Worst Starbucks I have ever been ! The attitude of the employees was terrible! Taking phone calls and cursing while taking our order. Made the wrong drink which happens but they knew they didnt have the right tea for london fog and without asking used English Breakfast to substitute Earl Grey didnt add the vanilla. Now I see all these reviews and cant believe how bad Starbucks is being rated without doing anything about it. Starbucks come on this is not how you built your company. Seems like the whole airport has this I dont care attitude looming around it. Every once in awhile you will see someone with a good attitude but that is rare. I will be looking to travel elsewhere if possible. No one wants to pay all the extra costs involved with air travel then be treated like this. Hopefully rhis New Year will bring Joy to the people who work here.

Extremely rude staff. I do not believe in all my years drinking Starbucks I have been treated with such disrespect. I'm purchasing a $6 coffee, I'm a customer...I'm sorry my desire for a skinny ruined your day. C. Williams never even looked up and made eye contact. "Over here. Name? Scan your card! Rude rude rude. And my coffee was not prepared as a skinny. 🙄

Super rude . Definitely don’t recommend coming here. . And the baristas attitude was absolutely disgusting. Absolutely just so rude makes you never wanna come back. Would give -5 stars if it was optional .

Terrible employees don’t use name tags so couldn’t tell you who it was but she was working register at 6:25 and I ordered a drink and she talked to her friend for all of it and then asked what was apparently rently “size” and I said excuse me for clarification and she yelled SIZE? and then talked about it to her coworkers in front of my group rudest Starbucks employee ever.

Unbelieveable. I ordered a drink. They used the wrong syrup and said "that's what she charged you for" instead of correcting it. Same cost just not chocolate since I can't have cocoa. Horrible people and no manager. No drink just out the money. How dare Starbucks allows this! United terminal B6

The most horrible customer service ever!!!! Also found a bug in my latte aggghhh!!! Tried to get a refund and only got part of it.. when tried to argue about the difference she just ignored me and walked away. Please remove these useless employees!!!?

This is the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. They don't have an oven so not hot food, the employees were slow and inaccurate (just not listening to the customers and having their own conversations). Go to the Starbucks in the middle of the terminal instead!

Horrible service, 4 people working and only one is actually doing something. Everyone is like intentionally working super extra slow! NEVER GO THERE!

Zero will be more appropriate . They serve espresso in a totally inappropriate size cups and it really should be cleaner and more welcoming So disappointed with an attitude of employees.

Get better employees! My friends ordered over $25 of drinks ahead of me. They asked for a cup of water and were told to get back in line due to all the cups in front of employee. When asked for employees name she said she didn't need to give her name. Another employee said he didnt know her name either. Michael, however, was very friendly and deserves a halo for working with difficult co-workers. My friends did not make a scene, however, it was obvious by the looks on the faces of the customers around us that they too thought the employee was being unreasonable over a cup of water. I didn't even complain that two people BEHIND me received their drinks first! Here is the lovely Starbucks employee that needs to check her attitude at the door!

Went to the Starbucks by gate C27, drink itself was good but that's about it. No one in line and the wait time was quite long and there was 4 staff members. The best way to decribe the employees here is completely out of control. All of them were being very rowdy and ultimately acting very childish. I believe my experience would have been much better if the employees would simply focus on doing their jobs.

Slowest Starbucks I've ever been to, especially at an airport . This is at Gate B14, Terminal 1. At Newark Airport a line 4 times longer just flies by. In NYC they are speed demons! The coffee and sandwich was good. Plan on a wait if you are in a hurry pass by.

Absolutely not ok. Their attitude was not Starbucks standard and if the actual company new about this they would be taken care of properly. I’m a partner and I’ve been with the company for awhile now and I can not believe that they allow them to treat customers like that. You guys really treat your customers poorly! You need to work on your attitude and the way you treat people. If you worked for the actual company you would be fired so Fast. Air port why would you allow this to be ok?! That’s not fair on us at all that you allowed this! Talk to the employees or get new ones it’s not that hard!! The girls who work there not ok!! You need to work on your attitude big time!!
