I have been to LYFE kitchen several times for lunch and loved it however this was my first breakfast experience here. I ordered the avocado toast and classic breakfast. I was shocked when the food was brought to the table. I almost thought it was a joke. The “avocado toast “ was nothing more than one lightly toasted wonder bread size slice of bread with a bit of diced avocado and feta cheese. It looked sad, so so sad. I thought maybe they were going to bring me another one, I mean I did pay $9 for this. Insane. My son got the classic breakfast and didn’t even finish it. We came here because the line at yolk was too long. I should’ve waited. My total for a slice of bread with a bit of avocado, and a sad classic breakfast, milk and coffee came to $25.03. Never again for breakfast. Never!!! Go to Wildberry , yolk or Eggy’s for breakfast.

Healthy food at a great price. Very nice seating and environment. Helpful staff, food was prepared quickly and tasted very flavorful. Staff very receptive to allergies and dietary preferences. Good spot for group of five or more or for one to two people.

Good food. I like the fact they have vegan options and focus more on healthy side of food. We had red curry bowl with veggies, roasted cauliflower and chickpeas, and chips and guacamole. They are all tasty. Especially the curry bowl really hit the spot in this windy, cold, rainy day! The interior is clean and spacious. This can be a good place for party or big groups! There are few downsides of this place. First, it took a long time to get our food even when it was not the peak. The second one is what blew me off which is they don't wear gloves when they work in the kitchen cooking for your food. On top of that, they use their hands to grab topping and salsa to put on your food!!! THEY USE THEIR HANDS! What?! Which era we are living in? What's the health regulations here? I can't believe my eyes when I saw that. Anyway, the safe way to go is order those food that doesn't need topping or salsas on the top. Hint: Curry bowl is the way to go.

This is my go to lunch spot when I’m in Chicago. It’s a healthy fast casual place with lots of options. Last time I was here I got a salad and added salmon, which was a pretty small portion. Other than that, it’s great

I’ve come here several times in the last few years for vegan food. I love their vegan chocolate chip cookies. They used to have a partnership with Gardein vegan meats but it doesn’t look so anymore. I ordered the vegan cauliflower buffalo wing tacos. They were SO liquidy. The sauce was not thick enough. It was like soup on a corn tortilla. Plus, the cauliflower wings weren’t breaded, so it’s just boiled cauliflower with watery sauce on them. For like $13. They come with a side salad..... so personally, I don’t love that. It’s just spring mix with balsamic. I also ordered the sweet potato fries, they were okay, but they didn’t look like the photo they had in the restaurant.

Good, quick, healthy, clean food. Cute and comfortable interior. Lots of gluten free options. My husband is not gluten free and enjoyed his food also. Garlic and parmesean sweet potato fries were AMAZING. Order at the counter and they deliver to your table so you're a little more in control of how much time you are there if you have somewhere to go after. Definitely will be back!

I travel for work weekly and it’s hard sometimes being vegan when out if town. I found Lyfe Kitchen right down the street from my hotel and it is perfect. The tacos are my favorite. I have been here 3 times in 3 trips.
