Not open. I suggested an edit that this location is temporarily closed. Bath and Body Work honestly doesn’t care about logistics like this. They’re renovating to continue appealing their terrible products to customers. I’m just trying to return all my candles because they’re the source of my poor health recently.

Amanda was so helpful and sweet and Carolyn was so kind to help me at the cash register. You both made my day! The scents are really good here and there are so many flavors you will enjoy. There’s stuff for men also! Have fun sniffing and putting lotions on bc there are so many Try Me’s. Love this store.

I only go here for my champagne toast 3-wick candles and sometimes I grab me some lotion/spray mist. I love how the employees makes the customers feel welcomed the very moment that front door opens. They are so friendly, helpful, and attentive. I know there’s many different locations but this tops them all 🤷🏾‍♀️

I should’ve believed the reviews I read about the workers and listened. This has to be the worst B&BW I’ve ever been in. The “greeters” around the store decide who they want to greet and I was one of the ones I guess they didn’t want to greet. I had to ask for help and she was not helpful or enthusiastic. She just sent me to the front for more help and I waited for over 10 minutes to be serviced!! There were two other associates that could’ve hopped on a register to be assist me quicker. I was buying items from inside the store and doing a pick up. The experience was so terrible that I decided to not purchase what I had in hand. I just picked up my order, explained to Sonya that I did not have a great waiting experience, she just shrugged me off and I left. I wouldn’t recommend this place to ANY of my family members or friends!

Excellent selection, plenty of staff to help. Should've had more than register open. Tough parking and very busy strip mall usually crowded. I'm just not used to all the people since moving away from the suburbs 😉🤣

At the entrance. An employee has you use hand sanitizer. There's several choices to choose from. They all smell so good. You are asked to grab a bag. They have a variety of sizes to choose from. There's usually specials on candles, hand soaps, body lotions etc. Sometimes they have daily specials. The specials are also available online. Occasionally the offers are only available in store. Some locations you can order online and pick up in the store. Unfortunately this store doesn't have that option.

So grateful this location is here. Didn't want to travel far for an easy exchange for an online order.

What a phenomenal shopping experience I just had at this location! The staff was incredibly helpful, very friendly, and made my shopping experience truly fun. This is not my home store, but I will definitely make this my homebase for shopping. Great team, beautiful new store, a really wonderful experience.

Came in to get wallflowers and I was the only customer in the whole store. Nobody greeted me and there were 3 employees just standing there talking. Grabbed what I needed and stood at the checkout for about 5 mins before I had to get their attention. Horrible customer service

Staff looked tired and lack of enthusiasm. No smiling faces and lacking customer service attitude...!! Specifically staff at counter or register was very much boresom....!!

Was very busy. The greeter did not greet me but the cashier made up for it with her friendly and cheerful customer service. The 3 free body care items with 3 items is worth it. I also stocked up on hand sanitizers.

The smell soaps candles the oils I just love every thing about Bath&body a nice place to look for a gift for your Family &Friends .

On Thursday evening, I shopped here with my supervisor and his girlfriend. I was the person actually shopping for materials, not them, but because they were not black, she completely bypassed me and went to greet them. After I finished shopping, she again did not address me and only said goodbye to my supervisor and his girlfriend. It’s sad that in 2022 we still have people like this and it’s sad she works for this location.

Wide variety of products available from essential oils to scented candles. Place was crowded because of a special sale.98% women and me.

Andrea was very helpful in suggesting fresh scents! One star less because just online order pick up and a free item purchase took longer than expected time

Kind staff, fairly well organized store. The small space makes it hard to travel around in, especially while attempting (and failing) to socially distance. But overall, not a bad store.

Love this location!! It's not usually busy when I've gone but even if the line starts getting long, employees are quick to open another register. I appreciate that about this place because it allows me to go on about my day much quicker than other locations.

I'm not sure if it was because I was wearing my Halloween shirt 🤔 or what but we got zero help. My hubby bought me a few things online and I am watching the workers following CERTAIN customers and helping them but Myself and My Boo.......We Were Ignored!! I even heard a customer tell an employee, "OMG, it is SUMMER, NOT OCTOBER OR HALLOWEEN! I have learned to ignore people who have lil comments that I really don't care about, because to me and MANY like me...EVERYDAY IS HALLOWEEN 🎃!!

Good place for women and men I'm a guy I buy my body wash and loving from here and it's way better than dove for men
