Everything went smoothly. Went on January 3rd to Magic vs Bulls. They checked for proof of vaccination as well as ID. Masks required at all times unless eating/drinking. Seats were awesome. Staff was always professional. Bought nachos, a hot dog, and soda and all were great although expensive (as expected). Place was pretty clean all around. Bathrooms for the men had a line most of the time but you’re in in about 5 minutes or so. Had a blast. Can’t wait to go again. Go Bulls! 👀🔴

This was my first time at the United Center for a Blink-182 concert. The concert doors opened at 6 and we were in line at 5:45. This was one of the fastest lines I’ve ever experienced walking through. Security was quick- we had to put our bag into a scanner and then walk through a scanner.I was not patted down. The venue was a great temperature. I recommend getting food and drinks before you go here. A bottle of water was $6 and one High Noon was $13. I’m unsure about food pricing. I would have rather not have bought those things. There are places to sit before the concert and mingle before the show. The lines for bathrooms are generally under 10 minutes, but overall, the lines can get long. I enjoyed a concert at this venue, and liked how all three floors were utilized for food/drinks/ merch. Large venue, no cup holders, steep steps. Overall I would attend a concert here again.

Lionel Richie with Earth, Wind and Fire! Amazing! 3 of the original members of EWF performed. The entire concert and venue was fantastic. I was so excited to see Lionel Richie perform he looked and sounded better than ever. It was nonstop, and the man had incredible energy and stamina.

If you live here you know this is Chicago’s arena for the best sports and best music. I haven’t been here for a while (COVID) but we made it back right after the mandates dropped and we’re able to see Billie Eilish. You can be standing in the pit (G/A) or seated anywhere and the sound in the United center is incredible. It’s clean and convenient surrounded by parking. A lot of people get nervous about traveling to the city because of crime but there is security everywhere. Everyone is helpful in guiding you to the correct door to get back to your car or in our case back to limo row. I had to pick up my purse which was too big to bring in from a bag check across the street but that was my own fault for not paying attention before we got there. It was a great night and everything went smooth from start to finish.

This was my first ever NHL game! I'm from the 'Burgh but Chi-Town Blackhawks are the best! Had so much tonight! Parking is a bit expensive at $30 but other than that, not bad at all! 5 stars!

I recently had the pleasure of attending the ESPN Champions Classic at the United Center, and it was an experience worth sharing. The ambiance of this historic venue was electric, setting the stage for an incredible event. While the food and drink prices were on the higher side (I paid $50 for 3 small tacos and a beer), it wasn't unexpected for a venue of this caliber. Despite that, the quality of the food was decent, and the variety of options available was satisfactory. One highlight was the seating; we had really good seats that provided an excellent view of the action. The comfort and proximity to the event made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Moreover, the cleanliness of the venue, especially the bathrooms, was noteworthy. It's refreshing to attend an event where cleanliness is a priority. Overall, the United Center provided a wonderful atmosphere and an unforgettable experience. Despite the slightly pricey refreshments, the quality of the seating, cleanliness, and the overall event made it a visit well worth it.

Such an interesting time to attend the first and last game of the hockey season for the Chicago Blackhawks, and so glad to have attended! Social distancing with pod-style seating and wearing of facemasks when not eating/drinking were followed. Not a huge fan of the CLEAR mobile app that we needed to download. You need to answer a COVID-19 screening questionnaire prior to entrance. No issues with the screening protocols, but I think the United Center could have integrated something within their own website instead. Cheers to the security and staff indoors for sanitizing, cleaning areas a bit more than usual, and making patrons feel right at home.

I’m from Dallas i came up to Chicago for one reason which is the Kendrick show! I would definitely come back to United center for other events such as hockey and basketball. The house that Jordan built. Amazing concessions and seating, no cup holders which was a culture shock. The best thing about the place was I got service unlike the AAC in Dallas.

Arena Tour Series (United Center), Part 1 “Everybody was Kung Fu fighting (huh!). Those cats were fast as lightning (ha!). In fact, it was a little bit frightening (huh!). But they did it with expert timing (ha!).” 🥋 Carl Douglas The tone for this hockey game was set during the pre-game announcements when fans were told that they must contribute if @nhlblackhawks were to be assured of a victory. Many of the fans took this to heart and one sitting below us levied nearly continuous abuse of the glass separating him from the combatants. Based upon his body language I’m guessing that his comments were not affirming of the opposing players or the refs. 😳 While there was occasional booing for some of the penalty calls, the loudest boos initially seemed to be because there hadn’t been a fight...yet. Well it wasn’t too long before it was time to rumble! 🤜🤛 While the first fight was a little lackluster, the title bout lasted so long we thought there might be a 3rd intermission! 🤕 I learned that the quality of a hockey fight is also judged by the players and both teams applauded with their sticks when this one finally drew to a close. 👏 Also worthy of applause was @anthem_singer for his performance of the national anthem! 👍 Although this was just our 6th NHL game, we have a suggestion for @nhl to make these contests even more exciting. We noticed that just prior to each period the referees skated about the rink with great enthusiasm. Well how about sending out just one more ref than is needed each time and having them all duke it out Gladiator style to determine which one is benched for that period? C’mon, you gotta know that would take things next level and the crowd would go bananas! 🤯 We were impressed with the fully enclosed Uber Zone across the street from the arena which had us on the way back to our hotel within approximately 10 minutes of our arrival. Visiting from San Diego we thought it pretty hilarious when the announcer proclaimed excitedly, “For the 1st time in the last 72 hours we’ve gotten up to 3 degrees here in Chicago!” 🤣 And that’s…Henry’s Take. #chicagohockey #kungfoofighting

First time at this arena, and the experience was great!!! Getting in was a breeze, and all the staff was friendly. The facilities are very clean (even the bathrooms). We came for a concert, and l know now to be more strategic in my seat choice. It's much better if you're in a spot where you can get up and dance! We enjoyed the show, though!

What an overall great experience in my first visit to the Windy City. Got tickets today of the game and the environment at the united center was phenomenal. Very fan friendly, I love the madhouse, Thor attached to the arena everything about it was very welcoming. The only issue I had was with getting the proper food service, and it was only one person, not paying attention to what he was doing, but I will not let that sour my overall experience.

Went here to see the Chicago Blackhawks vs St Louis Blues game and had a great time. The stadium is really modern with multiple dining and drinks options.

Over the years we have visited for various events, from concerts to basketball games. Every time, the staff has been incredibly helpful and kind. Parking is relatively inexpensive as readily accessible. I certainly do recommend to prepay for parking and such. The venue is small enough that even at really high seats the view is enjoyable. Be prepared for high traffic going out of the event and be aware that public transportation is available and very easy to access from the venue.

For an older arena it still looked really good and modern. But when you get to the upper levels that's where you can tell the lack of renovation stops. There's also a surprising lack of escalators going up or down.all the best food/drink is on the first level. And the seats are incredibly small for an arena. The United Center reminds me of the final days of the Bradley Center in Milwaukee, WI before the Bucks got the much more improved Fiserv Forum. Still a great place to visit, especially to see AEW Rampage on 8.20.2021 the day CM Punk returned to wrestling.

Always a fun experience when I come here. The last game I attended was Bulls vs Lakers. Great game, the staff is kind. The energy is always on point and I can’t wait to come back. Wish I would have downloaded the Bulls app so I could order food & drinks ahead of time. You have to hit the food/beverage lines at the right time or you won’t make it back to your seat for awhile.

Overall great experience, Highly recommend. The good: 1- well organized entrances and security checks 2- easy to move around and to find your seat 3- all seats have a great view, even though we were sitting in the cheapest section. We had a great view. 4- restaurants all over the place and toilets queues are reasonable. 5- Uber tents to leave were very organized also. The bad: The concept of adding tip when no actual service is present. Went to grab a beer and the cashier automatically places a 20% tip without consulting me. I find that unreasonable and pushes people to use the machines to get their drinks and food.

My son flew to Chicago to the Juice World Day for his first concert. Purchased VIP tickets and had zero wait. A red carpet was rolled out with all of the extras including food and special access. Really enjoyed his time and the city. Would definitely do it again as it was worth the money…

Does anyone ever actually give the UC less than 5 stars? So I actually have sadly had not been at the UC since 1999 when Grease on ice was there. Until the other day. When my cousin and I went to see the Blackhawks game. I was impressed. Security was beyond thorough, and the bathrooms were SO CLEAN. Which is impressive with the amount of people that were there. While the food was a bit pricey, it was to be expected. Overall a great experience and I can’t wait to go to the next game.

Came here for Greyday 2023 and it was such a BLAST!! They are very careful with who they let in, getting through security is really easy and swiftly once you read what you can bring/what you cannot bring. Knowing Chicago and how they tax is really the only big downside for when your craving any concessions. (Paid more than 20 bucks for two large drinks.) Overall when you are here for the performance you’ve been waiting to see, It’s worth it after getting through the gates. (leaving is also what’s gonna be a pain so prepare for that as well)

Bulls fan here! Not from Chicago. Beautiful stadium, visually just on point. There is no bad seat in the stadium. Only issue I had was the internet going down on all concessions.. missed damn near 11 minutes of the 3rd just trying to get some food...

Great entertainment for a Bulls game. Bathrooms were clean, plenty of food options and seating was wonderful. The parking was a bit rough getting out, but no big deal. The crowd was energetic and having a lot of fun, too bad Bulls lost to the Sixers.

Always a great time at the United Center. The hockey game is fast and exciting. Blackhawks lost again. I just wish the Blackhawks put a better product on the ice. Fans are paying plenty of money to go and watch a game.

I never in my wildest dreams ever thought that I would step into what some call "the house that Michael Jordan built." Just a simple visit took me by surprise. It was huge, even when you enter, you're standing in front of the statue of the legend himself, Michael Jordan. The real reason for my 1st time visit at the United Center, ELTON JOHN!!! We only live once to see all of our dreams come true, but to be at the United Center, my wait is FINALLY OVER!!!

My buddy and I went and seen the band TOOL yesterday, great time great show, staff was awesome, police were actually friendly, crowd was well behaved, was frustrated when I found out all the vendors don't take cash, credit cards only. Prices were outrageous but expected. And the band was absolutely amazing!

Getting into the arena was quick, but hope that you don't need to eat or drink anything while inside. I was in line for literally an hour and a half for a bottle of water (all of the water fountains are shut off because of the scamdemic). The lines seriously could not have moved any slower. Between only 3 employees working the concession stand and them not accepting cash, you'll die of hunger or thirst before you get to the front of the line!

Visited 12/31/2023 for the Straight Jokes No Chaser Comedy Show. Parking: $32 😩 but i was able to park in the front steps from the door. Security: women were complaining to security about not being able to bring in purses a certain size. A simple FAQ check on the website would have solved the issue prior to arrival.🤷🏼‍♀️ It’s best to bring a Fanny back, or SMALL purse similar to a Chanel Boy Bag NOT a LV Neverfull. It should only fit keys, wallet, phone & maybe small toiletries. Seating: Clean & comfortable- I was in Section 200. Great view but unable to see the projector screen. Someone who worked here upgraded our tickets for free to fill in the seats in the 100 level. Atmosphere: the Queen working at Burger restaurant upstairs provided excellent customer service & food was fast. Maybe under 5 minute wait. Must try the Crown Royal Mai Tai ($15) was delicious! Very sweet but definitely packed a punch! I wasn’t aware that people are allowed to smoke inside the venue. The amount of smoke blowing left and right ranging from cigars, cigarettes and weed gave me a headache. Moving forward, bring a mask!

I went to see Stevie Nicks in concert. I was able to purchase a ticket for a front row seat. A dream come true for someone who had loved Stevie Nicks since the age of 6. As always, Stevie was beautiful, mystical, her voice is still strong and powerful. She delivers her songs with such emotion that she can leave you breathless. She is, and always will be, the Queen of Rock. Amazing.🎩❤️🌷

Nice arena for sports. But eat before you go. The food tastes good but isn't worth the price relative to other sports stadiums I've been to.

We went to the United Center for a Blackhawks game and thought this was a fantastic arena. It's actually one of the best arenas that we have ever visited. Our seats were outstanding, and the food options around the stadium were really good. The whole place had a nice updated feel to it, we loved the FanDuel lounge. On a side note, even though we were there to watch a hockey game, we also enjoyed seeing all of the Bulls' history from their 1990's championship run.

I hadn't been to United Center since 2009 so it was like a new experience when I went 9/5. I had GA tickets and I'm beyond thankful that they were handing out numbered wristbands so we didn't have to spend all day waiting in line. Shout out to Cameron for the amazing job he did with the GA line. Everything went so smoothly! I've never had such an easy and pleasant GA experience. Overall it was a great time. United Center is clean, everyone was friendly and helpful.

We saw phish 3 nights at United center and the experience was unmatched!! The staff here is amazing and so kind! The line to get in moved swiftly and I didn’t see anyone having issues. Floors and seating areas are clearly displayed and staff members quickly help and answer any questions you may have. The food and drink lines were not crowded and the bathrooms were always clean. The sound in the venue was great and the lights were awesome. I felt safe and comfortable each night. Thank you United center!

The United Center is an iconic Chicago landmark that, by and large, needs no help in maintaining its sterling reputation. Still, I had such a fantastic experience last night that I felt it necessary to add my two cents anyhow. Yesterday was the Blackhawks’ Black History Month celebration, and the event planners definitely put a commendable amount of effort and expense into the festivities. Attendees were treated to a jazz quintet with Dixieland performances,a number of Black restaurant owners and chefs who were very generous with samples of their fare, and a step show by none other than the ladies of Delta. A fantastic experience through and through.

Excellent place to see a concert. Me, my brother, and my best friend just saw Rage Against The Machine here on their much anticipated Public Service Announcement Tour. We had GA floor seats and managed to get right up to the front. The security people were helpful the entire time. Prior to the show they were good about letting everyone know which gate to enter and where to wait in line. And during the show, as the crowd was going nuts and people were surging towards the front, security was there to retrieve crowd surfers and get them to safety. And the guy closest to me was kind enough to hand out water to people that needed it. I will not hesitate to come back for another show here!

James Taylor and Jackson Browne were great. Seats were good, comfortable but no place to put your drink. parking too was easy and efficiently orchestrated by the attendees. I will probably not come this far for a concert again though.

My absolute FAVE has performed here throughout the years, during four of her tours! Rainbow (1999), Charmbracelet (2003), Adventures of Mimi (2006), and All The Hits (2017). Can’t wait for the next time Mariah Carey is back in Chicago!!
