it's very disappointing to say the least. I have been very patient but then they could careless. Let's see if this review will help bring this to closure. Amy Miller is person in charge. She has decided to keep the money which belongs to me (few hundred dollars) and since it's been over a year there isn't much I can do. I will now open a case with BBB and leave more more neg review with other outlets so that customers will understand what they are getting into at this hotel.

Post renovation this hotel has really great amenities and dining. We loved the sushi bar and the drinks! The wife enjoyed the spa a lot and we thought it was a great value. Two person soaking tub in the suite was a lovely touch and a great way to celebrate. Excellent Globalist recognition. Room service was great. Walkable to lots of places in Chicago. We had a brisk walk to Lou Malnati's!

Booked with AMEX travel with platinum card. I fully recommend staying at this lovely location if in Chicago. Location is superb, right across from Ralph Lauren and Nordstrom rack. A stones throw from magnificent mile. A good 30 minute walk from navy pier. Maybe 15 minutes from the river. Arrived in a red-eye and was given entry to my room at 8 in the morning. This is my go to in Chicago.

Best hotel we have ever stayed in Chicago. When we arrived we were greeted courteously by the everyone at the hotel. They even had a lovely pug 🐶 which the hotel adopted. The room was spacious and the view was wonderful. I went to their fitness center and the machines felt new, and very well maintained. The hotel also had a pool. On the outside they had a lovely terrace bar which was wonderful. Everyone at the hotel had excellent Custumer service which made us feel special. You are truly paying quality at this hotel.

Park Hyatt delivers again. After a 7-hour drive, we were tired when we arrived. Right from the first interaction with the doorman and parking valets, we knew that this was going to be a well-managed hotel. The quality of service is excellent, and what we have come to expect of the Park Hyatt brand. It is now our preferred hotel brand as several of the other luxury brands seem to have gone downhill so drastically. Check-in was friendly and seamless. Lobby pug was adorable. Staying in the Michigan Suite for the week. Everything is fresh and clean. View is very nice. They clearly did a great job with the full renovation of the hotel over the first half of this year. I wonder if closing for half a year allowed them to upgrade their staff, because they staff in this hotel are exceptional. Just had room service breakfast from Nomi restaurant in the hotel. I was a little skeptical when saw arugula on Eggs Benedict, but my god it was delicious. The herbed potatoes on the side were perfect too. Event the guy who delivered the breakfast was great. This will be my hotel that I stay at every time that I’m in Chicago now, jut like the Park Hyatt in NYC is go-to there. I find travelling can be stressful and often more of a pain than it is worth. Thank you Park Hyatt for making travelling enjoyable and relaxing

Absolutely thrilled with my stay at Park Hyatt Chicago! From the moment I walked through the doors, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. They really know how to make you feel special. The hotel itself is a masterpiece of elegance and comfort. The lobby's tasteful decor instantly puts you in a relaxed mood. But it's the room that's the real game-changer. Spacious, immaculately clean, and furnished with an eye for detail that only adds to the luxurious experience. And let's talk about the view—breathtaking view of the Chicago Water tower. The staff even gave us a bottle of champagne knowing it was my wife’s birthday. Truly an exceptional stay! Can't wait for my next visit. Five stars all the way!

We recently stayed at the Park Hyatt Chicago. Pros: - Outstanding service from the doorman to the concierge. Particularly appreciated the turndown service and the complimentary desserts. - Spacious room and bathroom, with features like a Rainfall shower and double vanity. - Premium Le Labo bath products. - Recently renovated rooms with a contemporary design and up-to-date technology. - Convenient location right next to Michigan Avenue. Cons: - The room was quite clean on the surface, but we found some stray hairs between the bed sheet and mattress cover. - Amenities seem to be a little limited. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

The hotel was lovely, and the location is perfect! The hotel staff were helpful and pleasant. My husband used the fitness center, and he was pleased that it had quite a lot of options in terms of machines and weights. I loved that it was easy walking distance to so many great places to eat and shop! We really enjoyed our stay, and I would absolutely return.

Room and service is good for standard stuff, as expected in this price range. Room had an on-and-off sewage smell which I brought up to the hotel after the first night, and was told they'd send someone up to check, and they never did. Waited an hour for them, even sent the dog out for a walk so we could accommodate them better. Eventually was told their "engineers" checked the HVAC and there was no problem, with no further follow up to any more of my responses. There was no offer of switching rooms until my last night (total 4 nights). Keeping the fan on max all the time made it manageable. Finally found the source of the smell, which looks to be leaky plumbing as we noticed a leaky spot in the ceiling on our last day (see pictures). By the last day the smell was pretty constant. Overall, you'll probably be happy if nothing goes wrong. If there is an issue that's not "standard" I wouldn't (or would? lol) hold my breath lol.

We recently stayed at the Park Hyatt Chicago for the last five nights, and we all had a wonderful time. What a beautiful property that is located right in the heart of the city near Michigan Avenue. We stayed in one of the Chicago Avenue Suites and absolutely love the newly remodeled room and all of its amenities. The property reminds me very much of the Park Hyatt New York, which is also an outstanding hotel within the Hyatt portfolio. The service from the entire staff during our stay was 11 out of 10, and the service in particular at NoMI every day was fantastic. You really can't get a better experience than what we had this visit. We will definitely be back!

I recently stayed at the Chicago Park Hyatt and was extremely impressed. The service was what you would expect at a Park Hyatt and the location was fabulous as well. And I think they did an amazing job with the renovation they recently completed! And I have to say again what great service the hotel had. Everybody from the front desk to the bell persons provided great service! If I go back to Chicago, I'll definitely stay at the Park Hyatt again.

This was my first time staying at a Park Hyatt hotel. One of the main reasons was the location of everything. It's in a good area with good foot traffic. The hotel itself was very nice, and the customer service was exceptional. The room we got was nice and considered an 'upgrade'. I liked that you can control the curtains with a push button. The bed was very comfortable. We were also able to get a late checkout, which helped a lot. Overall, it was a very nice hotel with superb customer service.

Great bathroom. Room was on the small size and definitely less luxurious compared to European Park Hyatts I’ve stayed in. Beautifully finished but boring decor. Smart TV you can streamcast to. Very clean. Food on the terrace was excellent. Not my favorite neighborhood in Chicago. Stayed one night.

Fantastic rooms post the recent renovation. Probably the most comfortable bed and sheets of any hotel I’ve stayed at in the US. Only notable downside is that the gym is underwhelming for a hotel of this caliber. Would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed the fine services Park Hyatt offer to their members. We stay at the suite during this visit in Chicago. The breakfast was amazing, and the hotel is located at the center of the shopping district.

Frequent NoMi but first time staying for a staycation. The renovations the hotel went through recently really upped the decore and the rooms are fabulous. The in room menu is varied and delicious, and the service is top notch. Just changed a reservation in Tokyo from the Ritz to the Park Hyatt after this lovely experience!

Stayed in the Chicago Ave. Suite after the recent renovation. Overall, this room was spectacular and the service was second to none. Breakfast was delivered 17 minutes after ordering to the room in the morning and was perfectly cooked. The location gives you easy access to sights and shopping along the Magnificent Mile. Can't recommend a stay here enough.

We had a wonderful stay for our anniversary. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are very well appointed. We had a beautiful view of Lake Michigan and the Water Tower. Every staff member we interacted with was amazing from start to finish. We really enjoyed the thoughtful in room gift for our anniversary! Thanks so much for an amazing stay, we hope to be back soon.

Dare I call this a "value" Park Hyatt... The location is stellar. The service was exceptional. Restaurant has excellent food and drinks (sushi on the deck!) Otherwise though it's ready for a facelift, and could use some higher end breakfast options to go along with the premium brand. Understandably that's why it's priced as it is. Would happily return though. Great stay.

This should be your accommodation when in Chicago. Location: It is in the center of everything in Chicago. Staff: friendly. Service: wow! Rooms: spacious and the view is (check below my pics and judge). However, I think it is high time the hotel goes for a facelift to update its amenities to keep up with competition.

Seems like a nice Hotel. As well as nice customer service late night in the lobby. Can't say to much about them because I didn't do an overnight stay. I was only there for a few hours. Love their mascot friendly dog and in the lobby. Make sure you say hi:)

Landed here after a canceled flight and couldn’t have had a better experience. Amazing restaurant and outdoor bar, lovely pool, well appointed rooms and the best toiletries. Staff were also tremendously helpful.

The BEST hotel experience I’ve ever stayed. From the restaurant to the pool & immaculate cleanliness. Housekeeping knee my name, restaurant service was polite, attentive & timed perfectly. The elevator was ready for me the second I walked through the lobby…and that Parker is adorable. Kudos to this hotel for crushing it during these crazy times. I’ll never stay anywhere else in Chicago.

The hotel treats you like you matter. From valet to the front desk to room service. My husband and I went this past weekend for some refreshing time and we loved it. The only thing I wasn’t happy with was the bed. It just was comfortable, but I still give it a 5 star. We will definitely stay here again. Walking distance to all shops and restaurants. Great location. And the Dog “ Parker “ is a Beauty
