company
is
a
FRAUD!
Save
your
money
or
pick
a
place
that
actually
cares
about
their
customers!!
I
made
a
reservation
late
feb
before
COVID
was
even
an
issue
through
booking.com.
Fridman
reached
out
to
me
on
march
3rd
telling
me
they
thought
Id
be
happier
with
a
nicer,
safer,
more
family
friendly
neighborhood
of
a
different
apartment
that
was
more
than
2x
the
price
but
said
they
would
give
it
to
me
for
the
price
booking
gave
me.
Nice
of
them
right?
Wrong!
They
said
it
was
safer
for
a
family
and
with
5
children
I
agreed
for
a
bigger
safer
apartment.
So
as
Fridman
instructed
I
canceled
with
booking.com
and
signed
a
reservation
with
them.
A
few
days
later
covid
was
becoming
more
known
and
on
march
10th
my
state
had
its
1st
case
and
on
march
13th
they
shut
down
my
state.
We
were
hit
hard
here
and
the
governors
orders
were
very
strict.
No
school,
no
businesses,
no
travel
unless
any
of
these
were
life
sustaining!
The
reservation
I
signed
stated
I
could
receive
a
FULL
refund
if
I
canceled
by
march
13th.
I
tried
numerous
times
to
contact
Fridman
to
cancel
this
reservation...phone,
email,
and
get
this..
The
email
they
provided
to
PAYPAL
where
I
made
the
payment
was
removed!
So
when
I
tried
to
send
the
email
it
would
not
go
through.
So
with
many
phone
calls
not
answered
my
only
choice
was
to
cancel
through
paypal.
Friedman
answered
that
they
wouldnt
give
me
a
full
refund,
only
half
or
a
new
reservation.
I
escalated
the
claim
and
paypal
was
closed
and
i
was
unable
to
contact
them.
Though
I
also
have
several
items
of
my
proof
of
trying.
Paypal
settled
for
Fridman
because
Fridman
stated
I
received
the
item.
And
paypal
didnt
ask
me
anything.
I
asked
about
making
the
reservation
change
and
Fridman
jacked
the
price
up
to
more
than
double
what
I
was
suppose
to
pay.
So
i
asked
about
the
refund
and
each
time
they
would
offer
half
and
then
not
send
it
and
ignore
my
messages.
And
when
they
did
answer
they
would
again
try
to
say
I
wasnt
eligible
for
a
refund.
It
wasnt
until
i
told
them
i
had
in
writing
several
times
them
offering
me
at
least
half
that
they
gave
me
a
partial
refund...not
quite
half.
Ive
been
fighting
this
for
over
2
months
and
have
gathered
my
phone
records
showing
I
tried
to
contact
the
company
to
cancel.
Without
the
remaining
refund
I
am
forced
to
take
this
matter
to
court.
This
company
does
not
care
about
my
health,
my
family,
or
even
acknowledge
my
attempts
to
cancel
before
the
full
refund
deadline.
They
have
acted
in
a
shady
manner
and
I
highly
recommend
finding
another
place
to
stay
if
you
are
ever
traveling
to
Chicago!

absolutely
DO
NOT
treat
your
customers
like
family!
I
have
PROOF
in
writing
and
on
my
phone
history
including
phone
calls,
texts,
and
emails
that
I
reached
out
you
on
multiple
platforms
and
multiple
phone
numbers
available
to
inform
you
of
my
cancellation
BEFORE
the
full
refund
date
and
there
was
no
answer.
Health
advice?
What
health
advice
did
you
supposedly
give?
You
didnt
answer
the
phone
till
weeks
later
then
claimed
I
never
cancelled.
Your
response
to
this
review
further
shows
your
full
intent
to
lie
and
manipulate
future
customers!
Should
I
just
share
all
my
photos
and
proof?
I
have
many
and
also
the
clear
cancellation
date
proving
I
reached
out
to
cancel
ahead
of
the
date
required
for
a
full
refund.
You
didnt
answer
the
phone
and
then
your
email
wouldnt
work.
You
even
changed
your
policy.
You
know
full
well
you
owed
me
the
full
refund.
You
are
Crooks!
