Great staff and easy appointment. However the facilities are substandard - two years after the pandemic there's no reason to be performing tests in an unfinished garage. I felt no confidence in the process, and the provider is merely there to point you to the back where a non medical looking individual performed the test.

1. Dirty office 2. Not the doctor I made an appointment with - nurse zoomed in and out barely making eye contact and seemingly annoyed to answer questions about my concerns. If you’re in the neighborhood and need a walk in option for something like a COVID test then good, otherwise if you are looking for a DOCTOR to discuss medical concerns with, this is not it.

I scheduled a doctor's appointment, but when I arrived at the clinic, I was informed that the doctor was unavailable. Instead, they referred me to a nurse practitioner, and a claim was submitted to my insurance in the doctor's name. Be aware that this clinic will contact you to arrange an appointment for discussing your lab results, which are also accessible online, and they will submit a separate insurance claim for this visit.

I do have a word of advice for the administration. Before I say anything, I would give 5 stars to the doctors and nurses who have worked with me. They were professional, informative, and efficient. They are effective healthcare providers and I would come back again because I received great healthcare from them. Only except is the doctor who runs their telemedicine visits. I’ve “visited” with her twice and she has disregarded several questions and interrupted me. However, overall it’s 3 stars. The administrators gave me less than 24 hours to respond to an email before they cancelled my appointment 25 minutes before my original scheduled appointment. It wasn’t even 24 hours before they cancelled. In the email they did not clarify that no response would be an automatic cancel NOR did they even state that a response was mandatory. The issue is that there was no communication that they would cancel my appointment prior to them cancelling it 25 minutes before my scheduled appointment. This is not best practice, nor is it professional. When I came in for my scheduled time, they gave me a later time slot instead of my original one, even though I was on time for my original appointment. Advice- Keep your cancellation rule, but explicitly communicate it beforehand. Give a full 24 hours’ notice before making any cancellation.

Definitely unprofessional staff. Didn’t even try to pronounce my name correctly, this was on 2 separate occasions of making an appointment with them. When I expressed my disappointment in that, they made it seem as though it was my fault that their staff can’t even give an attempt to say my name correctly. Didn’t even keep my appointment with them. And yes it’s upsetting, I have a unique name I get that but to not even try is just a little rude. And then to get upset with me for having the right to be upset about that, is just saddening. I have 2 separate voicemails of their staff calling me a name not even close to mines. Emma, Andrea, and whoever I spoke with the last time I made an appointment (and had to cancel due to the same, shouldn’t have even tried to give a second chance) need to do better.

DO NOT go there for your rapid covid test. I went there a few months ago and my insurance was charged over 300.00 including 196.00 for a so-called outpatient visit. Needless to say, that's price gouging at its worst. I went back and forth with them for months. My insurance ended up paying 35.00 and I had to pay almost 80.00. Since then, I've had to travel and found a testing site on north Clark (2400 or so) and they charged 30.00 for a rapid test which is very reasonable. I was very happy with their service. There are many sites now that are upfront and reasonable. CLEAR Wellness is not one of them! And don't get me started on their testing area - an unkempt "garage" in the back!

my first appointment was nice. Words can’t explain how traumatizing my second visit was and now i will no longer visit this office. everything was smooth despite me arriving late, but i was soon forgotten about for over an hour which made me late for work. I live an hour away from here so you can imagine the stress I felt leaving to get back to where I work. I was made aware about the concerns regarding my blood pressure combined with medication (which is valid and understandable because I am too) but I came to this 2nd appointment to address my adhd and get back on track, not my blood pressure. I was NEVER made aware that I’d need blood drawn the day of my visit over the phone or given any kind of THOROUGH explanation of what would be happening and i immediately panicked/felt incredibly anxious. I don’t like not knowing what to expect because of my anxiety and the doctor just seemed to brush it off and not understand that I was becoming very visibly overwhelmed. She kept saying that it wouldn’t take long as if I hadn’t been waiting for an hour. If I didn’t leave when I did I’m almost certain I would have had a panic attack. I just felt pressured to do something I wasn’t prepared for in that moment. It’s really disheartening because I genuinely liked and felt comfortable coming here but not anymore. I think I’ll be okay without medication and take more time to find a doctor that has better bedside manner than the one I seen here.

Horrible new patient experience. I scheduled my appointment 1 week in advance, filled out all my paperwork and sent them copies of my information. Then I arrive to my appointment 30mins early to check in. I find out I don't have an appointment because it was cancelled due to me not confirming. What a waste of time. I am 30 years old and responsible. If I make an appointment I will be there. It was my first and only appointment made and due to the horrible new patient experience it will be my last. I did not feel welcome or that they wanted me as a new patient at all.

If you’re trying to book appointment immediately you get “hold on” just abruptly then name, birthdate and when can you come in. Receptionist is rude and abrupt. No I don’t expect you to be happy all the time but I don’t expect you be b…I…t…c…h…y all the time either. After you bypass all that most likely you will get nurse practitioner and they’re nice but otherwise if you’re desperate it’s fine. I know you’re young and it’s about being right then happy but look at the reviews a lot of people feel it. Ya need a attitude adjustment.

Made an appointment with Dr. Shah but ended up seeing a NP named Taylor. She cut me off the whole time whenever I tried to say something. She acted rude and unprofessional. I felt rushed and got brushed off by her. The whole conversation was under 5 mins. Definitely not a pleasant experience. Will not recommend her.

I used to love Clear Wellness, they had this amazing P-C Jessica, who was incredible. She was early to every appointment and was so sweet. Unfortuanley, Jessica is no longer with the office. Instead, I have been seeing APEKSHA KISHORE, PA, and she’s absolutely terrible, she has a bad attitude, she’s judgy, and she’s been late to every single appointment, not to mention, the first time I saw her my pharmacy couldn’t validate her script and I had to wait a week. The service has complete gone down, and I will no longer be returning. Also, the office receptionist suck.

Really enjoyed this place at first, it was super close to me and convenient. Beginning December, they randomly started to charge out an extra office visit charge so that you now have to pay out of pocket for your COVID-19 Test. It’s extremely deceptive… be careful as you may get a bill a month after you visit. Also can confirm previous comments that they will bombard you with tons of emails and texts for no reason.

When I first booked an appointment with them, I was under the impression that I would be meeting with Dr. Shah directly. Over every single phone and email communication with several different people, I was told I was meeting with Dr. Shah directly. They charged me $175 before telling me that there was a possibility that Dr. Shah may not be willing to prescribe my normal medication, but I could speak my case to Dr. Shah directly and she could also give me a Psych referral. When I entered my meeting I was speaking with a PA and she told me that I should’ve been told that I was not meeting with Dr. Shah directly despite the numerous occasions that the phone staff had said otherwise. The PA would not hear my case about my need for the medication, and I was then left spending $175 for a 5 minute conversation with someone I wasn’t even supposed to be meeting with. When I called to get a refund for this, I was connected with someone I had supposedly talked to earlier in the day saying that she had told me that I would be meeting with a PA even though I knew this was incorrect and she had told me I would be meeting with Dr. Shah. She was extremely rude, degrading, and condescending throughout the entire phone call, and refused to give me her name. She spoke to me like I was a toddler and as if she thought I was stupid. I’m sure their care here is wonderful if you don’t have to deal with their phone staff. Nothing but negative things that I can say for my experience. I also hope no one ever has to speak with the girl I spoke with yesterday, as she has zero compassion and is only there to collect money and get her paycheck. I hope one day she gets the help she needs unlike the experience I had.

Would leave zero if I could. Arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment (as requested) and waited over an hour for simple labs before I ended up just leaving. No notification from the receptionist that the doctor was behind schedule. Not sure why a lab tech couldn't just see me. What a waste of time. Terrible place.

Vary good first visit. The provider was vary professional. She really listened to what I had to say and helped me understand my diagnoses more. Looking Forward to the follow up visit. And getting the help I need with my adhd. Would recommend. 5 stars 👍

if you need to give a urine sample, they have you use the waiting room front restroom so everybody can watch you leave the bathroom holding a cup of your own pee. i did it anyways but i would've liked more privacy. the floors are a bit dirty too. but everybody here is very kind and professional

Clean, comfortable office, very friendly ladies at the front desk, and the NP who saw me (Ms. Patel) was also very nice. Great at responding to emails and good availability of appointments for busy people who can’t come in the mornings. Very reasonable prices for an out-of-pocket bloodwork that I got done the same day. After some very frustrating experiences at my last PCP’s office, I’m glad to switched my primary care to here! The best experience I’ve had by far in the U.S for healthcare. Thank you!

I scheduled a physical and blood work weeks in advance. I provided Clear with all insurance information they requested. They said they take my insurance. I took off time from work to make my appointment. And when I get to clear, they look at my insurance and say, my insurance is not accepted. They asked me to pay out-of-pocket for my visit and told me maybe my insurance will cover it later. They must be desperate for new clients if they have to lie to get people in. And if this is not the case, then clearly they are incompetent and shouldn’t be trusted for medical work.

I was able to snag a same day appointment. They suggested that I get a rapid and pcr, and I accepted. I facility was clean and the process was well organized. The testing itself was different. The swab was barely inside my nose for both tests. They circled one time. I hope the results are accurate. Most tests the swap the back of the nose and twirl for some seconds. This was not the case today and I’ve visited this location a few times.

The staff and doctors were great! My physical exam was very through, on time, and easy. Thank you so much.

They were thorough, ensured I understood everything and how moving forward would look with various options. They were so easy to speak with and compassionate and didn't rush or brush off any concerns. I'm very pleased I found them. I only had a virtual visit and have my in person follow-up soon.

I just had the best doctor’s visit ever. The staff is welcoming and very nice. My doctor Apeksha listened to all of my concerns and established a very comfortable environment. The two phlebotomist Talia and Tabitha that took care of me were quick, patient and pleasant to work with. The South Loop location worked perfect for me and I really appreciate the later appointment availability. Very happy with my experience as a new patient.

I didn’t know what to expect from this clinic, but I must say it has provided me with a level of care and consistent follow up which I appreciate. The customer service is also friendly and welcoming. There are telemedicine appointments available which is helpful for those with busy schedules or if you can’t make it to the office.

Love the team at Clearwellness, they are always the best for family medicine and general care. They will even call you back when they see a missed call. After a few visits they will even remember your name, Dr Shah has assembled a really good crack team of nurse practitioners and reception staff, as I’m moving out of state soon I will really miss them. The ladies at the front desk were helpful and efficient. The office itself was very clean and well-kept. My doctor was knowledgeable, friendly, and had great bedside manner. I was in and out in about 15 minutes - overall great experience.

My interactions with CLEAR Wellness were stellar from the introductory phone call. When I arrived at the office the ladies were all very nice and personable. The facility is bright, clean, and inviting just like its staff! My tests were quick and easy. I received results that day and the next, quite expeditious compared to other test facilities. Overall wonderful experience!!!

They were the only ones I could find who had appts available less than 4 days out. They had lots of openings and same day, even on Sunday. They did have to use insurance so double check if yours will be accepted. Proper precautions were followed- all were wearing masks, changed their gloves for each, and saw to appropriate distancing. It was quick and easy. Don’t be put off by the path once inside to where the testing is taking place. They have appropriately directed all who are there for testing to the back of the building and into a garage space. They also have you leave out a separate door to avoid any unnecessary contact. I felt confident that I would also get my results, negative or positive, and within a reasonable period of time.

Making the appointment was super easy. Service & staff were great. Everything went quickly & efficiently. The results came in a timely manner. I also appreciated the personal assistance via phone when I had to reschedule, that was a huge & pleasant surprise. We need more of that! Only drawbacks are that the testing room was an old, crusty warehouse room. I guess this was temporary to accommodate increased demand, and that they’d cleaned it, but it made me a little nervous. And it was chilly—I felt bad for the staff in there. Other drawback is that the facility has no parking, and is in an area with lots of limitations on parking.

Very clean and organized space. Staff was friendly and explained things well. They have an effective system for the covid testing process on site. I was in and out in minutes. This will definitely be my go to place now.

You're going to get A LOT of text messages and emails from this place for a covid test, Almost to the point of annoyance (-2 stars). They also made me check in 3 times prior to my visit with what looked like 3 different websites. Be ready to send most of their communication to the spam folder. Other than that the flow of this place is nice. Bouncy floors is a nice touch.

CLEAR Wellness Group is an excellent option for those who may need COVID-19 testing and can not find testing with their medical provider. It is conveniently located and easy to secure an appointment at a moment's notice. The staff is friendly and professional; and, you will receive your results quickly, providing you with a much needed peace of mind.

Dr. Jessica was amazing and so knowledgeable, and took the time to explain things clearly and concisely. Will definitely be going back because she made me feel so comfortable and safe (which is great for the traumatized folk who have a hard time coming in to see the doctor for treatment) and a feeling that’s hard to find within the healthcare system. Loved the level of transparent care and genuine support from the amazing women that I interacted with.

Unfortunately, I have to concur with a previous reviewer. This place used to be great for COVID testing; super quick and easy. However, I received a $150 bill after my last test. When I called the office, they said it was for the outpatient visit. According to who I spoke to on the phone, this charge was for the time I spent with the assistants in the back giving the test. So they charged me $150 to literally ask (1) what are your symptoms and (2) what test(s) would you like? During that visit, it was also implied that insurance is still covering this. Complete bait and switch - expect a charge if you visit here for a COVID test.

We were seen very quickly. The desk staff, RN and doctor were all very warm and kind. Dr. Shah took the time to answer our questions thoroughly and was very helpful in providing her informed opinion so we could make the best decision about medication. We really appreciate having access to the services at clear wellness. So much easier than other offices/primary and urgent care options

This is a highly professional staff, efficient, as well as the facilities. Had my test done in 15 minutes or less. This is the third time that I've used this facility. I opt to walk in and was again greeted with a prompt and courteous. Staff, accommodated and sensitive to their clients need.

Wonderful experience with the team here after needing to find a new provider. They worked with me through all hurdles to help get everything in order. Nice to have a team that really cares! Cannot recommend enough.

this is the best urgent care i’ve ever been to. they were amazing at helping me get an emergency refill for my antidepressants. all the staff were extremely kind. i will definitely be going back in the future.

Went in for a visit and had the displeasure of having Taylor the PA as my service provider. She was dismissive to my concerns and condescending, it made me reluctant to ask any questions and it was clearly rushed. She cut me off once while speaking and near the end began talking to me with her back turned, continuing to walk out - I didn't catch anything said. Not a conducive interaction at all.

I’m a new mom and don’t have much free time outside of work and taking care of my child. The PA was very nice and the video call was very convenient. Will definitely recommend this doctor’s office to others.

Upon entering you will find both receptionist to be cordial. The clinic to be extremely attractive and clean. You will also find the nurses and doctors to be professional and caring. I have visited this location at 1605 South Michigan Ave, Chicago, Illinois on three or four occasions and I am so appreciative that they are there. Thank you Clean Immediate Care.

I was frustrated to find a clinic willing to take me as a urgent walk-in. I called clear and they missed the call but called me back within minutes. I came in and the staff, environment and service exceeded expectations. Bella was amazing, she is courteous and listens to her patients, with amazing bedside manners. She definitely runs this clinic well. And shoutout to Taylor PA eho was effective and amazing as well.
