Very beautiful. But parking fees displayed on entry differ from what you pay on way out. Felt swindled

Fun outside area surrounding nice local business. Beautiful city location. Happy to purchase some coffee and bike in a few circles. Nice bike locks. Stern looking security guard.

Visited the AMC theaters. Police activity (a dozen patrol cars with lights flashing) near parking garage entrance almost made us decide to skip and never come back. Inside the garage and mall was much quieter and calming. Theater was small and seats don’t recline! (We’re spoiled). Rewards program pays better than any other we know. $6 tickets on Tuesday ( call to confirm). Discounted parking ($12 became $2) and we parked by the theatre entrance for matinee show. Rewards cut our popcorn and soda bill in half. Am told views of the Loop are amazing from the roof of the parking garage.

Very nice for couples night out. Don't like the food. Would I go again? Yes I would. Do I recommend? I do on the count of nice Little gaming area for an hour or two. Depending on the wait for a game.

There's a lot to do at this complex. Shop, eat, catch a movie or just hang out. Beautiful environment that is well maintained. 2 hours of free parking with validation. That you must monitor lest you pay.

Some restaurants are closed. Sparkling lights are nice.

The 3 hour parking validation window is ridiculous when there’s a movie theatre in the building. A 2+ hour movie means 20+ mins of previews and getting there early for concessions & good seats. I was there for 3 hours and 5 mins so I had to pay the $14 to park there. You really need to expand the validation window so movie-goers don’t get stuck paying for parking that should’ve been validated.

Earl’s is a great place to visit and eat. Went for Happy Hour and stayed for Dinner. The food was magnificent and our server Melanie was awesome. The Manager Beth visited out table to check on our party. I have never received such warm and friendly service. It was during Covid and procedures were in place. Beautiful restaurant, easy to get too and reasonable validated parking. I will definitely recommend.

It is big center with many stores in it. I went to Yard House for a happy hour event. During happy hour the appetizers are half off and some drinks are $2-$4 off. The appetizers are very tasty and a good size for sharing. The poke nachos (has tuna on it) are delicious.

This place looks so modern, and the ambiance is fun and lively. It actually has a patio where people can stay, sit, and have fun, especially since there is music being played outside, which is usually upbeat. Staying outside is comfortable and actually relaxing. Newcity is comprised of different stores, restaurants, and local services, and they also have a movie theater. They got these incredible baked croissants, cheesecake, and bagel sandwiches, which are all must-tries! The quality is great, and everything tasted delicious. They also have a grocery store, which has a lot of fresh and high-quality products. The people here are very friendly and humble. I had a great time doing my groceries here, especially since it has almost everything that I need.

This shopping mall is very relaxing. There are a lot of restaurants to hang out with. There are movie theaters that is finally open to moviegoers. The Sweet Waters Coffee & Tea is an awesome place there to have a freshly baked croissant. Not to mention the Supermarket is very nice with fresh vegetables and fruits to have that healthy option. The Department Store is very clean and in order. What I like most is the patio, it has a great ambiance since it plays a very nice recorded music continuously. I will be recommending NEWCITY to my friends and relatives who loves shopping as their relaxation time. Thank you for the excellent service.

Nothing is being about the extreme noise nuisance originating from the parking garage due to custom fitted cars drag racing, engine revving and tire screeching. This is a Blatant lack of consideration to the south neighbors living in the housing development. Not even the smallest gesture of neighborliness in the form of speed bumps installation appears to be manifested.

There no soap in washroom you can't wash your hands with just water you need soap. If you can't wash your hands employees can't wash their hands. It a good place to wash your movies but you have to go to. The washroom on second floor. I returned to newcity today and they still don't have soap 🧼 in the washroom employee must be washing their hands with just water in this day and age just water. You can wash your hands on the second floor of the building. But not in the theater. I need to find a new place to watch movies.

I love this place! It is conveniently located, the parking is cheap with validation- it was only $2. If you drive to the top the parking lot put you right outside the movie theater doors if you're going to AMC. I like it. Magnificent location for a movie theater and shopping center. Don't have to drive far south or north. No downtown movie theater prices, parking prices, or downtown heavy people traffic.

Love the Mariano's here, it's probably the largest in Chicago area, clean, and the brand new neighborhood is modern, beautiful, a lot of younger professional residents in the area, tons of shopping that is walking distance, and the redline train is in the middle of it all. Tons of upcoming plans for the area. It really will be the new part of the city everyone will be wanting to live.

I had lunch at Tecalitan and it was delicious! The employees were great as well! The prices were surprisingly affordable, I'll definitely be returning!

Notes: The theatre is inside of the mall. Park in the parking garage on the 4th floor toward the entrance seen on your left once entering that floor. Order tickets ahead of time because the lines can be a bit much.

New city housekeeping is the worst place to work for. Especially the supervisor he never gets anything done just wants to walk around sipping on his coffee and expects you to do his duties also he steps all over his none speaking English manager. The manager is also racist with blacks only wants to hire Latinos. Stay away from this awful environment. 🤢

Elevators broken for weeks! No response from management. Expect to walk up 7 flights of stairs with your shopping from Mariano’s if you park on the 7th floor to charge your electric vehicle.

This was our first time at this location so we weren't sure what to expect. All of the food in their display looked amazing. We each purchased a drink and I had a breakfast sandwich. It tasted just as good as it looked. We'll absolutely be back the next time we visit Chicago.

Great Marianos...and Tecalitlan & Nandos & coffee shop are my go-to restaurants here. But I'm waiting the theaters to reopen & the Japanese restaurant to start having regular hours.

A good shopping place! Their products are of high quality, and everything is very affordable. My mother was overjoyed with the clothes I purchased from here because they fit her perfectly. The color was stunning, and it was ideal for all occasions. Strongly recommended!

Got a charge for the tesla, on the 7th floor. Mariano's is on the 2nd floor and they validate parking. 72kw

This shopping center has everything you're looking for, including suits, accessories, cafes, and fast food. It's truly enjoyable to wander around here.

  • 5/5 Sandra C. 2 years ago on Google
Tesla chargers are on the sixth floor and are typically unfilled. Marianos will approve the stopping. Else, it is $8 to stop. On the off chance that you go around evening time there is an excellent perspective on the Chicago horizon.

Used to be a great mall . I’ve been coming here for years now I usually come here for nando’s. Definitely changed over time , their security staff is absolutely terrible and not really helpful . Really just seems like they walk around all day and do nothing. I once asked an older security guard here for directions to the New Mexican restaurant he told me “it’s literally right in your face” and walked off .

I’m unimpressed by this mall. It was confusing to navigate, plus the store options are not great. A couple restaurants and fast food, a Marianos and a a Dick’s Sporting Goods.

This shopping center is one of the best tourist attractions in the region, in my opinion, because it truly has everything. They sell the best brands of shoes, T-shirts, caps, and much more. Indeed, this location is ideal for leisure activities and the purchase of gifts for your loved ones. You guys should come here!

So-so designed city square. Weekday afternoons it's a ghost town. Well manicured environment.
