Fun place! Great to see and enjoy a different culture. Great to see that a culture built itself in a very busy place like Chicago. It's great to read the history of the people who started and how they started it. It's great to see that they're together. I love it. I'm glad they are preserving their culture, their history their heritage in everywhere they go. This is probably one of the better chinatown's I've been to in the United States. Plenty of food. Plenty of culture. It is a must see when you go to Chicago

One of the gems of Chicago. It's a gathering place for Asians. It is packed with Asian foods and drinks, and shops. Parking is easy. Redline is right there. Not recommend walking alone at night.

Very nice environment. Something is always going on. Many visitors. Alot of stores and restaurants. I definetly recommend checking the area out and shopping. Many great finds! I love coming here! Definetly, try the Korean corn dogs! Try the half and half. Half cheese and have hot dog. It's a great experience.

My highest recommendation for the best Chinatown in America. Whether you are shopping, getting a massage, eating amazing food, enjoying boba tea or just taking photos and checking your Chinese horoscope, this is the place to be. Based on my personal experience living in China for 6 years, no other Chinatown in America approaches the authenticity of this one. Especially, wander some of the alleys that branch off from the main streets. You will not be disappointed. Pro Tip: Parking can be a hassle so if possible, you might want to visit by subway. Definitely avoid parking at the Walgreens near Chinatown; they tow cars very frequently as I found out to my regret. Also, restrooms and WiFi can be hard to come by in Chinatown so you might consider the Chinatown Public Library near the subway station as a good option for both.

Pretty cool place to chill if you can avoid the homeless people. There's plenty of smoothie or tea places around the plaza.

A nice Chinatown area, with many restaurants and various cafes and some sweets shops. It was rainwhen I visited, and there were lots of water puddles due to poor drainage. But the area has some character and is worth a visa's they have several good Chinese restaurants and other shops. Enjoy.

Pros: China Town in Chicago. One of the most nice and different places that I recommend to visit in Chicago. The complex has many Chinese and Japanese restaurants, Asian food, and sweet shops. This is the best choice for Asian food lovers. The place is distinctive in terms of decor and details of life in China. Overall rating is 08/10. Cons: I recommend updating the entrance and making it more impressive. There's nothing can complain about.

Chinatown in Chicago is a place for Chinese cuisines as well as Chinese groceries. You can also taste your Chinese bubble teas in various avatars here. The place is good only if you want to eat Chinese on the day or for Chinese pharmacy etc. Dont expect this place with any other brands

I love going here and seeing the horoscope statues! I went every time I was pregnant to take pics with the year my babies were born! We have Eli, the pig, Mitzi the rat and #3 will be a rabbit!

Spent time cruising for a restaurant, there were many choices! The one we chose was fantastic for dim sum. So many shops, it was fun just walking and looking around. Parking is always a bit of a challenge and a tad pricey, but we had a very enjoyable time. The location is also very close to the train, so we hopped on and went to Millineum Park.

Awesome place, very well decorated for Chinese New Year as well. Food options for miles, fun sights all around, cool stores. Worth the visit!

I gave it three star because I needed to buy a car so I decided to stop by chinatown. I didn't get to see much and enjoy it because it was raining. I will update my review after I make another trip in the future. I am glad I got to see the zodiac signs though. There are alot of restaurants, shopping stores, and other places that I really want to visit. Here are some photos of the restuarants I visited.

This place had a lot of shops where you could get nice souvenirs for your trip. If you are in need of authentic Chinese products there are lots of things available as well.

The plaza is not an architectural wonder but the restaurants and shops are great. Lots of Pecking Ducks hanging and waiting to be eaten. Awesome.

Great place to walk around. Its full of mostly restaurants and it gets pretty full, so I’d say come prepared with second choices! Sadly I wasn’t able to try out any places but food there looked very appetizing! Lots of bobas tea shops, ramen shops and Korean restaurants. If you like tea shops you loved the shops here too!

Parked in the north Chinatown parking lot and walked to this plaza and down the streets into Chinatown. Most of the gift and souvenir shops have the same items, there is a significant amount of empty shops and no public bathrooms. This was a nice cultural experience, love supporting small businesses!

Really cool but it was fairly spooky when we went because of the pandemic there are no tourists allowed now and it was very empty and quiet

It is a nice plaza with some Chinese style architecture and many Chinese restaurants and stores. We wish there is a similar place in our San Francisco Bay Area.

This has been the center piece of Chinatown for decades. Come find your zodiac while strolling through the two story outdoor mall showcasing the many Chinese cuisines Chicago had to offer. Wether you are looking for dimsum or roast duck, this area can satisfy your cravings for authentic Chinese foods from all regions.

When it's busy, it's crazy busy. Apparently a good date spot according to the dozens of dates I saw over a couple hours. But lots of good food and a few good nooks to take a break and chill before moving to the next place.

There is parcels to see a lot of cafés and shopping it's a bit swarmed in the day time. It's a decent spot to stroll around and see bunches of charming and diverse seemingly insignificant details from cakes to plants ...alot of the stores do have a base for credit care so cash is consistently keen to have. Very child cordial. They entire region is quite come .....
