When I see all the reviews I’m afraid to go there, but when I go and see them it’s totally deference the staff is very helpful and friendly the doctor is really good doctor,and I choose access to be my health provider ❤️

My son had an appointment at 7:40 am the pediatrician steps off the elevator at 7:45 am fresh in the building. Currently 8:16 still have not made contact with her yet. This is terrible I can see if we were late then I’d have to wait but we were on time. Please do better.

I love coming here for all my doctor appointments. Access is a good place to go to get your health checked out. I never have any problems or issues since I been coming here. My doctor at Access is Dr. Meyer and he’s been my doctor since 2015 and it’s now 2020. He is really really great at what he do. I’m so comfortable with him and he always let me know what’s going on with my health. He explains everything with details; which I love because it’s hard to find a doctor that can explain to you everything that is wrong with you. He always answers my questions, any concerns I have with my health. I still come here because of him. Even his nurses are extremely nice and helpful. I Just couldn’t see anyone else than Dr. Meyer being my doctor. I’m pretty much use to him. Overall, Access is a great place to get a doctor and to get your health checked out. I definitely recommend coming here.

All I have to say is I really really like this place at 1st I wasn't to happy to go but the staff there is very helpful the nurses very nice and the pediatrician she's amazing. My kiddos couldn't have the best Dr. She's been very helpful specially for my boy that need early intervention.

Doctors and staff are extremely rude and disrespectful. I was seen a couple of months ago and the doctor comments were tasteless! She definitely need to work on her bedside manners however, I chopped it up as a one time incident. Recently a family member just had an appointment and they experienced the Same behavior doctors not listening and blaming everything on COVID not willing to run test or listen to their complaints and symptoms telling them to just deal with it basically. Refusing to test or treat them (by the way the individual have tested negative repeatedly for Covid and knows exactly what’s wrong because it’s a recurring problem for them)

My family and I have been coming here for years and always have an amazing experience. The people in the front desk are always very helpful, kind, and very professional. Ms. Kapriski is very helpful every time we visit for my siblings check-up: giving us advice on what to do and what not to do.

I've been coming to this Health clinic since my kids were born, i have never had a long wait to see the Dr.... Dr Karpinski is amazing! Lilianna always answers any questions i have regarding registration!! Cynthia is so sweet to my kids. Everyone is always friendly, smiling& very professional& courteous!!

If you go here please don’t choose Dr. Karpinski as your child’s pediatrician. She refused to prescribe antibiotics when my child had an infection and told me to use warm water on the infected area.I asked her for a clearance letter for my child and also refused. There’s just no communication bc she refuses to listen to the parents opinion.
