Because
I
know
how
Haj
or
Umrah
is
a
very
important
journey
for
every
Muslim
especially
if
you’re
going
as
a
family
and
it
was
your
dream
to
go
with
your
wife
and
kids,
it’s
very
crucial
to
book
with
a
legit
company.
For
this
reason
I
decided
to
write
my
experience
without
any
additions
or
changes
(promised)
It
all
started
when
I
talked
to
Ali
is
the
agent
that
helped
with
booking,
first
call
he
sent
me
a
couple
options
and
I
ask
him
to
add
a
few
days
package
for
turkey
he
was
very
slow
in
answering
my
texts
and
calls
sometimes
maybe
after
a
few
days,
until
we
agreed
on
Umrah
package
he
had
me
go
to
the
office
to
make
the
FULL
payment.
First
thing
I
noticed
he
added
some
tip
to
the
invoice
which
no
one
asked
about
especially
that
it
was
not
a
good
experience,
but
I
told
the
accountant
it
ok
I
even
gave
more
tips,
I
told
I
have
no
problem
but
I
just
wanted
my
family
enjoy
the
trip,
they
started
promising
that
it
will
be
the
best
(lies)
sorry
for
this
world
but
that’s
the
reality.
I
kept
asking
him
about
the
turkey
package
for
weeks
and
he
finally
responded
with
a
higher
price
than
he
gave
me
before
he
said
the
prices
went
up
since
then
but
it
was
his
fault
by
not
answering,
we
get
that
package
booked
higher
price
less
things
we
will
do.
I
will
say
they
really
help
me
when
we
noticed
that
one
of
my
sons
s
passport
will
expire
and
they
really
took
the
time
and
helped
with
the
process(maybe
they
know
we
will
cancel
if
it
is
not
renewed)

flight
was
decent
nothing
special
Let

with
MAKAH
The
driver
came
on
time
tool
us
to
the
hotel,
the
room
was
in
a
dark
corner
of
the
hotel
and
they
said
no
other
options,
the
bathroom
flooded
twice
before
they
send
someone
to
fix
and
the
room
was
full
of
bugs
and
cockroaches,
I
kept
telling
my
family
let’s
forget
about
the
room
and
just
take
advantage
of
the
haram
(we
spent
most
of
our
time
there)
and
I
told
them
MADINAH
will
be
different
and
we
will
enjoy,
NOPE
On
the
way
to
MADINAH
the
trip
was
good
we
approached
our
hotel
and
the
street
was
busy
he
left
with
the
suitcases
about
3
minutes
away
walking
and
he
just
left
,
we
went
to
check
the
reservation
was
two
separate
rooms
in
different
floors
4and
9th
(
it
was
me
,
my
wife
and
two
kids)
after
2
hours
back
and
forth
and
let
this
company
know
they
said
we
take
care
of
it
just
give
us
some
time
,nothing
all
I
could
get
the
hotel
to
do
to
have
us
in
the
same
floor
about
10
rooms
apart
(
think
about
the
situation
yourself)
Same
thing
I
kept
telling
them
let’s
enjoy
the
haram
and
forgot
the
hotel
witch
we
did
Al
Hamdoulilah
and
I
told
them
turkey
will
the
best
experience
again
NOPE
The
gave
us
the
name
of
the
hotel
in
turkey
we
checked
it
online
it
was
very
good
and
we
were
excited
to
get
there
We
got
to
turkey
early
morning
it
still
dark
and
our
driver
dropped
us
to
a
very
different
MOTEL
I
promise
my
wife
was
scared
to
go
in
it
looked
so
weird
especially
the
location
surrounded
with
night
clubs
and
it
a
very
dangerous
street
to
come
out
the
hotel
and
walk.
I
got
in
touch
with
them
they
promised
they
will
fix
that
the
very
next
day
but
nothing
.
At
the
end
this
guys
messed
up
our
dream
journey
that
we
been
planning
for
so
long
and
I
paid
a
big
amount
of
money
.
Waited
2weeks
for
someone
to
call
they
never
did
and
they
started
calling
when
I
told
him
that
I
will
write
my
experience
online,
I
requested
the
owner
Zamir
to
call
me
he
never
did
and
finally
I
decided
to
put
this
out
,
I
hope
this
helps
others.
Especially
families
please
do
yourself
a
favor
and
don’t
book
with
them
it
is
really
a
SCAM.
