So I been looking for the spot I have tried many places ! But this one take the top 5 best spots! The owner was Mexican super nice person! Will definitely drive 54min. For tacos thank you!!

Wow! The absolute best birria tacos I’ve ever had. Stuffed with protein and loads of cheese. Super juicy and you just gotta try them for yourself. Their meat is halal. Service is excellent. Cool atmosphere with interesting art. Mix of 80s-90s and peso pluma music playing. Prices are reasonable. Bathroom is clean. I highly recommend and I cannot wait to come back.

I’ve been seeing birria tacos on social media and wanted to try them. Happened to be visiting Chicago this weekend and saw great reviews from this restaurant. Literally stopped by here after I landed and it did not disappoint. The gentleman who took our order, presumably the owner, was very friendly and just had a really good vibe overall. 10/10 this lives up to the hype! I was honestly a bit skeptical because of all the good reviews… but they’re right! This place is legit! You know a place HAS to be good if it’s this popular and still packed on one of the hottest days in Chicago summertime and they don’t have A/C. Worth the heat and enduring the eclectic decor. Delicious Quesabirria and they offer three kinds: shrimp, chicken, or beef. So good! They are huge and the workers are seriously the most friendly people!

What can I say. This is one of those rare miracle restaurants that truly deserve the hype! INCREDIBLE tacos served by an INCREDIBLE Mexican family. The owner is truly so nice and makes an effort with every customer. Even though this place has gotten super popular, the prices are so cheap still. Huge portion sizes so come extra hungry!

While visiting Chicago I went to pickup cheesecake and Googled "tacos near me" to try more local food. QuesaBirria came up 15 minutes away and I am SO happy they did. I don't know what I love most- the unpretentious decorations with the awesome tiger head, or welcoming people. Food is authentic, family-owned business, and locally owned. Give this place a try for sure!

Never judge the book by its cover. This place have a very warm family feel. The owner is very nice and welcoming. Love all the quotes displayed on the wall. Thoroughly enjoyed my visit to this small business. They specialize in quesabirria tacos and I’m happy to report I wasn’t disappoint. I came across the presence they’ve developed online and thought to myself that I HAVE to check it out since the pics and videos of the tacos looked mouth watering. The location is on Pershing rd and it was very unassuming. I would likely not inside it’s a hidden gem as there isn’t much signage or flair that sets the location off to the drive by traffic. When you walk inside you’ll notice all the positive quotes, quips, and affirmations. It was refreshing to see! I ordered a 4 pack of tacos to go and it took about 10 minutes to prepare. I noticed that the clerk, who was a very respectful man was locking the doors as they just sold out. It was 4:30pm n a Sunday and the google listing states they close at 6pm. So be sure you get there early enough to ensure you get your tacos to satisfy your hunger. The tacos was cheesy and the meat was well-seasoned. The tortillas had just the right amount of crunch. I enjoyed both of the provided the salsa on my tacos and the consommé had just the right amount of spices and flavor. I think you’ll be well served to check this place out. The tacos were amazing and this place was well worth the visit. QUICK TIP - the gentleman working there mentioned they will be moving their location to Pilsen soon.

Came from Toronto and I had to hit this place up when I saw it was halal. Finally got to try some birria tacos and they were delicious! Two each filled all of us up and we’re some Eaters. Amazing food and quick, friendly service. Shoutout to the amazing owner!

Where have you been all my life? The reviews are not wrong. I visited QuesaBirria yesterday and it did not disappoint. I got the 4 pack, half chicken and half beef. The meat was tender, the consome is very flavorful and the whole dish is just delicious. They also sell various sodas and water. The restaurant has indoor seating, but not super spacious. There are 2 booths and 3 tables. They also have ceiling fans, but no AC. I'll definitely be going back!

Best Birria tacos I’ve ever had!! We actually got the last 12 pack today: 6 beef, 6 chicken. I have NEVER had better ones than these. The owner was incredibly nice too. Cute little place and food was every bit worth the hour+ drive we made to get there.

Just what I needed!!! The QuedaBirria was delicious, I love how it has a nice crunch but yet so cheesy, tasty and juicy. Also the consume, and salsa were on point. The atmosphere, the service and the music was welcoming. The family enjoyed and we will be back!

Always my favorite spot to come back to for ‘BIRRIA’ tacos and they newly added Birria Ramen into their menu. Definitely worth it to try. It was slightly saltier than I’ve hoped. The Birria tacos were the ones I always go back to. The cheese on the tacos were melted where every bite, there’s a string of cheese. The consume was slightly more diluted than I’ve hoped, but it was still good. The flavors in the consume was still fairly strong from the meat. It was my first time ordering the Birria taco with shrimp. There were endless bites of shrimp! The shrimp pieces were huge too! Totally recommended. The ‘horchata’. Cannot forget about the horchata! They only offer it in one size and that cup of horchata was huge. It was the perfect sweetness and perfect thickness. It was satisfying and refreshing.

This place did not disappoint! I read the reviews and decided to give it a try. We enjoyed every bite of our tacos. We ordered tacos to go as well. We will be back.

These tacos are AWESOME! There was a wait when I got there, just after opening at noon, but it was well worth it. The staff was awesome and super engaging with patrons, the music was upbeat and happy, and the three tacos I got were fantastic. I will definitely be coming back!

The quesabirria are the best I have had across the country. The owner is great and was very helpful and just a joy to speak with. I ordered the horchata drink which I ended up buy another to go, because it was too good not to. I am from Texas and this superseded my expectations. Trust the reviews that are 5 stars they are accurate. My friend had to get a no carb option and the owner helped her navigate her experience and she absolutely loved it…in my photos it is the bowl option!!! ❤️❤️❤️

I've personally never had this before. My husband said he's never had it in taco form. Both of us were impressed with the flavor. I'm particularly fond of the pink/red sauce that came with the tacos! Staff is super friendly and I love be that to can pay with cash apps.

I have been looking for a place to try Birria for a while. And on one Sunday afternoon, I was on a hunt for it. On a whim I picked this place. I drove quite the distance but didn't care because my goal for the day was Birria tacos. I was immediately blown away, if you're taste buds are craving grilled tacos with meat, melted cheese, and your typical cilantro/onion Mexican topping, then come no further. I wont bore you with a detailed description of the immense flavors I was tasting, instead I will just post my pictures.

Great customer service! Waited for about 15 min for an 8 pack, which is not an issue considering they made the tacos fresh! Everything was good, it was packed with meat and cheese, and the consome was so flavorful, making the tacos even more juicy! They are in a food truck right on the corner of Addison and Harlem. Enjoy

Make sure you go to the right location. They moved and are located in 7200 W Addison St. Very delicious Quesa Tacos. They were cheesy, meaty, with the right amount of crunch. Last week we drove nearly an hour to get quesa tacos but unfortunately they were having problems with the gas but the owner was very apologetic and told us to come back and they’d make it up for us. Writing this review to say they kept their promise and worth the drive 10/10 for customer service and 10/10 on the food. 🙂

But will definitely recommend this spot, and I will be back if possible next week !!!
