    The view is nice if you can get a seat by the window in this busy airport. Drinks and foods; just like any other Starbucks. Don't forget to grab their Chicago edition starbucks gift card!! 😎 It's a collector's item.

    Worst, rudest employees, Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I go to Starbucks at least once a day. Employee was too busy texting and asked me to repeat my order 3 times. Then added “you’re confusing me”. Just asked for a grande coffee frap (which was also nasty and more like iced coffee).

    Almost comical how rude these ladies were!!! The one who took my order was eating when I approached. I smiled and said "hi" as she proceeded to roll her eyes and say "can I help you?" with so much attitude, I almost laughed! When my "grande iced white mocha" was announced, I asked "is this decaf?" Rather than simply saying "yes," the woman asked "did you order decaf?" I replied, "yes." She said, "I make what you order." I suppose I'll know within the hour if my 10-yr-old's coffee was actually decaf 😂

    This is a very busy Starbucks location within terminal 3 of O'Hare airport. However the staff are always working quickly to get everybody's order correctly. I like to stop here to get hot beverage and egg bites when I travel via terminal 3 for work.

    Ordered the new White Chocolate Macadamia Caramel Cold Brew. This cost $8 CAD and for the portion, I would give it a 3/5, which is typical for Starbucks. For taste, i'd give this a 4/5. This was a very tasty drink, and I would order it again. The different ingredients mixed together very well from the first sip. Finally, for the presentation id give it a 3.5/5, looked very good but nothing too extraordinary.

    I got a tomato and mozzarella on focaccia, an iced latte, and 2 espresso cups from Chicago & Illinois. The workers seemed sorta 'meh'. The service was a bit slow. Food was good, though.

    I already have low expectations of fast food places these days, especially of any place at O’Hare. But can I at least expect someone to make what I ordered and paid for? The employee making the coffee was steadily churning out orders, although this is like the 100th Starbucks location to incorrectly make a flat white. It should be half foam. But the worst of this place is that two employees are standing around doing nothing. After asking twice about the pastry, someone finally got around to warming them up. And then they tossed it at me without saying a word. These days, I don’t expect high-touch customer service, but at least make an effort and give me what I paid for without me having to ask three times and get my food tossed at me like I’m the a-hole.

    I am a Starbucks freak and we had to leave early for the airport so I had time for nothing. There happened to be a Starbucks right near our terminal so off I went :) the line was pretty long but pretty much what I expected for a morning at the O'Hare airport. Everyone was friendly including the ppl in line so waiting wasn't a big deal. When it was my turn, I ordered my very big mocha salted caramel Frappuccino but I asked for extra caramel and salt. The cashier was smiling and said of course, but the woman making the drink was right there and heard and remembered while she was making 3 other drinks at the same time. I know I could never do that AND always be happy, but I expect no less from Starbucks

    The extremely terrible service, the cashier in a bad mood does not attend in a cordial way, the coffee is very bad, bitter, I always order the same and they have done better in other locations. Be careful with the employees you hire.

    Service was quick. However, the drink sizes are smaller than normal. The grande is at least 3 or 4 ounces smaller than a regular Starbucks and it’s more expensive. It was $7.35 for a “grande.”

    Fast service, friendly staff still in love with egg bites! Had a nitro cold brew and loved it. It's keeping me awake till the next flight. Great place to pickup snacks for the plane. If your ketogenic they have moon chips! They also sell counrty archer jerky, a great snack that ketosis friendly!

    Had visited them twice, when landed and departed from Chicago. Employees don't care about customers. First time waited for 5 minutes while 2 girls were enjoying their conversation without even looking at me. When I asked to place an order, I felt like I am interrupting something very important. Second time, same experience. Had to ask them if anyone wants to egnoladge me, and finally was provided with very relaxed and unfriendly service. Managment please talk to your people about saying hi to customers.

    Terrible customer service, from N. Miller. I asked her for a cup of water she said yes but never gave it to me. After waiting 10 minutes, I asked again. She said she was busy making other drinks . I told her I understood, but I had waited for 10 minutes. She stubbornly refused asking someone else to help me. Mind you- I bought coffee and paid for it. Thank you Antiono for the water.

    I very regularly visit starbucks, and this was the worse group of employees I've ever encountered. They were more interested in their own conversation than in helping others, and they were rude to my child.

    Just had to wait for these 3 ladies to finish their chitchat, while two other customers couldn't take it and left after nobody acknowledged their presence. But hey, at least the tsa dude got his coffee right away after cutting in line.. cuz apparently they knew each other. I hope Kionna and Annette get the same attitude they give next time they're outside buying something.

    Horrible customer service, both cashier and the lady making the coffees lack customer service immensely. They don't realize they are probably the first people we interact with at the airport making it that much more upsetting. Thanks for the rude experience.

    After the person in front of me in the line ordered, the cashier proceeded to talk on her phone for 5 minutes before taking my order. They were also out of many foods that were still in the display case, and the staff were arrogant on top of it. I waited for ages to get my order.

    I noticed the staff joking and having a conversation while 10 people wait for our orderd. We are In a airport so everything is time sensitive. Also they don't make the drinks the orders in how they are placed they make them in which is more convenient for them. If you see this guy making drinks he moves pretty slow. 15 mins for one frap

    Never go there!!! I hope that service will get better at this location as in regular Starbucks!!!! Unfriendly staff and you will get charged extra for no reason!!! I usually get Trent’s size dragon drink and I always pay $6.09 with taxes but here I ended up paying $8.66. How come that in this location you get charged for coconut milk which already included in the drink price???!! The prices are higher than in regular Starbucks!!!! Never ever going here!!!

    Ordered Caramel Macchiato extra hot, had to wait in line for about five to six minutes and then i have waited about seven to eight minutes for my order. I was at H5 and right in front of this store and this was quite busy all the time. If you are running short time on time skip your coffee.

At the airport Having a little issue with the app so I went to ask one of their employees first off she asked me did have a signal for my phone I kind of let her know I just downloaded the app for my phone then she mumbled something under her breath I asked her partner what she said he says oh I didn't hear anything he probably afraid of her too she was very snippy and went down to the end of the counter I showed her that I had other internet connections as well that's not my problem I just walked away I can see why I never downloaded the app previously

    Customer service sucks!!! The 2 girls working @ about 6:30 pm on ,9/8/28 terminal 1 concourse C by gates C5. Need to learn how to better serve the customer, it wasn't busy but apparently they were too busy discussing their personal life to worry about customer service or cleaning up the counter that had coffee/creamer/ and trash over flowing. Drop the attitude and wait on the customer with a smile .

    The coffee served in this airport is complete trash and over priced. I watched the lady pour the espresso from a giant jug. No idea how that was made but it was the worst I’ve ever tasted. For the price YOU SHOULD GET WHAT YOU’D EXPECT AT A STARBUCKS outside the airport. I ordered a quad shot grande ends regular mocha and the horrible espresso made the drinks taste bad. Spent $36 on two mochas and 4 egg bites. Just go to McDonald’s you’ll be much happier.

    Happiest Starbucks around! Traveling thru OHare and I stopped by to get a beverage. While I was waiting, the cheerful banter and laughing of the crew put me in a great mood. I was greeted with enthusiasm and more cheer. It was such a great experience that i asked for the crews’ names so I could publicly affirm them.     I am losing faith in customer service. I understand an airport gets busy and work days can be long, but I was flying out early on Halloween and traffic in the airport was few. There are two sides to this location, I watched people go to both sides so when I finally decided on an early morning pick me up, I approached one side of the stand that was apparently closed, no sign so I ask the girl who was too busy listening to music to utter a work but rather just point to the other side. When did cellphones and listing to music while working a CUSTOMER SERVICE job become acceptable?

    Honestly the worst customer service I've ever experienced at a Starbucks. The cashier misheard my order, overcharged me for it and started to argue when I asked if she was sure the price was right for my order. I saw my receipt had the wrong drink on it, and tried to correct it; then they ignored me as I watched them make a frap when I ordered a latte and the cashier loudly argued and accused me of saying I ordered something else when I refused to take the frap. I get you're in an airport and lines are long but there's no need to argue and treat customers like trash.

    Customer Service is terrible. I asked for one modification for my drink and they didn't add it as I watched them make the drink. When I asked they gave me attitude and said what isob the sticker is in your drink ehen it reallywas not as I watched. I will not be going to Starbucks anymore as I am only ever greeted rudely.
