Pizza is always overcooked. I found a long piece of hair in my Italian cheese bread.

I gave the young woman who assisted me with my difficulty $5 for being such a great person because she was kind enough to cope with me and made me laugh throughout the process I was having a real bad day and she really took the time to listen.

Customer service one of the worst I've seen. I know it's a fast food chain. I know they don't care about their jobs, but at least try a little? Restaurant was filthy. One of the cooks was eating food with the same gloves he was cooking with on his hands. Watched another cook drop pepperoni and pick it up off the ground before throwing it on a pizza. 5 second rule, right?

Frequently gets orders incorrect. Tries to put salt on a regular crust claiming it was a pretzel crust instead of admitting they are out of pretzel crust. Stuffed crust missing cheese in some of the slices. Sometimes toppings are super light or missing from some of the slices. The tiny mall is incredibly congested and dirty with beggars standing right in front of the door.

Food was under cooked. Waited 45 min for cheesy bread and a pizza. It was un edible waste of money and time. Never coming back!!!

I ordered a Detroit style pizza. It took over an hour past the estimated time and the dough was raw. 🤦 At least the cashier was friendly though. 🤷

Really good pizza at first it wasn’t so good like 3 years ago but now I was like let’s see what’s to little Cesar pizza so I ordered some through doordash and I got a large pizza it was super delicious and ready to eat really hot and good I recommend!

The customer service was great. Our pizza was hot and fresh. Well worth it.

Ordered the Detroit deluxe..it tasted ok but took over an hour to deliver and it was delivered cold. The store is less than a mile away. They used door dash to deliver and I guess I was last in line.

Good place for little Cesar pizza but they have to pay attention to the soda people keep stealing them

Consistently bad quality compared to other stores. Sometimes on the verge of burnt, sometimes there’s 3 inches of crust because the sauce wasn’t spread out, sometimes it seems like it’s been sitting for quite a while. Employees are friendly but seem disorganized. I will now drive twice as far when I’m feeling like LC’s to go to the one on Addison.

Always a long wait time not to mention I had to put my pizza in the oven once home wasn't cooked all the way.

Always take over an hour for the pizza to even be prepared, even if you do order online. I guess either they are understaffed or they are not fast enough to fill the orders they receive.

I love this little place when I get to go. The employees are always friendly and I've always been happy with my order. THANK YOU!

Had the deep dish meat lover and a pepperoni pizza. The deep dish was horrible. I ordered online and still had to wait for pizza. Also my drink was not included, I didn't go back for it. Been here before and the food was alright. I don't know what went wrong this time.

Not bad pizza the Italian cheese bread is delicious, the prices are very reasonable, customer service could be a little better n when you call in an order, they never have it ready on time but other than that great. Customer service really isn't poor.

It's alright for what it is. If you go around 3pm-6pm, be ready to wait 15-20 minutes for pizza. Parking is also a mess

Pizza is amazing but they wont accept my phone calls as I usually only have cash and no access to a debit card. Unable to order as a result.

This place is hit or miss. Sometimes it seems really good other times it's pretty bad. It's all about the staff you happen to have at that particular time/day.

Pizza is good for the price (at least when I went a few years ago). Very thick as well. Long wait though. I don't know how it is now.

Custumer service was poor, i don't recommend this place, Gio Who was attending the ppl ge never raised his head, i asked why? He never really answered. I belive that is unrespectfull, they should work on it.

The pizza was amazing my kids love this place. The staff was really friendly. I am regular customer that comes in often. I haven't seen the Hispanic manager with glasses for awhile. he would always take care of me on Friday afternoons.

This one still has pi,zas ready to go for walk ins. I myself love Little Caesars pizza.

It's not your typical Little Ceasars I've lived in the area for 10 years I know the staff and they take making their pizza great I love the new half pep and bread

Horrible service and elongated "lines". When one walks in not only is there no order to their serving system but it's overloaded with people in that place. Usually you'll find yourself in a can of sardines as you waite "15min" (which turns into 30-45min) for your order of one pep. Even when ordering online your order takes much, much longer than it should. Over all bot a good place to go. Lastly, not all the staff but on Wednesdays (in the afternoon) the staff makes white castle staff at 2am seem like a five star restaurant a top the Burj Khalifa in Dubai.
