Said fresh fruit smoothie, poured a liquid with ice into a cup in the back and it's way too sweet to be a true fresh fruit smoothie. Not pog

Update: Manager responded to review within minutes saying to reach out to his email then does not even respond, poor service….. Staff was rude and closed early then told everyone in the line that they were out of food to get them out of the line, when we got to the cashier they said same thing to us, we are out of food, we can’t make smoothies because it’s to late and we have to wash the machines , then said we are out of bread and it would take 15 min to make fresh , did not even offer a bowl I had to ask. Then the gyro was served cold and in a puddle of fat/grease , very disappointed at this location , love the Rosemont location but will never come to this one again. Also paid cash and they did not even give me a receipt so I can’t even prove I was there. Very poor service

I came in with the expectation it would taste as great as the Maoz in Rosemont. I was wrong. I ordered the falafel sandwich and the falafel were already dry and the veggies were not as flavorful. I don't think I will be ordering from this Maoz again. Good customer service though.

This place has good potential, especially for people who are trying to eat clean. The food that I ordered was really good, but the reason why I wouldn't give this place 5 stars is because of an employee in particular. She was acting very strange, quite rude (like throwing the food on my plate), and she was being very aggressive towards her coworkers. Since I thought the food was very good the first time I decided to give this place another chance. Second time as I arrive I was glad to see that she wasn't in the front. Right after I ordered the food with a different employee who was very kind, I see the same lady from before barging through the door to get started on making my meal. Once again I see her being very rude to her coworkers, THROWS the food onto my plate, and thankfully passes my order to someone else. She then starts my husband's order. She begins to cough and spits a phlegm out into the trashcan and proceeds to wipe her nose with the hand she had her glove on. Thankfully she realized she had to change her gloves and took about 2minutes to get on, so her coworkers tried to help her with serving the food and insisted rudely that she could do it herself. She then passes that one on onto the other person down the line. Here comes the worst part, our friend who came with us ordered his meal and while she was putting the ingredients on his plate she coughed ON his food. I will not be coming back here again.

Staff is always rude at any time of day. They do not want to be bothered while on their cellphone. I ordered the chicken wings combo on two occasions and they were out. In one instance, the waiter/cashier saw me waiting in line and he just went in the back and never came out.

By far, the healthiest spot in the new food court. The Falafels are some of the best I've ever had and each item is so fresh. Garlic sauce on everything!

I am very dissatisfied and disappointed with my experience at this place . I was there yesterday during my lunch time expecting to have a pleasant meal but instead I left with nothing but anger at the guy that was serving me , he was a skinny guy with tattoos, the way he treated me was so rude and disrespectful not only did he talk to me rudely when preparing my food HE DID NOT PUT GLOVES ON !! I was in shock to see that these type of people are allowed to work in this place . I will definitely not be buying here again !

I don’t recommend coming here. Food was really stale and dry. Who ever was working the line, Josh I believe, did not give me the right portion of food. I expect what I pay and frankly, I did not receive what I paid for. I will not be coming back to this location. Very low maintenance.

They got my order wrong. I asked for a gyro sandwich and got gyro fries instead. The cashier was talking extremely quietly, I couldn’t hear a word she was saying. They also seemed to be understaffed. The fries were good and pretty filling but definitely not worth the $7 price, too much for fries. I’d recommend going to Naf Naf instead which is just across the mall. I feel like you get more for the same price.

I love this franchise for being my favorite fast food, but first time I came to the Woodfield Mall, sadly the attention was horrible and they could not even give me a carrot juice !! arrive at 825pm and close at 900pm, I will never understand and I apologize for my 3 stars, at this time you are successful and I support you, but you must be more careful in the quality of service and attention!

I thought I would try something different than normal mall food. So I thought I would try the gyros and fries, the gryos was minimal and not really hot...more meat would have been nice based on the price.. and bigger pieces of meat would of been good. The pita bread was a bit hard. The fries were the best part of the meal..nice and hot! The female employee was nice and friendly...

Their food selection isn't great in terms of options, but the ones they offer are nice. Their main food is the gyro, and if you love gyro as much as I do, you'll like it here. Not bad for the price, as lunch special with chopped gyro, chicken, choice of rice, cabbage salad, choice of sauce, and pita bread cost only $6.99. Not a bad try at all. If they had a wider variety, 4 stars would be 5 stars. Staff's service is pleasing as well.

Over priced, you get a better deal for your $ at naf naf or pita house. My total was near $20 just for a gyro and smoothie. I paid $1.00 more for feta cheese in my gyro that I did not receive. Taste was ok, but most likely will not return.
