receptionist
in
the
office
is
very
unprofessional.
They
gave
me
a
hard
time
about
whether
my
provider
will
cover
my
visit.
My
provider's
system
was
down
and
the
receptionist
asked
the
other
officer
lady
gone
to
proceed.
She
said
i
will
be
responsible
for
the
bill
if
my
provider
wouldn't
cover
me.
I
said
that
was
fine
since
i
knew
i
was
covered
and
had
waited
2.5
weeks
for
this
appointment
in
addition
to
taking
a
half
day
off
work.
All
of
a
sudden
the
other
office
lady
changed
her
initial
statement
and
now
i
couldn't
get
service.
I
questioned
how
she
suddenly
switched
what
was
said
about
being
a
bill
if
i
wasn't
covered.
She
said,
"for
the
3rd
time,
i
told
you
i
was
wrong.
I
asked
for
a
supervisor
and
had
to
wait
65
minutes
in
total
for
her.
She
stated
how
they
were
going
to
write
ON
THE
BILL
how
they
explained
to
me
that
that
i
would
be
responsible
if
the
provider
didn't
pay.
I
agreed
and
asked
if
they
would
check
to
see
if
my
provider's
system
was
back
online
before
HAVING
ME
SIGN
the
bill.
I
waited
another
20
minutes
before
finally
getting
up
and
walking
out
the
office.
As
im
leaving
i
see
that
alleged
supervisor
standing
in
the
hallway
talking
to
a
coworker
and
using
just
arms
to
express
herself
the
way
people
do
when
they
are
upset.
I
never
raised
my
voice
and
i
remained
calm
the
whole
time.
I
was
35
minutes
early
to
my
appointment
and
i
spent
a
total
of
an
hour
and
40
minutes
without
ever
seeing
a
doctor.
I
HAD
BEEN
A
PATIENT
AT
THIS
MEDICAL
CENTER
FOR
THE
PREVIOUS
YEAR
AND
A
HALF.
NEVER
AGAIN!!!
