One of the best ross I've been to had every thing I need

There is plenty of free parking in the very big lot. It's kept clean. That Wendy's has a massive drive-through line and can back up the parking sometimes.

Great place to shed pounds!

Seems like something is always out of service and rarely, RARELY gets fixed in time. Been going here for 5 years and I may be canceling my membership to go elsewhere. Also, there should be a policy of members blasting their music on the premises. They don't respect the space. Very disappointing.

Always not enough parking

Congested. I went to Ross (2nd time) and the aisles are so closed and overly loaded with clothes. Normally that could be considered a good thing but you can barely move passed anyone already in that aisle. Also harder to find things than it already is for regular Ross's. I had to go this 2nd time because I was pressed for time but whew Chile, if I could go to another location I will definitely choose to do so.

It's alright . They barely have anything in stock . Sometimes it's super empty . Honestly they're check out is faster then the one on Cicero av near 31st .I do find some good stuff sometimes .

Pretty nice plaza with a variety of businesses. They have parking and it's a cozy place.

The gym is clean. You see people cleaning the equipment all the time. You may or may not get greeted when you come in. That just depends. There is no help available if you need help with equipment. Now, if you want want to buy something, everyone is available.The dumbbells are rarely reracked, but that has nothing to do with the gym... it's the patrons.

Esporta is a really nice gym. I love the equipment, everything's up-to-date. It's just a bit crowded, but other than that, it's great.

They need to close a little bit late and would be nice if they put some punching bags and more stuff for boxing

My experience is usually great at the archer train station ,the workers are very attentive and knowledgeable if you were to inquire about bus service and route information/directions! Thanks guys!

This particular location is full of mexicans wich usually are , uncivilized loud and negligents specially in the swimming pool . I try to avoid the busy hours because of them

Great place to shop. There’s a fitness center, Wendy’s, And other store near by. It’s a small neighborhood shopping plaza.

It's great but I time my buses and trains all year, all seasons.

One of my favorite places.

This is my favorite Ross in Chicago. I went there tonight at about 915pm. It was fabulous. Very few other shoppers and try ons were allowed tonight. (1st time time since covid began). This store was very well stocked and it was pretty neat and clean. The staff is always friendly yet professional. And it's super easy in and out. It was pouring rain when i came home so i left the goods in my car til tomorrow. Can't wait to bring in my cool new clothes. hope they work out.

Good trend, but this store got less choice than the others.

Dirty, lights go out for days and are not fixed, people break into cars and when ask for the parking lot videos the cameras are never working
