Sent in my application never got a call, text email from anyone at the leasing office. I called multiple times and never got an answer. Sent an email on Saturday which according to their website, and on the application form, both leasing and management office are open: OFFICE HOURS Monday-Friday10AM-6PM Saturday10AM-5PM Sunday12PM-5PM Please note, above are the Leasing Office hours. The Management Office will be opened Monday through Saturday. Spoke with some named Demisha who said no one was in the office Thursday, Friday, Sat or Sunday. So essentially 3 out of the 4 days that they have posted as open. Again, I was the one who had to constantly call without a response. And after all that ordeal, she tells me that my admin fee will be refunded in the form of a check in 30 days. Ridiculous, how can I be sure that I am going to get a response or even get my $425 if they are very difficult to get a hold of. I also find it extremely frustrating that I was the one that had to chase them down for a response. Please be careful when filing out application to live here as they lack basic business etiquette such as communication and basic customer service skills. If this was the awful experience applying I cant even begin to imagine how awful it must be to address any issues living there.

They don’t respond I recently lost my job, so of course I was going to be behind on the rent by a month or two. Usually they will serve me my court papers but by the time they do that I will already have the rent paid for since I no longer have a job well didn’t at the time, I was waiting for them to serve me my court papers back in September. It is now October 2023. I am now three months behind and I still have not been served my papers and Rent assistance is wondering when will I have all my information I reached out to them about my court papers never got a response so I pretty much took it as They really will wait for you to rack up debt And then have an excuse to evict you instead of just doing what they’re supposed to do so you can get the rent paid so apparently they do want your money of course obviously but they also want to kick you out. if you have it like that or if you are OK or used to treatment that is unprofessional this is the perfect place for you They quick to evict you without working something out The neighbors steal packages They tow your car even if you just parked by the entrance with hazards on indicating your running in and out .. warn delivery drivers. Staff is rude This place send you through hell Unorganized Over all they don’t care pretty much just want the money

February could not possibly come fast enough. There is CONSTANTLY something wrong with this place and they do absolutely the bare minimum to fix anything or will just straight up ignore you. Gas off for a whole week and they offered nothing but bland food at awkward times where most people worked, 19 story building that’s constantly down to 1/3 elevators because they’re either broken down or someone is moving in or out.. I’ve waited a HALF HOUR for an elevator when I could not physically take the stairs because they do not let you know when people are moving in and are taking up the elevator. You can and will get ticketed and towed for any and everything, the security is basically non existent the way cars are constantly being broken into. There’s literally glass all over the parking lots lol. And speaking of parking lots, they just built one that literally no one can use even thought there is one that is unused DIRECTLY across from it, but they’re blocking off most of the free parking for the construction of said parking lot. I could go on forever. Save your money and go somewhere else. I should have went with my first mind and went with Lake Meadows. The residents do not call this complex “the most expensive project you’ll ever live in” for no reason.

Do not apply here! The previous post is 100% correct. These people are rip offs. I placed an application for a unit but could not verify income. The same person assistant manager Dameisha keeps offering me a flyer to get a guarantor. First of all, I don't trust you enough to accept your recommendation. Then Joyce, the leasing agent, disappears. They keep avoiding telling me I don't qualify to try to keep my $425. These people are thirsty. To top it off, they say they will send you a check in 30 days. Now, I have to go to BBB because I don't trust that either. I'd rather get my money from BBB in 30 days. At least I know I'll get it back!

Prices were somewhat reasonable when I moved in, but as my lease came to it's end, they increased the price by 33% from $1350 to $1800. The apartments themselves are decent but poor value with the new dynamic pricing structure that the management has adopted.

Please be weary of management. I applied and it has been a nightmare. After you send in your money no one answers the phone or responds to emails; you have to set aside hours of your day to call back to back to get an answer. When they do answer they are extremely rude, “ghetto”, and entitled. The most condescending and unprofessional management especially Dameshia Edwards. I have a great credit score and they said I still need a guarantor (which of course you have to pay an additional fee for) , I did not want to add the guarantor & or pay the fees so my application was denied….. yet it has been months and I have not received my $400 back. It feels like a scam! Very shady facility and staff.

Working with the leasing staff was pleasurable. Jordan answered all my questions, although reaching someone via cold call in the beginning of the process was a bit difficult. The main change would be to offer complimentary moving supplies (carts, parking spots close to front doors) for folks who need more help x have less hands available.

Cant get ahold of management during work hours, can’t get updates on application, shows what problems will accrue should you need help with the apartment….you just won’t get it. I’m not moving here. Management is trash then the building must me too.
