First off, there is no other coffee spot in this part of O’Hare. It’s a monopoly. This Dunkin’ Donuts is an absolute joke. Stupidly, expensive and customer service is absolutely zero. The servers don’t really speak English that well and when you ask them to repeat, they become very disgruntled and annoyed. $7.16 for a small latte. I’ll take my money elsewhere. I pray this place shuts down.

Good luck getting what you ordered. The woman who took my order didn't even know they had black tea despite it being on the menu in two different places. When I got my order it was coffee, not black tea. I couldn't explain what was wrong with it because they spoke poor English and still weren't aware that black tea is on their menu. The reviews tell you everything you need to know. Go just about anywhere else.

No star. I ordered macchiato, gave me a latte, and told them that I ordered macchiato and not latte . The guy changed his word and lied to me that it was macchiato, forcing me to take it

Worest Dunkin’ place ever. Coffee is not hot enough. Took it back to the counter, he says don’t come here after one hour. $1 for extra cup??? Never buy anything from this place.

Very mean ladies working, no help very expensive also if you want extra cup it’s $1.25

It was just another Dunkin. Maybe cleaner just because it was newly remodeled. Service was fast and bakery items were ok, but the breakfast selections were way less than what they offer at regular locations, which is why I gave 4 stars. Their location was big enough to accommodate their full menu items.

Server too busy having a conversation with colleagues before even acknowledging us. Worst of all she was coughing into her hand prior to handling food without sanitising her hands!! Absolutely disgusting…this is basic hygiene! Had to wait ages for our change because again she was busy having a conversation with her colleague.

refused to give me a cup of water after a full order with a drink and food. Told me I could only get a cup of ice. So I said “okay then I’ll take a cup of ice” and he said “how about a bottle of water?” And I said “no thanks I’ll just take a cup of ice” and he went out of his way to start complaining to his colleagues who of course did not give me a cup of ice and then huddled in the far corner and ignored me
