Good food/drinks and great service. The blooming onion was a great appetizer. We loved it. The kookabura wings were also really tasty. The sirloin was cooked perfectly and there was no fat in it. I paired it with the lobster tail, and I loved it.

While this location is connected to the Springhill suites hotel, it is independently operated. Hotel guests get no discounts or preferential treatment. In fact, we had to walk the length of the restaurant to find the hostess station. Once seated, staff was all over us in a good way. The menu is the same as the rest of the chain, but we still had some questions which were quickly answered. One mishap came with our baked sweet potato. We asked that it come unbuttered.. when it arrived, it was swimming in butter. We sent it back and the kitchen just moved the drenched potato to a new plate. Another call to the wait staff resulted in a new potato also drenched! At this point, we gave up. The food was good although we were surprised to be charged for 9 ounce wine pours when we asked for 6 ounces. Since we accepted the glasses that was our error.

I had a great experience at the Outback Steakhouse inside of the Springhill Suites. The service was excellent! The waitress took great care of me. The food was brought out in a timely manner. My entire meal was delicious. I will definitely be back to this Outback! Great job!

If you're pregnant I wouldn't advise going here. The cook will disregard anything your waiter says and do what they want. I specifically asked for my filet Sheila to be well done an temped to 165. They brought it to me medium rare. As well as I had to ask if the French onion soup had wine in it. It was made with cherry wine so I didn't get to enjoy that either. The presentation was a mess they didn't even bother with plating it nicely everything was smeared an I had a million fingerprints around my plate. Can't expect much from an outback attached to a hotel. I think I would have had a better experience somewhere else. But this was the only restaurant near my hotel within walking distance.

This is false advertisement at its finest!!! My broccoli was over cooked, my steak looks like bites and the shrimp oh my could be better as well. Never again. The only saving grace was our waitress, she was amazing. See how it looks nothing like the pic.

Stayed at the attached Marriott and stopped in for dinner. The first bad sign was a 10 minute wait for our group of 6 turned into a 30 -40 minute wait. Yet when others were arriving after us, they still kept telling people 10-15 minutes Our server was friendly, but that’s about all the positives I can share with this Outback. This dinner turned into a 2.5 hour experience. Once we ordered an appetizer and drinks, our bloomin’ onion didn’t arrive for at least another 30 minutes. Fast forward to our food arriving at least 45-1 hour later, it came at different times…first two plate, then a few minutes later 3 plates, then 5 minutes later the last one. As for the food, the prime rib was only available in medium/well, so I went with ribs. They were fine. However my sons ribs which arrived last, were different. Almost as if they were deep fried with a crunchy crust. Not sure, but wondering if they forgot them and had to cook some fast. In addition, his mashed potatoes and my baked potato were cold. It’s not often a 17 year old doesn’t finish all of his food and then ask for more, but when he only ate about 1/2 of his plate and then asked if we could pick something else up, that’s a statement right there. Certainly wouldn’t return, although attached hotel was fine.

Everything was average (expect waiter - he was excellent) - ambiance of this location, atmosphere, food… I wasn’t delighted at all. The last time I visited Outback in another location I left with great impression. This time I just ate and wanted to go home. Ordered a combo - steak + shrimps, sides were fries and spinach.

The seafood & veggies were way too over cooked, drinks were sub-par, and the server was not very attentive to our table ...

First time trying this place only because my mother in law got a gift card for her birthday. I ordered the 15oz ribeye medium well and it came to me well done. The baked sweet potato was a little greasy for my taste. The server we had rarely checked on us only to take our order and then to ask if we needed to go boxes. No water was given to us. Will not go back to any outback steakhouse!

We were in the Sprinthill suite hotel and decided to eat at this restaurant. Very good food and very well cooked. Only one small problem, the table clerk wanted us to eat 4 people at a table of 2...and there were empty tables. She didn't want to change us but a very nice man from the bar changed us. we will be back.

We were greeted and seated right away. Quiet, comfortable atmosphere. Our server George was top-notch. The appetizer was Bloomin Onion, of course, and it was really good, we couldn't stop eating it. I had the 6 oz ribeye with grilled shrimp and a loaded baked potato, and also a side salad with ranch. My daughter had the bloomin chicken sandwich with fries. Everything was delicious. The place was pretty clean and well kept.

I had high expectations to visit this restaurant , I know this branch from another country and expected an awesome experience and meal. The entrance was connected to the hotel, the restaurant was not busy when I visited. When sat, got the brown bread with butter (but was stale). The soup was good and main was decent. Aussie fries was good! Food and service has a room for improvement. Price was good, not expensive.

Love this place, but parking lot definitely needs some expansion! Way too small for restaurant customers and for hotel guests! The food is always good and service was excellent! I didn't catch the server's name.

I like Outback and generally think the food is good and service is well taken care of. Tonight I can’t say that…. Tonight sitting at the bar next to the kitchen I placed my food and drink order. While I was waiting there were 4 to 6 employees standing at the end of the bar talking about several different topics. I was shocked at the foul mouthed trash everyone one of the employees was spewing. I’ve heard commercial construction sites and ranches with cleaner language. And it wasn’t like it was just one of the Outback employees - it was all of them right where guests are sitting in booths and at tables. Finally I asked if a manager was around. A very nice gentlemen named Alex approached and asked if he could help. I explained the absolutely disgusting language his staff was using near guests. He apologized and said he would deal with it. I truly hope he does deal with it. I would feel really bad if a young family or kids had to hear what was going on tonight….. Beyond that. The food came out promptly. Was warm and tasted great! And my steak and shrimp was cooked exactly as I asked.

Ribeye steak cooked to order. Shrimp a little skimpy.. they did give me a large Cesar salad for a side. Very good service. Ribs were good large slab. Price $30 for full slab but its pretty big!

We absolutely LOVE coming to this Outback Steakhouse! Every time we come we leave very full and very satisfied. The service is always great, food is always cooked perfectly, and the atmosphere itself is very nice. We recently just had Gemma as our waitress and she was phenomenal, so kind and helpful! We will be coming back soon. ☺️

Unfortunately the cook didn't know how to make steaks. We ordered 2 medium-rare ribeyes, mine turned out medium and my husband's medium-well. The server quickly replaced his but it turned out even worse with a dry, stiff well-done steak. 👎 It was uneatable, you can imagine the frustration and we were obviously there waiting for a while so returning it a second time wasn't an option. I just gave my husband half of my steak but we left still hungry. The uneaten steak was taken off the bill at least. On a positive note, the blooming onion and cocktails were good. If I were to visit this location again it would be exclusively to sit at the bar for apps and drinks.

This place was great! The food, drink and atmosphere. Very friendly people, we will definitely return. I had the steak and chicken combo, my fiancee had the pork chops, he said it was outstanding, mine was as well. Our drink was something like Strawberry-Rita it was delicious!

2019 4* Food was good. Enjoy the atmosphere. The server was pretty good too. The potatoes were not so good. We got them with everything on them. Really, there was not enough for even half a potato on them. They were all the same way. Skimpy. Steaks and all were good though. And we did enjoy ourselves.

When we eat out we always ask to be seated bar side for the great atmosphere. As always the bartender Savannah made our evening perfect. Quick to help with any menu questions & had great drink suggestions. She was very courteous & attentive making us feel special. Great food, great drinks & great service. Thank you Savannah for being such a joy.
