It is small, just half a block long with a fenceless playground with climbing equipment right next to it. You may not feel comfortable taking your kids to this part until you trust them to 1)not run off, 2)not tip off the edge of the concrete, 3)climb well. I feel mostly comfortable with my 4 year old here and almost completely comfortable with my 6 year old. Each parent and child is different though. Usually close street parking is quite easy to find.
