This souvenir shop is overpriced and lackluster. I bought the same Chicago shot glass I saw here for three dollars less at Walgreens. They are asking $1 each for simple postcards and they did not have much of a selection.

The nearest gift shop near the docks of river cruises. I got the interesting souvenirs of Chicago City image though they’re all made in China 😂

Ok little shop with a few souvenirs to take home. Little pricey but so are most souvenir shops. I picked up a few nice magnets and I always collect a license plate frame for my garage everywhere I travel. Check it out when your walking by.

A lot of souvenirs to choose from however not enough clothing. They only had small sizes for the hoodies. Prices were decent.

All lights are on, and open sign is displayed, but the Store is locked with no explanation or way to contact the store. -- I have a product exchange to make, with no way to contact a staff member or manger. -- Unacceptable business practice!

Good store to buy gifts about the Windy City... It have a good location because is into The Loop and very close to the beginning of the Magnificent Mile. The store have a lot of gifts, things and clothes about Chicago to can buy. The personal of the store are very kindly with people, especially with the foreigners.

This gift shop is reasonable for the prices. Bought a shirt here, not much stuff besides sweaters, hoodies, shirts, long sleeves, snow globes. The typically souvenir stuff, key chains.

Shirts are poor quality they shrink after washing them by about 10%. Some staff are untrustworthy they attempted to charge me for a broken magnet piece after THEIR employee was the one who dropped it even though I was standing on the opposite side from where the piece fell, and they don’t do refunds go figure since they know the quality of their clothes is trash that’s why they have that policy, but don’t take my word for it go buy some and be disappointed for yourself.

It was so cold I popped in to buy a hoodie. So many cute things walked out with 3 bags of trinkets.

Typical souvenir shop of generic merchandise. Decent spot if you are looking for Chicago stamped goods.

Very unique and cool merchandise to choose from. Bought some Chicago themed clothing and accessories for myself and brought some merchandise back home for my family. The Al Capone themed shot glasses are a staple of my home mini-bar now

I first walked in to get some T-shirts for the kids to take home. I saw that their prices were a little high so I walked next-door and purchased the T-shirts from a very friendly man at the souvenir shop next-door. I came back because I was going to buy myself a sweatshirt that I had seen even though it was a little pricey. When I asked for a larger size from the rack above the lower rack, one of the ladies asked her coworker in Spanish what size do you need? Her response was Gorda. I am a white woman but I do speak a little Spanish. When I confronted them on what they said, they looked like two idiots in the headlights. I asked them what they said and they both stumbled over a response denying what I heard. I walked out… I’ve never been so taken aback by someone’s ignorance and stupidity. These ladies seriously need to be fired or held accountable for their actions. The owner should have a secret shopper come in to see who they’ve hired and the lack of professionalism and kindness that they possess. Even a one star is too high.

Fun little souvenir shop, but there was a larger one next store that had more options... they also had AC.

I lived in Chicago 23 years ago and had beautiful mugs from the city as memories. The last one broke 6 months ago. I was in Chicago November 2023 and bought 5 mugs for replacement of which one of them is actually quite low quality (although 18 dollars). Herewith the pictures. I cannot find any email address to connect. A refund or even an apology would be appreciated. Thanks.
