I ordered a salad that comes with sweet potatoes and a spicy dressing. I overheard the staff whispering to each other that they didn’t have sweet potatoes. Sure enough, they didn’t bother telling me directly and gave me the salad without the sweet potatoes altogether. I also asked them to replace the dressing with ranch and the entire salad was drenched in the spicy dressing. It was obvious that choosing the right song to play on the sound system was more important than serving their only customer.

To start, my food was very good (turkey club & tomato basil soup) Unfortunately, that's all that was good. The staff didn't appear to care if you were there or not. Very slow and not friendly or personable, (It wasn't even busy). The restaurant as a whole was dirty. A mop/bucket behind the food counter, (maybe use it?) One bathroom was out of order, the other was filthy! No toliet paper other than what was on the floor. Waste basket overflowing onto the floor. Management needs to be present or maybe a new manager.

This breakfast Sante Fe Sandwich was delicious. The fresh ingredients made every bite awarding and the spices in the sauce were perfectly paired. The staff was nice and the coffee was good. I am eager to try another food on the menu.

Great Service and great fpod, but Ambience seem customers not to please. during our visit, many prospects peeked in and left. I believe rearranging the order TVs or order signs towards the street will help.

Noting too fancy here, but perfectly serviceable sandwiches at expected prices. Their menu has a healthy bent to it and makes a nice diversion from Panera. The turkey chili was pretty tasty. Staff are friendly and the wait is usually not bad. They also have a nice selection of fairly healthful breakfast sandwiches.

A nice regional shop. Coffee was really good. Breakfast sandwich was okay but nothing special. I kept having to move because a couple of building managers kept taking measurements for some sort of upcoming renovation. Not sure if they were with the eatery or not. But it was kinda rude.

Standard menu that has gotten stale over time, and the best (imho) dishes are gone. Never a big wait, friendly staff, I am partial to the bread.

Very surprised at the quality of the food. The flavors were amazing and portions were perfect. I could eat their bread all day. I had the pesto chicken but kept drooling at the flat bread pizzas as they went by. Next time I will opt of half sandwich and half flat bread for the best of both worlds!

We stumbled across this gem of a restaurant coming back from the Art institute of Chicago and the staff were great! The food was great everything was perfect! I recommend the raspberry mojito lemonade if you ever end up here!

I use to go to this location years ago when I worked in the Loop area and the food was really good. I now work in the Loop area again and I went here for lunch and was disappointed. The service is really slow and their sandwiches have changed a lot. The sandwiches are okay but not like they were when I first started going to this place years ago. It took way longer than it should for me to get my order. I'm assuming this one must be under new management because the were never like this before.
