Absolutely wonderful and kind staff. I have severe anxiety around dental work and they were patient and nothing less than accommodating, professional, and empathetic. I would recommend this practice to any one looking for quality care

Friendly staff, quick service, great work, definitely recommend. We came in on a same day appointment to fix a crown that fell out (crown was done by someone else). They went above and beyond to take care of us, despite us being not so nice about having to fix another dentist's faulty crown for the second time. Precision not only offered a temporary solution, but also discussed a plan moving forward for a more permanent fix.

I came in for a new patient visit after moving to the area and noticing a cavity on my tooth. I came because of the great reviews. They started with X-rays and then an exam and both the Dr. and the assistant didn't see the cavity until I pointed it out. Then they agreed there was a cavity. They presented me a treatment plan for a filling and cleaning (which they coded incorrectly). This treatment plan included X-rays already performed that my insurance would not cover and they would be charging me for. You should not perform any service for a fee without consent from the patient prior. Why else do you have a treatment plan for the patient to sign consenting to fees? The treatment plan is used for consent to treatment. I never consented to the treatment being charged. You presented consent after performing services. The Dr. then seemed unable to explain their insurance billing or the lack of communication about fee'd services. She even seemed unsure of her ability to do a small filling without Novocaine. One she could barely see. I decided to leave without receiving services and was told she wouldn't be billing me or insurance. Personally, an all around horrible time.

I called yesterday because of SEVERE tooth pain. They were able to get me the NEXT day. The check in was quick and efficient and there was no wait. The Dentist was extremely professional and took her time explaining everything and helped me decide on a treatment plan. Oh and it was painless….and I HATE dentist because I’m anticipating pain. Anyway I have future appointments coming up and I have no dental anxiety because I know my dentist will make sure I’m prepared and numbed!

I am new to Chicagoland. I had some pain in one of my teeth. I didn't know what dentist to see. I was able to make an immediate appointment at Precision Dental Care. It was a wonderful experience. Everyone was very pleasant and friendly. They really made me feel comfortable and at ease. The work was professional and through. I recommend them highly.

I recently had a dental appointment here and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The staff was warm and professional, the facility was modern and spotless. Dr. Pallarca provided a thorough examination and clear treatment plan explaining every detail of it. The procedure itself was painless and the clinic's commitment to timeliness and hygiene was impressive. I felt completely at ease throughout my visit.

Staff were very friendly and helpful when needed during our visit. The dentist was patient and gentle with my son and explained everything he was doing. They also give the kids after care bags with a lot of goodies. It’s not just a plain toothbrush and toothpaste like other dentist offices. Overall it was a great experience.

I had been to this dentist about a year or two, everytime they had always had great service and they always remind you for your appointments, which I really like. The staff here are really nice , I recommend this place!!

Just got done with my Dentist appointment today, I recommend Precision Dental Care N Pulaski. This was my first visit. I was able to get an appointment the next day after requesting one. Great service and experience, staff members are polite, helpful. Amazing staff, Doctor is super nice and considerate. Felt very comfortable with doctor and procedures. Thank you!
