The store has been cleaned up so much since I was here last a year ago. Everything was well organized and the staff was friendly.

Many goods items at reasonable prices. The store was stocked, clean, and organized. They have someone at the entrance and they wipe down your cart. Lots of great finds, friendly employees and also willing to help you find an otem ask you hows your shopping experience and make yoi feel welcome to the store.

Friendly, clean, and amazing items! I always find what I need! I found these two mirrors to complete my family room. Definitely recommend this location.

A little chaotic with the holidays sizes are not accurate with the hangers can’t blame the staff it looks like the store is understaffed

Did not get what I wanted there.

I should have sent this review last month. Please make sure these employees are recognized. My first stop in the store was to return a couple items. Angell took care of the return. I appreciated him saying thank you when I should be thanking him. As I shopped on the sales floor I was greeted by Barbara B. and asked if she could help me. If not for her, I would not be able to find the Christmas tablecloths. It was nice to be greeted and offered help at a time when everyone is so stressed out with shopping. I appreciated her kindness and customer service. My final encounter was when I was checking out. Patricija couldn't be any nicer or sweeter. She wrapped my breakables and wished me a nice day. Good job on your hires Marshalls!

By far one of the best Marshalls I've ever visited. Plenty of staff on the floor to keep store organized and put out new stock quickly, fast checkouts, and good location.

Great prices and friendly service the only improvement I would ask is keeping the cosmetics/skin/hair care a better organized.

I went to this place for the very first time, and just like the other Marshall’s locations I visited, it is clean and organized, and everything is well-arranged, making it easy to navigate inside, even with all that clutter that is displayed. The selection is interesting, especially when it comes to their selection of decor, art, and other stuff. I also like their clothes, and I found this nice hoodie, and I could not help myself but to buy it since it is of good quality, the fabric is so comfy, and the price is fair and reasonable. They had a lot of available pieces of it and I was able to get my size. One more good thing about this store, aside from their products and prices, is their great customer service. The employees are very friendly and helpful. I asked a few questions regarding some particular products, and the employee I talked with was so nice to answer me and also guide me with that particular product. This location of Marshalls is nice, literally, and my first visit was worth it because I was able to buy a lot of good things at reasonable prices.

If you are looking to find great deals on clothing with some clearance prices Marshalls is a way to go!! It's equivalent to a winner as this store had nice brands but with half the price. Also very nice to buy gifts when running out of idea. They have a good selection of women's clothes. The store is clean and customer service was good!

Not too many kids outfits to choose from,very limited

NOT GOOD!! I month ago I bought 2 pieces a shirt and a pants but couldn't tryed them up b4, so I take them home and the were small , then I week later decide to exchange them but lost receipt, LADY manager said that she cannot exchange because I didn't buy them from the same store(marshalls) and she won't even give me store credit for it!!!💩💩💩💩💩 better recommend Marshall from harlem commons, they don't give you trouble!!

I went to this Marshall's the other day. I have to say I love this place, especially this particular location. I was amazed at the selection! Their store is very well kept and clean, unlike some other locations. And the sales associates are very helpful. They have a wide selection of items to choose from, whether it be men's apparel, household goods, women's apparel, and a large number of other items as well. They also have a decent selection of shoes which are affordable for the entire family. A great store to shop in.

Marshalls customer service is top-notch. The selections have changed recently. Still a fairly good selection in the store for women, both business and leisure clothing. The shoe section is much easier to navigate now. there are still people available to assist you when you're looking for a special pair. Returns are super easy. Always had a great experience.
