I had the worst experience ever this morning at this Dunkin Donut. Getting donuts for my team and asked for my receipt and the manager began to speak with the cashier saying next time if they want a receipt they need to make sure they ask for it when ordering and I was so confused because I did, she then went on to say if you want a receipt it will be tomorrow we can't give it to you right now. Then she started speaking with the other workers saying I thought this was going to be a good day. I got here at 748am did not leave until 8:02am because no one made my order and the line was to long for the cashier to do it. Once the cashier Varsha got all the orders done she asked me what was my order again and she began making it which was so nice of her. I asked the cashier what was the young ladies name that I was speaking to and she told me Marcy or Marsha I can't recall but the other young lady said what you give her my name for she said because she wanted to know. Marcy/Marsha got very irritated saying don't give nobody my name and what you asking my name for because I said you won't get your receipt until tomorrow. I said no because you are ruled and someone needs to know that she said Oh well I don't care go tell what you want I been here 10 years that ain't gone do nothing and then she went on to say its always the black people trying to get other black people in trouble and they be the ones starting it. I did get upset when she said it and I told her stop being ghetto this is a business and you need to conduct it as one and I left. I want to say the young lady who took my order was very respectful and professional but the other young lady made it a hostel environment for everyone. I am sorry to have to write this but if I don't you will not know who you are hiring. Overall this dunkin donuts is my go to for team meetings and I never experience this before so I wouldn't say don't go but they really need to do something about Marcy, the crew may be afraid to say they are afraid but I am not, she needs to stop this immediately before you lose customers.

This location is way too understaffed for the amount of customers it receives. Everyone behind the counter is struggling to keep up. I did a mobile order and half of it wasnt there at the pick up counter. They had no record of my order… it ended up taking 15 minutes for them to toast a bagel for me.

This location has not had a working cooler all year, they literally stock the cooler with drinks ( water, juice, and even milk) that they overprice to the consumer and the drinks aren't even cold. I tried to buy a milk and it was warm, he didn't even tell me the cooler still isn't working he just let me purchase my items then when I said the drinks aren't cold, he says oh I can get you ice. I'm like there's a good chance the milk is spoil if it's been sitting in that non working cooler all day

This Dunkin is pretty much guaranteed to mess up mobile orders, I think every single time I placed an order that included a donut or munchkins it was left off. Getting this corrected also takes forever, as it's hard to get anyone's attention. Pickup is reasonably fast considering the traffic in Olgilvie but it feels far too small and understaffed to be here.

I really like this Dunkin. I go like once every day no matter what to get that hot coffee or carmel cold brew. Staffs knows about their coffees, donuts are the real delights. Staff were always courteous and helpful. Definitely this is my place for quick bites :)

I ordered a donut and cup of hot water and they wanted to charge me for a coffee for the hot water. I said no and went to Starbucks instead. Starbucks hot water is free.

Service was harder than the bagels. Could not get what I ordered. Gangster D&D. Be safe

I just witnessed a female employee put her feet on the take out counter/ condiment counter just to get back on the other side. How disgusting is that? Also the guy at the counter doesn’t speak English well. Very hard to comprehend, so if your order is misplaced. It’s not you 🙂 I’m just not coming here anymore

10/26/23 - Per the receipt, I placed my order for a turkey sausage sandwich at 8:03am. At 8:13am my order number moves over to the right side of the screen indicating it was ready. For the second time, I went up to the counter to retrieve the order and was told "in a minute". At 8:15am I requested a refund and a minute later the food was ready. Now get ready for it - That's when the non-Indian employee tell me that there were more customers in front of me. I said that was not my issue, and that if your board says my food is ready it should be ready and not use the board to save yourself and lie to customers that their food is ready when in fact it is not. I'm done with this place because I remember I bought a blueberry muffin, and I caught the young Indian female employee sniffing the muffin and I asked her what was doing while a manager looked on. She said she was trying to determine if the muffin was in fact blueberry. I said I did not want it and the manager agreed, and I kept my eye on her throughout the entire process. Dunkin Donuts store # 306605 customers see you. Guess I'm going to have to return back to Starbucks for their turkey bacon, egg white, and cheddar sandwich. This ordeal took over 16-minutes.

If I could give less than one star I would. 7yrs I've been traveling via metra and was always happy to stop at this dunkin donuts. Of course new ppl /owners but I'd support. On May 8th 2023 I OFFERED to PAY for a cup of hot water. I'm taking Ginger Tea for my allergies and just needed that hot water. The young lady who I'm sure was their little sister, literally told me it would be almost $3+ for hot water. So I asked to speak w a manager. I figured maybe pay $2?? ...probably the brother, didn't even turn around to look at me...after she repeated what I wanted he just said NO we don't do that!!! WOW 7 faithful years and probably $1000s dollars later...my patronage is not even worth a cup.of PAID hot water. Our "country" is definitely changing!!!

Someone please please help this location. Yes we all know they are busy. But so are the people stopping there. The people that go by this location are coming and going quickly. They make the drinks fast and the make them good, but for the love of GOD, why don't they ever want to give you your donuts you order?? I mean it is a donut place, it is in the name itself, it is why you started this business. I am not lying out of the last 10 times I have been there I have had to either wait extended periods of time or go back 8 of those times because they did not add the donuts to my order. Yes I use the app, Yes I order 10-15 mins ahead, yes I like to be patient. But this is out of control. 1-2 times ok you can deal with it as maybe a mistake. This is not. They don't get it, they can not read the app order or something. THEY ALMOST ALWAYS LEAVE THE DONUT OUT??? Please please help them. 02/09/24 UPDATE YOU GUESSED IT LEFT OUT THE DONUT AGAIN. It is almost comical now, how can a donut chain continue to forget to give you, your paid for donut. I pretty much stopped coming here but tried it again. SMH

It took over 30 minutes to get a cup of coffee. It was crowed but not to wait for 30 plus minutes for coffe crying shame.

Came by at 5 and the employee behind the counter said they were closed. Walked by like 20 minutes later and he was making someone a coffee. Interesting.

Someone reviewed them as gangs, but that's exactly how I want to explain them. I'm scared to buy from them because I don't even know what they put in my drink... You can understand what I'm saying when you witness the gang...

I…have a roach in my coffee… how does that even happen? The ice machine? I’m disgusted. I just got this chai latte and a Boston donut and I’m nauseous. Don’t come here, go to the Starbucks next door, for the love of god.

EXTREMELY watered down iced coffee. They were friendly but the iced coffee was terrible. Just go to Starbucks right next to this Dunkin’. Would not come back here.

I love Dunkin's Vanilla Chai, but this place has the worst. It's different every time I go and just keeps getting worse.

This Dunkin is amazing - the two girls working during this pandemic are always smiling and get my mobile order ready so quickly every day -10/10 Recommend!

I love there donuts but one day i saw the milk left out not refrigerated.

I’ve gone to so man Dunkins outside of ogilvie and I’ve never been satisfied w my order. I always get a toasted plain bagel w a side of cream cheese and side of regular snackin bacon instead of the maple bc it’s too sweet for me. Anytime I stop by the one located in ogilvie they always accommodate my breakfast order and I truly truly appreciate that. The manager that works in the Morning as well as the staff are always super nice and always reach customer service satisfaction. I highly recommend this Dunkin location a 10 ⭐️! Keep up the amazing work ladies!!!

This dunkin is the worst. So many times my coffee has been mostly cream even though I ask for 1 cream. Got the wrong cream cheese twice now and to go orders are not ready 90% of the time. There's one lady that constantly yells at everyone and about everything and talks terribly about staff and customers.

This location changed their pick up location for mobile orders which is fine, makes more space for customers ordering in the store. However they failed to move the napkins and the straws are always empty. Today I had to maneuver around customers just to get a straw because the worker wouldn’t get it. I asked for one and he pointed where I can find it which was an inconvenience. I order an ice coffee black with extra pump of caramel swirl, every time I pick up I have to ask for me because they never put what is on the ticket. Overall I’m sick of this place and can’t get over the fact that the customers service is terrible especially the lady manager.
