One of the worst Starbucks I ordered a cup cake and paid for it, then she said we don't have it!! Pros: in Target Cons: Staff Staff Staff Behavior (despite other Starbucks they're not nice at all) Stock (no brown sugar, cakes are so limited, no plate)

I love this place. The staff is really friendly and my drink tasted really well. Will be coming again!! Very convenient too!

This place is never opened during the hours it says it is. I get Starbucks almost every morning and every time I try to go to this location it is not opened.

One of the worst Startbucks I have ever been to. Couldn't imagine such a filthiest starbucks franchise exist in Chicago Downtown. It appears that the sugar container and the napkin holder were not cleaned since the opening of this place (Refer the attached photo). Very disgusting. Please stay away if you are concerned about your health.

The prices have increased at this location, the tax is now little over 11% (around 11.25 or 11.75) ..my drink is normally $6.50 or so ..but now ranges between $7.40 or $8 for a grande.. Yikesss and the only thing extra I get is a substituted milk. This starbucks is convenient..but the taxes at this location are not.

This place is a joke. I usually try to avoid Starbucks that are inside another store because it’s never a good thing. I decided to try this place because it was convenient. Not only was it filthy, but they are constantly out of things. One day they’re out of espresso, another day they’re out of all the refreshers. On the rare occasion that they do have your drink, it is often not made properly and doesn’t taste good. I usually would be understanding but I have yet to have a good experience here.

Surprise there's a Starbucks in the Target. Honestly do we really need another Starbucks or a Target? The coffee is always the same from location to location it has that burnt taste. I recommend you try the new Blonde Roast they have it is much better. There is parking here in the target lot and plenty of tables to sit at too. Nice big windows bring in a lot of natural light. It doesn't feel like a typical Starbucks because its in a Target.

The lady literally asked for the drink back and poured it out. so rude and annoying.

Closed EARLY just because they were “short staffed” when they had the same 2 people they have there every Sunday evening. Then laughed about it when I walked away!

Barista and server were friendly, efficient and coffee and breakfast was great. Nice start to a cold day.

Nice people but this staff gave me dairy milk instead of oatmilk several times. People please understand that people due suffer from gut issues. If a customer states oatmilk please do not substitute without asking the customer.

Food and tea served quick, hot and fresh. I’m from out of town and was delighted to find egg bacon bites and a hot cup of mint tea here when I really needed a gluten free and decaf snack. Yes, it’s an urban area and they are understaffed. However, staff were working hard to politely serve a long line of customers.

On Tuesday afternoon around 3, there was a girl working the register who was just flat out mean for no reason & had attitude when I was trying to order. 0/10 experience, immature and unfriendly

Starbuck is making their hot chocolate weak. It use to taste better I don't know what they're messing up.

I got here at 8:20 and they were closed. I told the lady that Google said they open until 9pm and she said she's the only closer so she closed at 8pm. Totally not cool for 3rd shift workers

They did not mix my drink correctly. It tasted horrible. & my warmed croissant was still cold.

Rude aggressive staff unprofessional service

Waiting 10 minutes for my order to get took, finally got my order took and waited after the whole entire line to get my drink when i was 1st in-line. Order was made wrong twice & they didn’t even care to acknowledge or make it better never again.

If I could rate this Starbucks with a 0 I'd give it that . This afternoon I walked into the store feeling very happy and with a smile on my face ready to do some shopping. As soon as I walk in I see this Starbucks and think this would go lovely with my shopping. Unfortunately my experience from start to finish was HORRIBLE. The place itself only has 2 stars and it shows for itself. As I come in to order, no one greeted me nor even looked my direction. I literally had to approach myself to have service. I asked about a special on the frappuccinos and got completely ignored by the cashier because she was too attached to her phone. And when I asked the other workers, they had little to no idea what I was referring to. I forsure will not be spending my time nor money at this target ever again. A perfect example of how not to treat your guests.
