It's a clean, spacious, and modern restaurant with lots of self-service kiosks. I made an order with a friendly employee, and it was ready practically instantly. Many tables to choose from where you can eat alone or in a small group. I liked the wall with plants too sad half of them are dead. The food was hot and tasty as always.

Honestly not a fan of the design choices. It feels empty and is strongly lacking in any character or personality! Hand sanitizers on the order kiosks were ALL empty! Not to mention the TV screens had pop ups that weren't taken care of!

Terrible service! There were enough fries sitting on the warmer to feed an army and every single one of them looked soggy and old. Photo enclosed……. A guy was asking for a missing fry and sauce and had to practically beg for it. The place is apparently take out only after 10:00 but the wise guy “security guard” made a point of saying that while I was eating just a hamburger (all I got) and said to me rudely “it’s not that difficult a concept”. Well security man, guess being nice to customers *is* that difficult a concept………

Good food and clean tables! Definitely one of the fanciest McDonalds I've been too.

Went there this morning had them mess up my order not once but twice charged me for medium macchiato gives me a small then the oatmeal cup was like 90 percent empty I called multiple times no answer. When I spoke to the guy in the window abouty order in the first place he was rude when I had asked him to repeat the order... This place it sad if you don't like your job find a new one real talk don't steal people's money and expect people to be happy with it....

When I say they destroyed my excitement about getting my frappe! 🤦🏽‍♂️ Made it incorrectly which could've been by mistake. The remake was even worse. All caramel and no frappe! Diabetes in a cup. No plans on returning. Very disappointed.

Great improvement to your average McDonald's. All energy green and friendly, open and spacious. There's even an EV charger on the parking lot.

This is a huge McDonald's store with automated ordering system and drive-thru. It's pretty impressive. That such a big place is effin by so few people through technological automation.

I was upcharged for ordering a meal (would have been $3 less had I ordered sandwich fries and specialty drink) and they AGAIN skimped on my fries. Twice in a row not filling up fries is ridiculous

Open 24 hours! And free Wi-Fi as expected. Big space. Do have good views, but not high at all. Cannot see river nor lake at all.

This is their flagship store… nothing special, nothing new, nothing exotic. It is literally the same food you can buy in Houston, but $2 more per item. Don’t waste your time here. Go to literally any other great option in the area. When we went, it was a 30 minute disaster before we literally left and accepted our loss on $20 worth of food. If you already had low expectations for McDonald’s, lower them even further before coming here. It isn’t a flagship, it is a sinking ship.

This McDonald’s because of the location does not offer in restaurant dining. You must pick up your food and leave security in the building is pretty adamant about it.

This location is great. The inside is very spacious and they are usually timely. The drive thru can be long sometime. Be aware of the weekends and the drunk crowd. I would use the app and order ahead. It saves you so much time.

Parking is 12$ if you go over the free 45 min. Manager is super rude and don’t even want to listen that you just ate and spend money over there. How are you going to fit in 45 min if you wait 15-20 for your food. On top of that everything is 1-2$ more expensive than any other location.

I stop by this McDonald's frequently and food is always fast, fresh & hot 😋 Excited for McRib season! Enjoy Yo

A+ My first time visiting this location , it’s 24 hr has a dog area sitting areas outside for customers , inside is very roomy

They have twist cones! Meaning half vanilla half chocolate ice cream. If you're paying with a card you have to order at a kiosk. They will only help you at the counter if you're paying with cash. Our food was perfect, just the way we ordered it. They also have a Blink car charger in the parking lot. They also have a drive thru. They also charged us $1.00 for a large iced water. No free water here. Even when you spend $30.00 here.

It used to be the cool Roll and Roll McDonald’s that featured in few Hollywood films. But these days it’s just a big McDonald’s without the cool stuff inside. Every item is more expensive here than elsewhere. When I used the bathroom there was a homeless man with his shirt off washing himself by the sink. Yeah, not a sight I want before eating 🤦🏻‍♂️

I mean I can’t complain too much, it’s McDonald’s and it’s cheap, so my expectations are already at a certain level before I even get my food. Pictured below is a $2.99 cheeseburger that I ordered with onions. Apparently whoever was assembling food today thought 1/4tsp of onions was an appropriate amount 🤣😭😭

Felt compelled to try the Grimace Shake. But let’s be honest… those FRIES 🍟 are crazy good!

Really nice McDonald's. The staff seemed nice but they don't really talk to you much. Lots of seating and the food came out quick. It is a really nice place to chill and eat it is one of my favorite McDonald's to go to downtown. It also tends to be not as busy later at night so I like to go then. Overall not a bad spot to hang out and eat I would recommend if you are in this area.

Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Supposed to be THE flagship location but they’ve set the bar pretty low. You end up waiting an hour for your food just for them to lose your order.

If you haven't eaten at a 100% kiosk driven mc Donald's this is it. The first time I was unsure about the number on the table thing, but once you get the hang of it, its fine. Service was immediate and food was hot. Plenty of space to spread out. Beautiful gardens around you.

This is a very different McDonald's than I am used to. You have to order at the kiosks, not the front counter. They don't have as many options because of this. You have to pay for parking. You cannot refill your own drink. You have to take it to the front counter for them to do so. You cannot get your own napkins or condiments, you have to go to the feont counter to ask for them. Just overly inconvenient.

Was beautiful with all the trees and plants and living wall,!!! Gave the place air to breath was wonderful not like a regular fast food breathing in grease. Food was great got orders right and fast nothing bad to say here!!!

Very eco friendly Maccas in Chicago. Takes up almost the whole block. They were promoting the Avengers when visited whilst on a road trip across the USA by 2 Aussies in 2019

I love this remodel the most over the past few that have been on this land. the super modern and clean feel of this McDonalds is amazing and makes it feel futuristic.

The food was okay, even though words “light silver onions” doesn’t mean anything to them. The biggest problem was that ALL the bathrooms were CLOSED and the employee was rude when we asked why. Neither orders for eating here, nor cash, so we had to stay in line.

- Service is always top tier if you dine in and order from the app. They bring you the food to the table. Always makes me feel special. - They give you water if you only order a burger and no drinks. Very nice touch. - Smooth operation also through pick up/curb service. Can be busy and hard to get a pull up spot by usually open up in time for your pickup. - They make very GENEROUS ice cream cones. 🤍
