Patronizing stores in your community is tough when good customer service is hard to come by. Each time I come to this location the workers there act like they don't want to be there. I waited 30 minutes for a curbside pickup order that was never brought to my vehicle. I had to go into the store to get it and the person who finally attended to me had a terrible attitude. Inside the store is no different. Just to checkout is a problem. No one is at the checkout isles despite the light being on and none of the staff knows where the person went to. Just terrible overall....

Chelita was very great with dealing with my grandmother. She helped find the duplicate copy of her washing machines extended warranty. Very patient and a great employee.

Lowes is the "Target" of hardware stores. Their locations are always more organized, cleaner, and modern compared to other hardware stores. However, you're going to pay a little more. But to us it's worth it. This location is no different. When you walk inside it doesn't look like a chaotic warehouse. The staff there was very professional and helped us find what we were looking for in a timely matter. They seem to have everything in stock. If anybody has gone shopping in this area they know that most stores are crowded and hectic. We try to avoid this area at all costs. However, this Lowes location is an outlier. We will be returning soon.

I needed a refrigerator right away. This retailer saved the day. They had a large select, readily available and reasonably priced. Could have saved myself some anxiety if I had started my search at Lowe's

Super friendly and professional staff, curbside order was within minutes after placing it online and once there a few minutes wait received my products, they checked ID and checkin barcode confirmation.

I mean it’s a nice store but I don’t feel like it’s for me …. I like Menards better . I have no complaints everyone that o interacted with was professional

We are planning to install a new fence at our yard so we decided that the best place for that is Lowe's and we visited it today and we saw some nice options ,also Bryan, the general manager, was so professional and helpful helping us and answering a lot of questions we had. We have an appointment this Wednesday with a Lowes agent for a estimate. We are so excited

I must admit this location has a store manager or supervisor that desperately cares to make the customer experience a positive 5 star ⭐ event. Cornelius randomly asked me if I was finding everything okay. I wasn't. I came in 1 hour before closing and my pickup didn't show so I started shopping. Curtain rods were on clearance alas I could only find one and it was white. Ewww. By the time he asked, I had to inquire if he had the scanner gun to tell me if there was inventory for the items. Of course, the styles I didn't want were available but he went to ask something else and that's when I revealed that I wanted to get a security door installed but (1) they're booked out and (2) didn't have my color choice. For whatever reason the options don't show via personal cell neither a laptop. But he went to their desktop stations and found an option within my budget and now I'm scheduled to get my door measured and installed. I hope they can finalize it all before I leave but he assured me that I don't have to be present. Maybe this was divine intervention but I'm happy and feeling blessed. Sales galore right now.

Love Lowes' outdoor flower garden! I've purchased nice flowers and plants from here and the staff are always so nice, but not always available as they try to take care of everyone. Here are a few flowers I purchased recently 😍

The store is clean and I typically can find what I need. And that's a good thing because there doesn't seem to be any help in the aisles. Customer service, in my experience, has been lacking. I only get asked if I need assistance about 40% of the time I visit this store- if I bump into them. I've also noticed that most of the time, self-checkout is the only option. I usually prefer to be checked out by a cashier and it's nice to have that option.

Customer service today was top notched! The guy in plumbing/faucets was fantastic. He was patient with me though he was simultaneously helping another and even pointed out a sale I did not see. Cashier saw my limp & took care of me right away. Lastly, the young man took my cart back. Felt like a special customer. Ever grateful....

Kudos to the courteous service reps in organized chaos. My second online order in two weeks; both times the orders were not ready upon the notification of items that were not ready for pickup. Better off ordering at store or Amazon same day.

I recently had a positive shopping experience at Lowe's, and I believe it deserves a solid four-star rating! Lowe's offers a fantastic selection of products for home improvement and renovation projects. Whether I needed tools, building materials, or appliances, I found a wide range of options to choose from. The store's inventory is comprehensive and caters to various budgets and preferences.

We went to Lowe’s yesterday and the employees in the garden center were AMAZING! Their customer service was refreshing and rare in these times. Everyone appeared to enjoyed what they were doing, and they did it with a smile. Keep up the OUTSTANDING JOB! I’ll definitely go back, and share my experience with friends and neighbors.

I need a refrigerator. I got up early arriving at this store at 7am. You open at 6am. I found a refrigerator that I liked. I couldn't purchase it because the staff to assist me in appliances don't come in until 8am? You open at 6am. Management how does this make sense?

This was my first experience visiting this store and I was overwhelmed by the pleasant greeting of every single representative in the store! I will make every effort to go out of my way to revisit that store. I visited specifically because I couldn’t find a representative to assist me in the Menards around the corner from my house! There were representatives greeting us from the entrance, throughout the store to the exit. One even offered to walk to get an item for us! Great job Lowe’s! Keep up the great customer service! Your efforts do not go unnoticed!!!!

Whats the purpose of paying for a scheduled delivery if they are going to disregard everything and just charge you. Managers were useless on giving any concrete information. Now i have to wait almost 20 days for a 5 day shipping that i paid for. Highly dissapointed with this location.

I love this LOWES location.. I went there for the sale in the Garden Shop. They have perennial “Mums” on sale(2 for $12.00) The store itself is clean and well stocked. I wads greeted with a smile and. “Welcome to Lowe’s” when I entered the Garden Shop from the parking lot.

Nice selection of plants at good prices. The people that work here are friendly too. It's a regular stop for me. I feel when I come here, they tend to have more unique plants than Home Depot nearby. Like harder to find varieties of plants. They also have a better selection of garden equipment than Home Depot. My review is based on the garden section only but it's a fun place to go to.

Brand new appliances were installed in the home I purchased, days before closing in July 2023. Here it is September 2023 and my Frigidaire refrigerator does not work. Did I mention it’s brand new! I’m writing a review because there are NO technicians available to come out and look at my appliance, so I’m forced to wait. With a manufacturer warranty as well as an additional 3 year warranty purchased this is completely unacceptable!

My family and I have come to this Lowes on 83 Stewart for a few years to buy trees. It’s a family tradition. My mom purchases my tree, my sister’s tree and now my son’s tree. We go as a family. This year we were assisted by Jennifer. She was amazing. From assisting us in picking trees to her overall enthusiasm. She brought tears to my eyes with her seeing us as a family as how precious our tradition is to us. It felt like she was a part of the family

Visited on a Sunday morning. Wanted a sample if a particular paint color. Hardly any customers in the store. Waited at the paint counter for someone to show up. Finally, turned around to customer service and asked a male employee if anyone was working the paint counter. He said he would page someone. Minutes go by. Still no one shows up. I turn back to customer service. 4 employees standing there talking to each other and clearly able to see me waiting. I ask for one of the employees to page someone again. A young lady who was in the group says, "Oh! I can help you!" She saw me waiting. Why did I have to ask for help! Then she asks me about 3 times the name of the color I wanted. Couldn't get a sample in semi-gloss. The young lady said samples were only available in satin. Was in the store about 30 minutes, spent $6 for a sample and I might not have received the right color (City Loft) After I painted a small area, my son, who recommended the color, stopped by and doesn't think I got City Loft. He has the color in his house and said what I received doesn't look the same as his. Not worth driving back to the store to wait for $6. Too far. Very poor customer service

I always have a great experience shopping here. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. I’ve learned new tips for shopping nuts and bolts too thanks to Rodney!

Was able to find what I needed but they only had self checkout open and only 1 of those were operating. There was a person checking people out at the register in front of self checkout lanes but they needed more workers.

In the check line the cashier couldn't complete my transaction.Went to customer service she rung up my gifts cards had to wait for a manager to ask my a couple of questions. He was satisfied I was not a scammer. She rung up the cards had to wait for another manager for about 10 minutes to come and approve my purchase. It took more then 30 minutes. Won't be back.

The customer service at this home improvement store was the best I've ever had. I got assistance getting a basket, getting a oversized box off the shelf and immediate response from the manager in a price dispute. Great team work on this day. It's this kind of service that will make me drive by the competition.

It was really a good experience. I was really surprised to find out, on some days they open at 6am. Great, I can leave work and go straight there. They had every thing I needed for a good price. Only one cashier, but several of those self-service machines. I don't do. Was not really busy at that time of morning. In and out!! Love Lowe's!!
