    I only took two pictures but there where multiple dead fishes in all the tanks. They clearly don't clean the tanks in a regular basis because one of the dead fishes was just bones. It's truly sad to see animal not getting the proper care.

    This review is specifically for Sarah C the amazing grooming specialist. Thank you for being so patient with Mochi! Sarah gave my dog an excellent quality cut. She listened to my specific requests and gave a great shape cut to my pup. Definitely book to see Sarah shes the best! Associates at this location are great and the store is clean and an enjoyable shopping experience.

    My friend had been planning to buy a chameleon for weeks and was super excited to finally be going through with it. Before we got there she called to see if there was anything she needed to know or bring with her beforehand and they only told her to be prepared with her ID. When she finally selected the chameleon she wanted we waited for a solid 45 mins before anyone came to help us. Within those 45 mins no one even bothered to be like hey we are little short staffed bare with us. The salesman finally gets to us and asks if my friend was buying a terarrium for the chameleon. My friend was not planning to as she had already bought one in advance as she had been preparing for weeks. When she told him this he refused to sell the chameleon to her because she refused to buy a SECOND terarrium for her chameleon. Last time I checked you only needed one. We then reached out for a manager and the manager said that she refused to sell it to my friend because my friend got visibly upset due to very understandable circumstances. This visit just goes to show that #1 the animals are just there for decor they aren't trying to actually find them a happy healthy home and #2 that Petco will do anything to hustle unnecessary money out of you. The whole situation is ridiculous.

    Overall the cashier Tania was very nice and polite. It's seems like no one was on the sales floor I asked to speak to a manager but you could tell by the manager approach they're lazy and don't really care about their job. Get better management 👏

    Really bad customer service and they always blame policies, it seems they don’t even listen to the client and it always seems they are playing around. I come often to this branch because I found an amazing groomer here for my dog, he has a special diet and at this place they make it so complicated to get his food either they don’t know what I am talking about or they don’t see outside the box, my vet stated that is I had a picture of the prescription they should be able to sale the food. Here it seems they don’t want to sale the product. It’s. Shame that management just becomes arrogant and don’t listen to the client at all. I don’t usually leave reviews but lately I have noticed that customer service is in decline and we need to speak up to see a change.

    Horrible customer service, from all the employees. I even complained about it and the manager just looked at me like that type of behavior was ok. Never going back to the store and wouldn’t recommend anyone to shop here either.

    The store is fine but would be a whole lot better if the grooming service ever answered their phones. You can’t schedule just a nail trim online and every time I dread needing to make an appointment since it involves calling multiple times over a two hour period before anyone picks up. I’ve asked the people at the front to leave a message to have the groomer call me back and the person never relayed that.

    This is the absolute worst Petco I’ve ever been to, specifically the manager Letisha. This woman clearly does not care about animals in any capacity, and is the most unhelpful employee I’ve ever met at a Petco. I’ve had pets all my life and I’ve never been met with such disrespect and unhelpful customer service. I was allowed to large a formal complaint about her I absolutely would, but since I’m not allowed to I will gladly settle for this one star review in hopes that somebody in corporate sees it. I will going to PetSmart from now on

    Been coming in here for a while and it seems the store has a decent turnover rate with regards to employees. Beyond that, we usually don't have much problems, except on our last visit. We now noticed how poorly handled the fish section is, with a few tanks having multiple dead/floating fish in them. People, DO NOT BUY YOUR FISH FROM TANKS WITH ALREADY DEAD FISH. They can have bacterial infections or fungal diseases that live in the water, infecting other localized fish. I saw one tank in particular where a small shark was constantly bothering the gourami that were stored in the same tank with them, one dead at the bottom being fed off of by the snails in the tank. On top of all of this, when we notified who I assume is their manager - "Rob" I believe was his name - he instead ignored our statement of the issues mentioned above with the fishes and complained about the fact that I brought in a 12-pack from Binny's across the street. He lacked the most basic customer relations skills, and was rude all-around. I saw no sign notifying that I could not bring in stuff that I had bought from nearby stores, and never had the problem before. Instead of talking with us in a manner fitting for a customer service representative of the company, he was extremely rude and short. Needless to say, I am really disappointed with the direction in which this store went. Previously, I would always find myself offered great service from the staff. I might opt for more smaller-owned and customer-oriented pet businesses in the future. Ones that like to care about their store and the pets they're selling to children, and not trying to pass off diseased fish for hopes of customers returning in a month looking to buy more.

    I love my local Petco. Most of the staff know us even without our pets! Our dog trainer Michele is very friendly and always gives us advice and positive reinforcement! We really enjoy the benefits of being a member of Petco Rewards!

    it seems to be a problem with my rewards and not being able to buy a grass plant for our cat. Cashier claimed my mom had to order it online and can't use the points in the store???. I've never heard of such a crazy thing. I walk in there and use the points on food, toys and exc. So why wouldn't she be able to use the rewards in the store. That's what the points are for to pay for items.

    There is a wide variety of pet food and kitty litter. I've never had any type of bad experience with staff, they are always willing to help. I come here often to buy crickets. They also sell mealworms and roaches. It's a nice and clean space and obviously very dog friendly.

    I had an appointment today, while waiting in line, somebody (she was really nice and apologetic, I am not complaining about her) approach me and said they wouldn’t be able to take my dog in for grooming at my appointment time, if I want to come later today?! First, why you’re giving an appointment if you’re unable to accept more dogs, 2, why do I have to come back later when I have an appointment?! I understand your time is important but what about me driving there 30 min and back to home 30 min wasting my time for nothing? At least someone could’ve called me say I’m sorry but we won’t be able to take you in today. So I wouldn’t have drove for 1 hour. No matter what the reason is this is completely unacceptable and unprofessional.!! PS: I have a vital care membership with them, paying money every month!!! So don’t waste your time and money here!!!

    The store manager Hugo helped me try to find a tshirt for my Lenny. However the M was all sold out. He asked one of the cashier to assist in ordering it and it arrives Saturday. So Happy 😊

    took my puppy to get groomed and the nail trim was the worst experience for my puppy! Left his nail bleeding and the nails were cut super sharp! If I could give them 0 stars I would surely do it.. the staff seems like they don’t know what they are doing or are not trained right

    Took our pup for shots. The check in was super fast and the Wonderful people working there were enthusiastic and clearly happy to help. Then the Doctors were fast and enthusiastic as well! Such a good time overall. Then when we got to check out they helped us set up the Petco plus and we saved a ton of money. 👍 Excellent

    My dog had a grooming appointment at 12pm and I was running late to drop him off. I called several times to inform them I would be arriving late but the groomers were so busy they could get to the phone. After calling numerous times I left a message stating I was running late. 5 min later I get a call back informing me my appointment would be canceled after 15 minutes. I arrived 20 minutes late and feel like they could have still attended my dog. The lack of availability to be able to answer customers when they are calling is ridiculous.

    Great store great products but dog food I use to get was 48$ now its 90$ in less than a year prices have skyrocketed to a point I have started sourcing elsewhere. I liked the business and what they stand for but just getting outrageous with the product cost maybe reduce some marketing so you can better regulate prices everyone knows your brand already few less billboards would get many customers back if we saw savings on the actual items.

    Worst service ever, I asked 2 separate workers for assistance. The first one was the lady at the register, she said ok and I told her I’d be waiting in the reptile section (which is where I needed the assistance) after 10 min I realized the time that had gone by, went to ask another person for help and they walked off saying “give me a minute”… Waited another 5min at the reptile section and again no one showed up. I ended up walking out, as I walked out I made eye contact with the front register lady and she didn’t bother to say anything. Won’t ever go back to this location again. 0 stars if it were an option.

    The worst place to go on Sundays. There's a vet area, but it's always closed Sundays (no idea, if open on other days), so Sunday you have to check in your dog towards the front of the store the main aisle and then the vet is toward the back in the same aisle. Always crowded, busy, loud Sunday AM. Why in the world did they make the general shopping area smaller by adding a whole vet section if they don't use it??

    I recently just was there and I saw they had Stella and chewy products which I love because they focus on raw diet freeze dried kibbles. Anyway I asked the front desk lady with blond hair and glasses if they are bringing in Stella and chewy kibbles on the shelf’s because I only saw the freeze dried pattys .. she reply’s “ hmmm idk I think they might “ .. as I leave I look back on that shelf and tell me why there’s a big bag of Stella and chewys dog food on the shelf ! This lady has no idea what’s going on In the store !

    I am a Premier Vital Care member I have three rescue dogs and yesterday was my second experience at Petco to get my dogs their annual shots. The staff was so great. They are kind, experienced, sensible and so dog friendly. My experience was great, my youngest dog and newest member of my pack was adopted last year from CACC. She has always been high strung but has improved dramatically in the last couple of months. I was afraid to bring her but they were great and she was even more amazing. The experience of getting your yearly vaccinations for your dogs does not have to be stressful I recommend Petco and their vital care program. You make an appointment and you show up you don't have to wait in the lobby for 45 minutes for the vet to be available. It's also very affordable.

    Its Petco. Prices are OK. Groomers are OK as well some will cut your dogs hair pretty good other won't. Its kinda hit or miss when picking a good groomer there. You will get a feel for who does a good job by going with different groomers there. Once you find one that does a good job, stick with them. Price for grooming is kind of expensive. I pay about $86 that including a $10 to tip and I have a small dog 18lbs.. If this is out of your budget I recommend going to other groomer who could be more affordable and do a better job.

    I would have loved to give this store a 4 or even 5 star but on one of the busiest days of the year - Black Friday - I hasld to go searching throughout the while store for someone to help me. I ended up at the front register in order to finally get some help! Seriously?! Unacceptable in my eyes, especially on such a busy day! The store only earned a 2 star but was bumped up to a 3 star because of the person that helped me. The store is so close to my house but I won't continue to go here if the experience doesn't change.

    Great place to take your dog to get groomed. Ricardo Arroyo grooms our dogs. He does a phenomenal job with all 4 of our dogs. They love getting groomed by him. I recommend Ricardo for may of your pets grooming needs.

    My visits are usually nice and quick. I had gone to pick up an online order and my order had been complete. The employee in charge of online orders made me wait simply because I didn’t have the confirmation email. She had glasses not sure what her name was. I didn’t have access to my mail at the time. I was also in a rush and I am usually understanding as I have also been an employee myself but her attitude was just unnecessary. All she kept saying was she needed the confirmation email to be sent. I didn’t receive the confirmation until days later. If it had been someone else they would not have been as patient, do better

    Staffs are mean. There was this lady that I approached to ask question, I tried to get her attention for 3 times even if I’m so close her and she pretended that she doesn’t hear me. And when I asked her a question, she answered me in a mean way. She is not friendly at all. Not just her tho. I’ll never go back to that Petco ever again.
